Although many of their products look good online, when they arrive you WILL be disappointed. The fabric is, well I'm not really sure how to explain it, but it is NOT normal, seems like a light airy feminine type of fabric. And I'm not sure how they apply the graphics but it certainly doesn't look like it would last through too many wash cycles. I didn't even open the original clear sealed bags they came in but still had to go through several days to get them to authorize a return. This is a portion of the return authorization email where they said they would cover return shipping:
"Please note: Since we do not have a pre-paid return label, kindly send us the copy of return receipt once you are done on that process. Then we will refund your payment immediately once we verified."
They then refused to refund the return shipping and I had to file a claim with my CC company.

Stay away from this company. I ordered a tactical sweatshirt based on the image of same on their website. I ordered an XL size, which is normal for me. What shipped looked nothing like the website image and the size was more like a medium, though it was tagged XL. I tried to get a return label and was told I don't qualify for that and have to ship it back myself and retain proof of delivery back to them, and then to "request" a refund. This stuff ships from China and is basically a total online thing. So, stay away from this company.

Run, do not order from this outfit. Good thing I only lost $40. Poor quality and wrong sizes. Runn

Products are not what they describe on their site and when you receive them they do not want you to return the items. If they do give you the address to return (they have to be sent to China)and you do return the items it is up to their discretion whether they will pay after they see them. Shipping is very expensive to China. Again, do not buy. If there was a negitive rating I would use it.

I ordered 2 items from the website and both arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering the current supply chain issues. I was shocked by both the poor quality of the materials and workmanship. The garment looked like it was sewn by a 4th grader. Made in China so probably was? I have been trying to get the items returned but keep getting the run around through customer service asking for photos of the garment ( I'm not claiming it was damaged. It looks like it did when you shipped it!). STAY AWAY.

I've been waiting since 2/7/22 for my order. The tracking info is a sham. It provides no proof that the item is en route, and it has not been updated in 2 weeks. Requested a refund twice. Only response is the 2 week old tracking info resent. No help at all.

This business is a total scam. I ordered two shirts, which took forever to receive them and they were nothing like the photos on their website. The "fleece" sweatshirts were more like T-shirt material and the buttons were totally non-functional. I received the size I ordered (M), but the fit was weird. After several attempts, their "customer service" said they wouldn't except returns for a refund, but they would give me a $19 voucher towards the purchase of more of their terrible products. Total scam.

My order was continually delayed. They use a cheap 3rd party tracking system that was of little help in locating the package. When it finally came, the XL man's top was actually a woman's XL top (with the buttons on the wrong side and everything). Do not buy from these people! Their products look great on their website but the buying experience is terrrible.

Tip for consumers:
Cotosen creates the impression that its physical store or warehouse is located in UK. However, this is not so. The product comes from a company in China called Yoyofashion. People who shopped from this store had to wait for weeks or months even before their order was finally delivered. This store's refund and exchange policy is just a sham. In reality there's no way to get your money back as the customer service don't reply mails. Sent back $120 in product plus had to pay $45 to send back. I'm out $165 to this hell hole and now they're ghosting me. No credit - no email replies after sending 6 of them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOOLS.

I purchased several shirts from Cotosen in January. The order wasn't confirmed so I didn't have an email to track the order, but I kept track. When it didn't ship I tried to cancel the order both online and through but it was ignored until I received an email saying the order had shipped, but only partially. The quality is terrible and the sizing is wrong. I ordered 4 XL shirts, but they are all different sized, and too small. I tried to return, but you have to ship to China and they don't reimburse shipping. Customer service is very slow if they ever respond and only offer future discounts, which is nothing I'd ever be interested in.

Stay away from this company. I ordered $127 worth of clothing and never received the merchandise. I disputed the charge with Capitol One and they initially credited my account but then charged again after the company claimed that I received my order. Needless to say I canceled my Capitol One card. If a negative rating was an option; Cotosen would earn it.

Ordered a fleece sweatshirt with an American flag print. Received the sweatshirt with a cheap looking American flag patch. China company. Will only refund if I send it back to China (I'd have to pay for shipping) and only then will they refund me. About the cost of shipping. They obviously do not believe in customer satisfaction!

ASK ABOUT RETURN POLICY! They give you a china address for returns DO NOT Buy, Cost $178 UPS to return.

First of all it took about 6 weeks for 4 of the shirts. The last shirt on back order came about three months after I originally ordered it. It appears by the shipping label all the shirts came directly from the manufacturer in China... These shirts run way too small. I ordered 5 shirts a few 3X and a couple of 4X. The 4Xs were the same size of the 3Xs. All 5 shirts were very tight and would roll up from the bottom. The material is some sort of spandex type of material that wear like a 2nd skin as their way too tight. I'm assuming I was sent shirts sizes based on the typical Chinese citizens who are smaller than Americas. Unfortunately, I was unable to return the shirts as I held onto to the shirts for way too long before opening the bags.

I wish I would have come to this site first to look up this company. This product is a joke! DO NOT BUY.
And if you do, they will ignore you and will not give you your money back.

I didn't know you could photoshop a product - but you can! Cheap fleece. Anti-athletic shaping - i. E billowing bottoms applicable for those 50 lb overweight. Two months to deliver. This product exemplifies the cheapest of the cheap one gets from China. However, not all is lost. You can cut the pos up into sections and use it to insulate your pipes in the basement. Not even mice will find this desirable. I'd be ashamed to give this new shirt to goodwill. I have the 14 number shipping order. As a proof of purchase.

The materials, design, and construction quality COULD NOT POSSIBLY be worse. It is STUNNING to me that this horrible merchandise is even being offered in the US market. Surely, most folks are throwing it in the trash or donating it rather than enduring the hassle and expense of shipping it all the way back to Guangdong in China. BEWARE!

E.g., - see the button with a fake hole; see the front hoodie "pockets" that are really a wide kangaroo pouch across the entire front of the hoodie with a poor quality/stiff "snap" in the center to sort of form the two sides. No way you could carry anything of value in there without it falling out. Moronic design.

You get to the site, it looks cool, everything looks very American (and presumably American made), it looks reasonably priced. So, you place an order. One and a half months later, you receive it and it looks nothing like what you thought you ordered! You learn along the way (once you realize three weeks have passed since your card was charged and you've received zero notifications that your product has been shipped), that your product is actually made in China and apparently created on demand. Trying to cancel the order is useless... they'll tell you it has already been shipped, even though it stays in China for 3-4 more weeks. I finally received my order today, 6 weeks after ordered, still semi-excited to have finally received it. When I open it, apart from the basic design, they look nothing like what was advertised. The material in the online store looks mineral washed and rugged; what I received was solid and very thin. For now, I'll just say I ordered two "vintage" shirts, and what I received looks like nothing more interesting than what I could get at Kohl's or Target. Examples are in the attached pics (what they show on the left, what I received on the right). I just hope someone sees this BEFORE they order anything from Cotosen!

I ordered 2 shirts while only looking at the reviews from their website, my mistake. It took about 6 weeks to get my order instead of the 10 days indicated. When it arrived I was very disappointed. Very poor quality material, fleece is light weight - transparent. There are buttons but no button holes in the collar, just some incomplete stitching that kind of look like button holes from a distance. Unlike the picture the brown shirt has a black US flag. The flag does not even have the right number of stars and stripes.
