I ordered and received pair of shorts but wrong size and color, entirely wrong product. Cannot get them to exchange for correct product, size and color. No invoice or order number in packaging.

These people are scammers. They keep trying to bargain with me for a credit, or refund me half my money if i will just keep the shirts instead of returning them. THE DAMN THINGS DONT FIT. GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK.
The shirts were returned to them, STILL NO REFUND. IM WAITING!

Looks great in their photos but the received product was junk. How can you print on shirts and be missing ink in the graphics in large areas. Entire letters missing! Good luck trying to contact customer service.

I ordered 2 man's shirts and both are very poor materials and designs. The look on the site and the price is misleading on the site. When you get it, it is something eals.
Do not buy it. Learn from me.

Gales of laughter, not so much when I figured I spent $100.00 on shirts, had to wait a month for
Shipping, just a poor company to deal with for quality and service.

The worst part of all this is I like the t-shirts - at least the sayings on them. However, the t-shirts I was sent were ALL the wrong sizes - ALL too small! It seems this Chinese based company doesn't know the difference between Asian sizes and American/European sizes. For example, I ordered "2XL" because I like a loose fit and use concealed carry. The shirts I received were all marked "2XL" but might have been at best an American/European medium. I gave this company three chances to replace one t-shirt I really liked and EVERY order (even though marked "2XL"!) was clearly not "2XL" - each shirt was too small. I've had enough and will not buy from this company again.

I hate to admit when I screw up, but when I saw the cotosen ads for shirts, they looked pretty cool. I ordered 5 of them for around $92.00. It took 5 weeks to come in and when they did... I knew I had been screwed. The materials were low quality, the shirts looked not even close to the pictures on the website and the sizes were not accurate. They were low quality sweat-shop materials. If you have already bought the item, like me... they try to give you a refund to keep them... like 1/3 back. I wanted a full refund. I had to write them several times and they haggle with you trying to keep the money. Then you find out that the cost to ship them back is over $100.00 on the items... and then is when you find you are screwed. Don't deal with this company... buy American. I had to learn the hard way.

The shirts look pretty nice online. What you receive in the mail is not even close. After several weeks the first of three shirts arrived from China. The quality of workmanship and material was below poor. The thirt shirt arrived today in the wrong size with the same subpar quality. All three are going to the thrift store. DO NOT BUY from this company! Their product is a scam.

I submitted a ticket twice requesting tracking information and have never received a reply. It has been over three weeks and the site just says processing. I would be very surprised if I actually receive my order.

Too bad for me that I didn't read reviews before I bought a few things. Their stuff really is total garbage. Instead of "When is…", two words are run together forming the word "Whenis" because they don't speak English well.
One shirt is supposed to have "ties" connecting the two sides, but the button connector thingy goes through the middle. The material is super strange. It's not like t-shirt material. It's like thin, cheap, almost silk-like but polyester material. I can't even describe it very well, except that it's just weird.
Another shirt seems fine, but it's SUPER WIDE. It's not even the same size as the others, and they were all supposed to be large. He can't wear any of them because of one problem or another. They just don't look good at all. It's just the worst quality of material, design, and service. If it looks great on the site, trust me that it will NOT look like that when it gets to you.
So naturally, I tried to return the order and get my money back, but they wanted me to return it at my expense, and they were going to ship the replacement back to me... at my expense. It wasn't even worth it. They will also start leaving their own 5-star reviews once they discover a review site. They'll pretend they're amenable to helping you if you're unhappy, but again, it's just for show. Once they have your money, they're done.
Do yourself a favor and just buy American. May cost more, but at least we care about customer service more than these scammers.

I almost fell for this scam. The website looks American. They put USD to look like USA.

I bought 2 shirts in the 3X size. Both shirts at best are XL in size. Cheap material also. Can't return because the original package was thrown out. I would not recommend this product.

I made purchase and thwn I saw some really bad rewies so I decide to cancel it which was several minutes after I order it. And this is what it says: "Your order *******080xxxx has been shipped, we cannot apply for cancellation, if you have any questions, please contact customer service." Ofc when I contact customer service nothing happen. Dont even click on that site its pure scam. So I guess they wont ship me amything and I wont get money back... I hope karma will chase them one day...

I have had an experience with Cotosen and do not do business with this company, I have returned order and never received my refund of $60. Poor communications slow shipping working out of 3rd party in California called Orderplus Inc. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY also payed thru Pay Pal and they were no help.

My name is Dr. Marc and I was excited for this order until it was received. It took almost a month to receive it and the material is cheap, thin, and a XXL fits like an extra small and I am only 190lbs. I bought several shirts and they are also paper thin. Do not order from this site and spend your money elsewhere. Warning Buyers!

WORST clothing company EVER. NOTHING ordered was the correct size. It took 6 weeks to get. Never would order anything again

I regret buying from ths company. Sizing is way off. Service is non-existent. I am still trying g to find out how to stop them from sending emails. I would not buy more from Cotosen.

Cheap quality and badly made, what you receive looks nothing like the picture and trying to send items back is impossible. I wanted to send a t-shirt back as it was crap, poorly made and didn't fit I was at first asked to order another shirt and keep the one I had, I refused and asked for a full refund I was then asked if I would take a $5 voucher and again keep the shirt. Each correspondence was answered by a different person spouting the same crap. Crap clothing Crap service Crap Company.
