Under no circumstance order from here. The merchandise is poor quality, it looks nothing like the pics and is so disappointing trying to get your money back. Do not believe any of the positive ratings...! They ahve got to be bogus!

Never received my order of 5 items. They lied about the shipping info and trying to communicate with them is impossible. I believe most people would call this fraud or robbery.

The quality is poorly represented in the product description. The actual shirt I received was barely a shadow of what was advertised. And when you complain and ask for a refund, all they will do is offer you a discount that you can use to buy more horrible merchandise from their store. I give up. Live and learn. And review.

This company is a total scam they photo shoot their shirts and there nothing like it in person. Material is cheap plus they send us different shirts that we didn't even order. Soo upset what a total lost of money. Also took a month to receive the order.

I bought a jacket from the Cotosen website on September 30,2022. The website said it would be here in 5 to 8 business days. It's October 27,2022 and no one from the site can give me a definitive answer on where my order is or when it will be here. Oh yeah I did receive an email that claimed I could track my order, but the link bogus with no way of tracking where my order is/was at all. The clothes look good on the site but the company's timeliness and response to customers sucks. Definitely won't be buying from here again.

Ordered a top but sized wrong. Went back 10 minutes later and they refused to change the size even tho they guarantee changes for 1st 24 hours after placing order. They refused. Arrived late. However, the product is attractive. Caveat Emptor

If I could give - 5 stars I would! The quality is simply the THE WORST! DO NOT buy anything from the fraudalant advertised company! You will be SORELY DISAPPOINTED! I threw all their clothes in the garbage!

CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD if you haven't already been billed for the order! If you have, you can always issue a payment dispute with your credit card provider (you'll need to show your correspondence and lack of resolution from WavePoly... a. k. A. Cotosen).

Not as advertised. The product online looks amazing, but in real life it is garbage in my opinion. What is shown online and what you get is MUCH different. In the attached photo you can see they didn't even stitch around the neck and you can see their photo versus what I got. Awful. Hope the Salvation Army will take it.

On top of that they shipped the wrong sizes! I contacted the company wanting a refund. Not so much as an offer to replace with the correct sizes and they refused to return my money or return the product. They did however offer a $13 voucher to buy more Chinese trash from them... how nice (the order was over $100). Without resolution, I launched a payment dispute with my Credit Card provider to get my money back.

Lesson learned. I will from now on look for reviews before buying online. My pain is your gain, 'there's one born every minute' yes I'm that sucker. 1 star is generous, want to give 0 stars.

I did have the product but the quality is extremely poor. On top of that, 2 shorts have incorrect size so I asked for a replacement. They had suggested to keep both shorts and send $26.00 for correct replacement, which I did and paid them by PayPal. After that they asked me to submit a proof of payment(for PayPal! Like they can't go and look). I have forwarded them PayPal email with transaction number probably 5 times and every time they keep asking me to send them a proof of payment and every time this request came form different person, judging by the name. One phone number goes straight to the voice mail, the other one I spent an hour on hold. Finally, I opened a dispute with PayPal and got my money back and the hell with them. My suggestion is: if you are to buy something from them, pay by PayPal. Scam, 100%

This company is a Chinese rip off outfit. The sweatshirt I ordered took nearly a month to arrive and was just thin polyester, not a sweatshirt, that was too small. I fit into every x-large shirt I have and some just large size, but this was smaller than the large size. Now they insist I pay return shipping. Do not buy from this company! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

I wish I'd done my research prior to making my purchase rather than after it took 6 weeks for the order to arrive.

Ordered 4 things. 3 finally arrived. 1 still missing. Absolute garbage. Looks like Coats and more like a long sleeve t-shirt. Now to hard to return. Said coming from Europe. Thought London, France or Italy. Came from China. In the garbage. Big waste of alot of money. We

There pictures on there site look good, but they are far from that, and there adds kept popping up so i got stung, cheaply made and quality is terrible I have pics of everything and I will show you what I am talking about. I recommend you do not purchase a thing from them as I am currently back and fourth trying to get my money back, It has been more than frustrating, this site really needs to be shutdown due to their false and misleading advertising, and photoshoped pictures.

Bought about 90.00 of clothing and accessories, it is all cheap crap made in china. Not worth your money.
The web page is well executed and gives the impression that you are buying quality.
Adding that it took forever to arrive

Holy crap what a crappy company. Probably on the verge of going out of business. I want my money back. If I could rate the company zero I would. All you have done is piss me off with months delay in delivery, undersized large sizes and crappy response for an exchange. I want my money back or an immediate exchange. Where else can I write a crappy review for a crappy company. I am not wasting my time tracking down my proof of purchase. They already know what they shipped me. Are you kidding me?

I ordered 4 shirts which were larger than the size chart showed.
After several emails they gave an return address to some warehouse address which I googled and then sent it out.

Their clothing ads represent one thing and you get something very different. They keep blowing you off on returning the damaged/ very cheap merchandise with coupons instead... etc! Very BAD merchant. I am reporting this to Amazon as well as I see that they have a presence there.

I ordered a shirt and they claimed it was delivered to me here in Florida after going back and forth for a couple months pay pal said it was delivered in Brooklyn NY! And they still claimed I got it after all that! That is their scam saying you got it when you didn't! Don't believe it was ever delivered to NY either! Anyone can write up a fake delivery claim! I see someone else had the problem too! They are a Rip Off! Same your money!
