We can all be disappointed with buying clothes online. At its best, it's somewhat chancy. So wanting to return 2 out of 4 items shouldn't be such an issue? Wrong! When the returns address is in China and costs almost as much as the items to be returned then I may as well bin them! You really are taking a risk with your money buying from this company. Slick photos and sales pitches on the website are not backed up with the quality of goods or service

Horrible quality of material, shapes and prints, even the sizes make no sense - literally not worth 10% of the prices.

Ordered a stupid hat on March 18,2022! As of April 11,2022 I haven't received the product. The only way I can find to contact them is through email. Several attempts to find my hat and their response is they cannot find the order! I go to their website and check on the order and it says 'order being prepared'. I can find it but they cannot! I think they are a SCAM company and are giving me the run around! All in all, it's just a hat! I've disputed the charges with my credit card company!

It's probably the worst gear I ever bought. Poorest quality material. Two tops, both large, one ridiculously oversized the other too small. The finish is appalling, the cut is random and careless. I'd describe this as sweat shop tat costing pence. Thrown together. Be wary of good reviews, it's a scam. The whole thing is a scam. How are they on some major sites? They should be shut down. Buyer beware. I wish I'd read the reviews myself..

I received a poor quality shirt, totally different than the catalogue. Had to return it, me paying the shipping charge. They gave me numerous excuses for delaying refund. I finally had to refute the charge with my credit card company. Beware of doing business with this company.

Steer clear from this FB advertiser's wares------it's all crap. It comes from China, sizes aren't equivalent to customary US sizes, and the material is nothing like what presented in their ad photos. Much better retailers elsewhere. I'm still fighting with their "customer" service and fighting for.my refund.

I ordered 2 shirts- was sent something entirely different than what i ordered- I contacted them the same day I received them, sent them the pictures they requested. They offered a partial refund, and for me to keep the items, after multiple emails - i finally got them to understand i did not want what they sent me- They advised for me to return the items (that they sent incorrectly), and that i had to pay postage to return them. THIS COMPANY IS BOGUS

This company engages in wholesale consumer fraud practices. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the State of California Consumer Fraud Unit requesting an investigation and urge others to do the same. The item I ordered was defective, extremely cheap and did not fit properly. Cotosen did not accept my attempts to return this item and eventually stopped answering my repeated attempt to resolve the matter. I filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint which Cotosen stonewalled. The company engages in unethical business practices and should lose their privilege of holding any business license.

This place sells junk clothing and when you try to return they give you the run around. DONT BUY!

Bad product too small, Not as described. Wouldn't refund, wouldn't respond, had to file complaint with PayPal. Had me send back to China, when i complained of the price they had me send to California. When i called the lady she was Chinese and said they just threw away the returns and dont credit, then hung up.
This place is a complete scam.

They shipped me the wrong item, I had to pay for return shipping plus they refused to reimburse me for the original shipping cost on the wrong item. I ended paying for them to ship me the wrong item and then had to pay the return shipping for the wrong item. First time I ever had to pay a business to ship me the wrong item. Won't ever buy anything from them. BUY FROM ANYONE BUT HERE!

It was my first and last time to buy something online especially Chinese. I heard Chinese products are crap. But I took my chances. Day and night from the picture to what they sent. Piece of garbage. The designer should be executed as an example! The one looks cotton the real is poliester!

The photos of the t-shirts they show on the page look nothing like the ones they send you. Not the color or the quality. I ordered 3 shirts and they sent me 2 after 2 months. Then I was claiming the other one and they sent it to me after 3 months. Those shirts cost $5.00 and he sells them to you for $30.00, a total fraud because they make the return process complicated. So I decided to throw them away to close the case. A TOTAL ROBBERY.
Las fotos de las playeras que muestran en la no se parecen en nada a las que te envían. Ni el color o la calidad. Ordené 3 playeras y me mandaron 2 a los 2 meses. Luego estuve reclamando la otra y me la mandaron a los 3 meses. Esas playeras cuestan $5.00 y te las vende a $30.00 un fraude total porque el proceso de devolución lo hacen complicado. Así que decidí tirarlos a la basura para cerrar el caso. Un ROBO TOTAL.

Took 2 months to recieve my order of a pull over and T-shirt. Ordered XXL but the true size was more like a Large. Wouldn't refund the return cost - Basically paid over $20 (Shipping both ways) to try on cloths that ended up being super small. Only offered me a discount to buy more of their clothing... NO THANKS!

Received an order that was sent back. Needed to send items back to CHINA!

SCAM. Biggest piece of $#*! company on the internet. There 3XL size is maybe a Men's large, none of the 6 buttonholes were cut all the way through and my requests for return procedures and cancelling my order get met with offers of more crap merchandise at a discount. I will hunt these bastards down and haunt them until they resolve my issues. I'm retired, have plenty of time, and look forward to destroying any reputation they hoped to achieve...

Worst on line shopping ever. Impossible to return pants that don't fit. Poor quality clothing. No response to repeated e-mails and no phone contact listed. STAY AWAY.

Poor quality product is not what it appears-they do not give you a return shipping address- and after 20 emails still no address- they will scam you- DONT GET TRAPPED-DO NOT BUY-order was wrong and cheap quality! Zero rating -0-

This online company is a fraud. Do NOT purchase anything from them. Basically impossible to get a refund. Poor quality, workmanship and customer service (non- existent). They offered me $16 as a credit to keep the items. What? And the next email offered me $13 and told me to give the items away as a gift. Bizarre. Beware. Actual items look nothing like what's on the site. Stay away!
