I was also " burned " by this company in November of 2021... I had purchased thru PayPal and filed a complaint after receiving my order. FWIW - One out of 6 shirts was somewhat close to the picture on the stores website ---

I was IMMEDIATELY offered a 50 % off reduction from Cotosen " just like that " --- and I jumped on it.Sure, I could have probably dragged it on with PayPal and eventually got my entire payment back. But at what cost? Having to ship back, more time wasted? It just wasn't worth it

In reality- it was MY fault for NOT researching this company before buying. That being said, it TAUGHT me a VERY VALUABLE lesson- That I will NEVER, EVER make again --

Bottom Line: I received about 75 dollars back and will chalk the other $75 to a lesson on life... and that one is PRICELESS even at 57 years old!

I was trying to cancel my order because the sizes were in Asian sizes which would have not fit me. I tried to cancel the same day and it would always state that my order was already shipped. This turned out to be completely false. After back and forth with this dirty company, I finally got my refund, from this very scammy company that uses fake photos to entice buyers. I did contact my bank and filed a dispute. Also, the phone number on their website is fake, it appears to be disconnected. Do not buy anything from this company.

The only positive thing about Cotosen is there slick website and ability to quickly charge your credit card.
The numerous negative things about Cotosen:
- Items shipped do not match your order invoice (bait and switch).
- Sizes run small; material used is poor; and overall quality is substandard.
- Order arrives piecemeal with no real tracking mechanism.
- Nonexistence customer service.
- Absence of any viable means to return or exchange items.
I thought about using the four items received as paint smocks or when I do yard work but decided to donate it all to the local homeless shelter.
Do not buy anything from this company.

Everything I have ordered from this store has been of excellent quality,The clothes are really stylish and high quality at a reasonable price. Plus, the customer service is always great.

I ordered 4 shirts and 5 hoodies and when it arrived I was completely disappointed. The quality is bad, I was sent completely different models to my mother. I did not receive what I ordered. I do not recommend it at all, you will be deceived.

Cotosen is a 100% fraud site. Any positive reviews are 100% fake. Do not believe these fake reviews! All Cotosen products are junk. They will steal your money.

After purchasing, instead of a shipping confirmation they send a note to say there is a delay without details. Weeks later and not a word. They pass off as a US site with a lot of American flags but actually it is just a Chinese manufacturer, giving us Chinese a bad name. Do not buy.

I am a huge fan of Cotosen. I don't know where I'd be without them. I've been shopping at their website for over a year now and the selection is just phenomenal. The quality is unbeatable, too! They have everything you need to look your best, from tops to bottoms, shoes to bag. I started shopping there last year and have never shopped anywhere else since then. The clothes are really stylish and high quality at a reasonable price. Plus, the customer service is always great when I have any issues with my order or if something needs to be exchanged. What more could you ask for?

I mistakenly purchased an item twice, I immediately cancelled the 2nd order, but I was told the order has been shipped and they can't cancel, this company is a koke.

3 out of 4 items were substituted for items that I would not wear without advising me.
The one correct item had holes I could put my fist through.
Don't wast your money with this rubbish.

I ordered 1st time from this company due to the clothes look great on the website. Material, colors, styles and costs. I received my order a few weeks later and ALL of it is not even close to what the website shows.
Material, colors, styles, etc. I tried an item on and i am an off the shelf LRG. Body way snug and sleeves giant. Tried on a coat...the whole thing is HUGE. Now the fun part, I did exactly as return policy states and kept all in original packages, unused, and they will not supply an address to send back when they offer a full refund (minus shipping back to them) within 30 days. I have had 7 email exchanges all at 24 hours later that offer me discounts to keep it...no info to send back. I have reported to my credit card company who is now on it. By far the absolute biggest bait and switch I have ever ordered (I am 60) and worst company I have ever dealt with.

I never learn to read reviews 'prior' to my orders. Wouldn't be so bad, but the 'no response' for my refund request is totally unacceptable. I've tried twice so far, but still nothing. Will never order here again.

Short and sweet. Ordered from them - quality is crap - tried to exchange for correct size - didn't want money back just change size (these are made in China and way undersized for US market) never heard back kept my money.

I ordered 7 items and 4 were 1-2 sizes too small. I contacted them to exchange for the correct sizes. They wouldn't exchange them. They offered me a 70% off my next order. I told them I don't want to spend more money especially when they can't get the sizes right. I asked for a refund they offered me $23 refund. What an insult after I spent $160 with them.

If you plan on buying from this site, I highly recommend using Paypal if you can. I ordered a jacket but never received it. I submitted a dispute with Paypal for the purchase since that's what I used for payment method. Paypal resolved the issue for me and I got my money back. Seems to be a hit and miss with Cotosen. Either, if you do get your order, it'll mostly be something of low quality that doesn't resemble from the images on the website.

Our first order of a man's t-shirt was ok but the website was confusing. The t-shirt could be ordered with the graphic on front or back but that wasn't clear the first time. I wanted to exchange but they said they had no record of that order. So I reordered the same t-shirt again with the graphic on the other side as well as three other shirts. The t-shirt that was the same item as our first order was not the same size though the label said it was and it shrank so much that my husband can't wear it. Two shirts were polo design and the material felt like plastic or vinyl. The way the collar was attached was so poorly done on one of them... not the way any experienced seamstress would attach a collar. As it would always be visible while wearing, I decided to return the two polo shirts. First you have to email them and this time I had the record of my order just in case. I get a response negotiating a store credit versus a refund. I spent $42 for the two shirts and they want me to keep the shirts and get an $14 credit at their store. I said no. Then I get another email offering an $11 refund and I can keep the shirts or give them away. That was their suggestion. Again, I refused and demanded a full refund. They sent me the address to mail it and said I had to send them the return receipt and tracking number. When I went to the post office they said it would cost $18.95 to send it that way. The postal worker said they get a lot of packages from China with postage due and the customer has to pay. She showed me a stack of packages next to her like that and one of them was just like mine. She said she was surprised that mine slipped through without having to pay postage. I refused to pay that much to ship the package back without having the assurance that I would be refunded the money. There are many other reviews where that happened.
Lesson - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will not buy from any online company that sounds like it is straight from China.
