I purchased 3 items from them and they gave me false tracking saying it was already delivered to my front door. Of course it was not.
Even their site says the items have not yet been shipped. It is now a month!
They are BAD PEOPLE WHO WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING!

Owith them got results. Rdered 2 pairs of shorts, took a month to 5 weeks to receive, ordered large, they sent x large. Reached out to company to correct, they offered 27 dollars in credit to keep the wrong order, (order was over 50 dollars) or send back product(at my expense). No amount of reasoning has corrected the problem. No shorts, no money. No satisfaction!

I ordered a pair of shorts and a shirt and after about 3 weeks of waiting I was told that it had been delivered. The tracking number provided to me is not a valid tracking number in any system other than the link that the company provided to me. They claimed that it was delivered to my "agent" and it had been delivered to my home. The Post Office has no record of this shipment and also confirmed that the tracking number is not a valid tracking number. When I have emailed it takes 3 to 5 days for a response. Had I read all these terrible reviews I would have never wasted my money.

Bought a shirt and a pair of shorts. The web site had sizes that went with their small, med, large extra large. I selected based on the size i normallly wear, even going over a little. While I was trying for 38 what I got was 34-35. The shirt I got was extra large, which is what all my t shirts are. If it is a large that would be saying something. Basically a waste of money.

I got 4 shirts... one was the wrong size, one shrunk two sizes after the first wash, one seems to be okay so far, and the 4th is TBD since it's still wrapped and meant for a gift. Returning for a refund or replacement is such a pain with this company that it's not even worth it.

Purchased 6 shirts from Cotosen. Took forever to receive them, once received they were all to small. Contacted Cotosen numerous times to return items and not a single reply. Trying to save someone the frustration I have. They sux!

Purchased 3 shirts. They looked great in print ad. When received them the material was cheap. The sizing's did not match large marking should have been a medium. Started a return process which is excruciating.
First just wanted to credit for store purchase, replied i wanted refund. Then said they would only refund portion of the purchase. I had to return at my expense. They sent address to mail to, did that. No refund even though item was delivered to address they provided. When i questioned about return refund they wanted me to provide proof I mailed it to correct address. I have sent that info waiting for reply. I kept all receipts and correspondence as i felt they were going to be a problem they did not disappoint.

Don't buy from this company. Materials are of poor quality. Cloth is so thin and size is incorrect. The product could bot be worn after washing.\Plus the shipping charges is excessive.
What a waste of money.

Missing one shirt and the other came without a collar. Took to long to arrive as it's made in China.

Really poor quality clothing, sizing is not accurate, I ordered 3X I usually wear 2X the clothing they sent was maybe a large not even close to fitting.
They would not let me return the clothing and would not refund my purchase. They sent me $30back on my $135.00 order.
They never even acknowledged receiving my emails I have never dealt with such a rip off company in my life

The quality, size, color…everything is terrible. Maybe it's because of their squinty eyes or maybe it's just the Chinéese Communist Party policies but literally everything, including clothes from Cotosen, out of china is complete crap. My 2 year old could make better clothes than this with her pretend sewing machine. China sucks.

The "t-shirts" look amazing but are not cotton they are a poly stretch material, image looks like crap, and sizes are Chinese size vs USA so that should tell you everything also missing 1 item. They try to make u keep what u got and pay a little more for exchange item. Box crushed also

Buyer beware! This is Chinese junk. I have ordered many things on the internet but this has to be the biggest waste of money thus far. I would be embarrassed to wear this crap in public. Cotosen does not offer a refund. Made in and shipped from China.

This company is extremely misleading, they do a masterful job of making you believe your purchasing unique American clothing, made in America, to show your patriotic values. Man do you feel like an idiot when you realize that this company is headquartered in Hong Kong, what actually arrives is the definition of garbage, and way overpriced for what you get. Were so used to ordering from Amazon or Walmart or any US-based retailer that if there's an issue you just print up a return label and drop it in the mail. Not so here, if you're stupid enough to order from these people after reading over 100 negative reviews than the best you can hope for is to stop payment on your credit card. It's really the only recourse you have, there's no such thing as phone support, they don't speak English. They write in Chinese and good luck corresponding with them in any meaningful way. Here's the bottom line, they advertise clothing that is really cool, but in typical Chinese fashion it's a lie and what you get isn't even close to what they advertised. Do not buy from this company.

No matter how many zero's you multiply, add, substract or divide - ZERO is still ZERO. Unresponsive for almost six months, no goods received, a promise of a refund in June 2022 (almost 6 months after payment taken in December 2021). Dubious about the promise, no refund received even after follow-up on the follow-up. I usually search for consumer reviews, it was gift giving season, a google ad on social media and yada yada yada, I am taking the time of sharing this negative experience and filing out the appropriate paperwork with the FTC, credit card company, etc.

I ordered these shorts, and it is the same quality of a Halloween costume maybe worth 2$ I'm an adult and looks cool only in ad cheesy looking cheaply made very itchy! Put every thing bought off web site in the trash!

I ordered 2 shirts for my son, he always wears a medium but these medium shirts did not fit and I wanted to exchange for larges. One would think I could just return and exchange the medium for large, wrong. 1st of all, they not only do not want you to return the incorrect size, they want you to pay again to send the correct size. They offer to give you a 40% discount to do this and give you free shipping. OR the 2nd option was still do not return the item but they will give you a " $15 voucher" to use on your next order. I told them this made no sense and neither option was acceptable but it was basically "too bad so sad". So I have 2 shirts that no one can use and lost money. Great way to run a business. I highly suggest you do not purchase from this Company.

Ordered 2 shirts. Always wear 2x, maybe 1x depending on maker. The 2x was comparable to a Large. So undersized. Made in Hong Kong, took way too long to get. When I wanted to return them, I was offered a small credit to keep and reorder something else. Just beware the sizes are not American sizes. I'm a fit 6', 210 lbs.
