After buying about 10 item and waiting a month for shipment I wrote them and canceled the back order jacket and they charge me a fee of 20.00. Not a big deal-- but they never sent refund for the rest of the balance (65.00). The other items arrived finally nad none of them fit all too small. I ordered 2xl gao something smaller than xl but bigger than large. Asdked for refund they said ok but charged a fee. I said ok.
Going on for 2 months now and I have never received any refund as of yet. Going on 2 months. I have email threm daily and rhey keep coming up with excuses(which are obvious lies like

As per checking on the status of your refund it was already forwarded on our accounting department, sorry for the delay since we also process other refund for another customer, however I have already coordinated this to expedite and to highly prioritize.

My husband bought what it's supposed to be a coat, and a terrible polyester sweatshirt. Cannot return as they don't respond to emails and no phone number. Terrible products, worse customer service actually no customer service. Buy from reputable stores where you can see what you buy. Looks much nicer in pictures below, but it's like stuffed animal hair inside and thinner than my Levi's..

Do not be fooled by the pictures. Clothes you get look nothing like them. Materials totally different

This company is a total scam. The website shows really nice looking products on muscle bound people which most people are not. The issue is that the product send is NOTHING like the product being advertised on their site!

The money I spent was a learning experience! When the stuff came, it came with postage due. The postal employee said they had gotten a bunch at that time with postage due. Then she added that the postal service determined the Postage that was on them was counterfeit! The envelope that supposedly contained my two rather beefy shirts, was as flat as can be! Must have contained a couple sheets of toilet paper, no way was there clothing in there. I declined to pay the postage and left it there. I have never heard from this COTOSEN again. But the money was withdrawn right away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

They will send your their surplus regardless of your size and never refund your money.

No return lable provided, I was given the address to mail the item in. I did, the recepient REFUSED to accept the package. They want me to sent it back again to the same address, spend money and my time to deal with such stupidity is more than I can stand for.
Don't buy anything from. This website or you are in for a rude awakening about they type of business they run.

They don't even respond to return requests and don't want to provide the return address.

Placed an order on October 17 for a coat and shirt. First be aware that these products ship directly from China. Nowhere does it tell you this. After waiting over five weeks for my order to arrive, I contacted customer service to get an update on my order. Btw the only available customer service is an email address. So after waiting three days I received a response saying my order was "in transit". No updated tracking or any detailed information regarding my order. So after waiting another week, I made two additional attempts to contact customer service without So much as a response. I contacted PayPal for assistance. The email PayPal has for this company is an invalid domain address. So now I'm left waiting another 30 days while PayPal investigates with the hope of getting a refund. My advice would be to just avoid these guys completely. They seem like a scam company, or at best you'll be waiting weeks and weeks for your order, with no real customer service to reach out to in the event of a problem such as mine.

Two items sent wrong colour wrong size, these items sent you couldn't sell them clothes in the market as they are poorly made This company is doing fales advertisement.

This is a scam, the product you get is nothing what you ordered. It is cheap. Takes months to receive it. I try to cancel there's no way to cancel the order. Again this is a scam stay away from this company

Time between order and delivery approx 5 Weeke, unacceptable. The black suede jacket with brown leather? Paper thin lapels is a far cry from advertised much chunkier jacket pictures.
It just looks cheap when tried on. Never again. It crunches up like a chamois leather. Maybe OK for drying my car. Sorry guys

I ordered a pair of Men's boots advertised as leather with rubber soles. I was delivered a pair of Women's dress boots made from fake leather and plastic soles. I contacted their customer service and the best they can do is store credit or I have to pay to ship the boots to China and I might get a refund.

Terrible quality jacket I purchased. I didn't realize this is a co. In China, shipping taking weeks to get item.
There site clearly states that refunds are the usual if returned within 30 days. I contacted them the day after I received, and they responded "no refunds", only will do " a site credit" towards another item.
Total fraud, DO NOT order anything from them.

I bought an XL t-shirt and after waiting 4 weeks, Cotosen sent a large. I could return it if I paid the shipping. They offered a $10 credit to reorder and keep the large. Since the large looked like a medium, I reordered a XXL. After waiting 4 weeks, an XXL t-shirt arrived, but not the t-shirt I ordered. Same nonsense again not covering shipping to return it and $6.00 credit. After several emails back and forth and threatening to request a charge back and file a complaint with the BBB, they issued a credit for half the charge. This company is a rip off. There is no way they can be so incompetent. It is a scam to make more money off customers. Buyer beware.

The most useless and dubious online shopping market place. I ordered for 9 items they sent only only one. And the only one they sent wasn't the quality I choose from their page everyone should avoid to transact business with them. It took a month to get my order. When I received it, the packaging was crap, and so was the clothing. The boots that were advertised as leather weren't leather and the quality was horrible. Everything I received looked like it came out of a Chinese sweatshop and was handmade by children. Terrible quality and not at all what was pictured and described! Complete waste of money! I placed qn order for several shirts. I received some of my order, except for the 2 more expensive items. 1 of those items was sent in a separate shipping --- which I never received and the post office said it had a wrong address on it. I am still fighting with Cotoazen over that shirt for the past 2 weeks. The second shirt I did not receive, I was promised a refund. That was a month ago and I have still not gotten credited back my money. This is nothing but a hassle and a tipoff. It has been a horrific ordeal and I will probably never get my money back on those 2 items. They are full of excuses and no customer service.
