Do not do business with this company! I ordered 6 items and have had nothing but problems. One item I received was the correct item but they sent it in the wrong size. They said I would have to return it at my own expense (even though it was their error) and then I could order another one. 2 of the items they "shipped", but what I received wasn't even close to the items I ordered. I was again told I could send them back (at my own expense and could reorder). 2 other items haven't even shipped yet (it's been more than a month since I placed order). I have asked for a refund and they refuse that as well. I have never been so frustrated and angry with a company.
I ordered 2 items from them. They took the money within 1 day...Then I got a message, very busy, long delays. Was ready to pace a fraud claim and the 1st one came. I ordered at the middle of Nov. The second one has still not come. When I ask what's going on, I get the same response, delayed. 1st one very thin but does look ok. Will never buy from them again.
I accidentently ordered XLG instead of large. I will wait until Christmas and check to see if my grandson would prefer the Large then exchange it. I am worried it may take too long to get the shirt. Otherwise it looks to be of good quality. It is a Christmas gift I don't know how it fits.
You never really know what you're gonna get on cotosen. I've bought a few sherpa items that were really thin or cheaply made. Not this one. Sherpa was super soft and very thick. The best sherpa item I've bought on cotosen. Worth the price.
I ordered this sweater for my daughter and I liked it that I may actually order one for myself. It's very comfortable and warm. It's so soft and keeps you warm.
Warmest hoodie ever purchased, been using everyday and it's been in the 30s. Fiancé and I both have same hoodie, and ordered a size larger than usual and we normally wear things true to size.
This jacket is honestly pretty awesome. Keeps me warm, easy to wash and super comfy. After a few months both shoulders have a hole in them so I wouldn't buy this if you want something that'll last a few years. I don't wear the jacket much because I hardly go outside.
Truly liked this sweatshirt except that it is black and has a white zipper and string on hood. Would much rather have a black zipper and string which would not show dirt as fast as this one will. I don't remember if there was one with black zipper and string and maybe I should have looked better. Oh, Well.
I bought this jacket for myself because like oversized sweatshirts and jackets. I ordered a size up because wanted it to be roomy but its a little too roomy. That's my bad. The lining is very soft and warm and despite it being a little too big, I love it and would buy it again.
I bought this men's winter coat for my husband to replace his old winter coat. He has nothing but great things to say about this coat. The coat warm, waterproof, comfortable, and easy to move in. He is able to wear a thick pullover or sweatshirt underneath with no problem. I got him a large and it fits perfectly. Definitely worth the buy!
I love this jacket. It is so soft and warm. I wanted a jacket for in between a spring jacket and a winter coat and this is perfect. And it has the Sherpa down the sleeves. That is hard to find. It is light weight but made sturdy, nice hefty zipper and the hood is nice and big enough to actually cover your head. This is the best jacket I have ever had.

I like how this jacket feels like a soft, fuzzy blanket and keeps me so very warm. Had to buy this second one because I wore out the first(the seam between the hoodie and the neck was coming loose. I wear this jacket before I wear my coat because my coat sometimes is too much but this jacket is heavy enough to keep my warm more than ever.
I used to be very online market world in general. But, I was introduced to Cotosen website and it's been great so far! The customer service is always there to answer any questions you have and the new platform is easy to use.
I am looking forward to expanding our relationship, Platform is user friendly. Overall very good service they are provide.
I ordered a total of 6 shirts online in the first week of Nov. 2022. I received 3 of the items ordered. All 3 items are made of the cheapest material possible (can see right through the material). The lettering on 2 of the shirts is blotchy, streaky or runny. Not clean crisp and clear. Approx. A week later, I received 3 shirts that were not what I had ordered at all. I contacted their Customer Service Dept. (via email) and notified them of my problem. I have since been in email conversations with no less than 3 different people who have all told me that I would need to pay for the postage of returning the 3 incorrect items and reorder the correct 3 items. I have no intentions of paying postage for shipment back to China as this mistake was made by their company (warehouse pickers) and was no fault of my own. The last email that I sent to a person named Norman (Cotosen Customer Service) has gone unanswered for the past week. They offered me a 70% discount on a future order as some sort of compensation. I wouldn't ordered ANYTHING from this company EVER AGAIN! They are in my opinion, THIEVES who unfortunately see no consequences for their lack of good business practices. I would like to have anyone, (Better Business Bureau) or whoever make this company accountable. Bottom line is, I am now out over $125 that I will likely never get refunded and I have to shop to replace these items that were intended a Xmas presents. If I could rate this company as a minus 5, I most certainly would. My biggest regret is that there will be possibly countless numbers of unsuspecting customers who will have the same thing happen to them with no recourse but to write off their lose. This company needs to be exposed for what they truly are, low life SCAMMERS!
I ordered an item on November 7th and I would give my thoughts on the quality of the material but I haven't received it yet and it's December 8th. I've contacted them through email on several different occasions and in return they emailed me back saying it was peak season that's why there is a delay. I guess that's what they tell customers when they really don't have an answer for them.
I ordered two pairs of paints. They sent me two different orders and charged me twice and they were the wrong size. I sent them pictures of the original order, sent them pictures of what I received. I spent 121.14 with them and at first they offered me 22.00 for a coupon to purchase a new item. I told them I would send the package back which I did. They never responded. I sent proof of the delivery to their facility. I never heard back. I would never do business with this company
Answer: Hi. I tried to return my order. First, they are not quick to respond. The return policy says do not return it to the place it was shipped from and to contact them for the return. The first response to your return request will ask for more information. The second will ask for more information again. The third communication will attempt to discourage you from sending the items back because they require the items be returned to China and they tell you it will be too expensive to for you to return the items. When they will tell you that the shipping will be too expensive they will offer you a partial refund. This whole process will take 3 weeks or so. Then they will not honor the refund amount that was agreed to. As you wait for refund to arrive - which it never does - the 30 day return policy has expired. This is exactly how their refund policy works.
