Another lesson learned, I should have read these reviews first. The issue is the same as most people here The quality of the merch is worse than a dollar store. I keep trying to contact the company to provide me with a return address but there is silence. You are smarter than me because you are reading these reviews, make the right decision. RUN!

Doesn't look like the photos at all. Printed on cheap plastic. I have never got my refund even as they keep saying it was all preceded. Do not by anything from there. They just getting rid of plastic waste by selling it to you.

I place 1 order in the beginning of Dec for my husband to wear to our wedding Jan 6th. My order sat in 1 place for over a week. Than in another place for a week. It showed up after I needed my order. So I had to buy something else for my husband to wear. So at this point I told them to cancel my order. I don't need it or want it anymore. Now I have received it and still does not need it or want it. Also the sweatshirt was cheaply made and does nit look like the pic. I want a refund and to send it back. The company will not return my emails anymore! Bas customer service and products.

I by mistake was reviewing the the cost of shipping and when I went to the review order page it automatically sent the order. I immediately.sent an email telling them I did not want the item and to please cancel the order. They emailed me back within 20 minutes and said they could not cancel the order as it had already shipped. Three days later I received an email stating that my item had shipped.
I received the order and the item is not true to size and now the say that they do not have any shipping label to send and that I will have to make my own label and be responsible for all cost. They also offered a partial refund for the item which amount to about a third of what I paid for them.
The product I received is of very poor quality.
Please take care if ordering from this seller as they will do anything to scam you out of your money!

I ordered boots. Took nearly 3 weeks to recieve. Looked nothing like what I ordered.
Had hardest time tracking. When able to track 5 days after ordering, found out came from china, had to go through customs. Packaging and box was cut open and raggedly taped back together covering my name and address. Zero customer service information. Package and boots had God awful smell. Actually was afraid to open. Put on hazzard suit, gloves, gas mask, and opened outside not knowing what was inside (Yes I took a foolish chance opening package). Boots were damaged and VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY cheaply made. Looks like something made in someone back room with door locked. Worse thing I ever ordered. To embarrassed to donate to Goodwill or Salvation Army, any other charity or even throw in trash. Took out into a field and set on fire. Wasted money, no big issues. WARNING: Would not recommend anyone to purchase from this F'd Up "SCAMPAMY"! Definately reported to all BBB and companies alike. They got me. If want to check them out, check reviews first. Don't be foolish.

I ordered a jacket from them prior to researching. The item I ordered and what I received was not the same. It took almost a 1 1/2 months to arrive. Customer service is non existent. The package arrived with a shipping label from a vacant warehouse... go figure!

If you look at the reviews you will see only 5 star and 1 star. Read the 5 star and look at the grammar and syntax, it seems off. However, the 1 star reviews are indicative of the worst possible company. My stuff never arrived. I asked about it multiple times and had NO reply. I sent a cancellation request, not replied to either.

I placed 2 orders (8 pieces from Cotosen). The pictures did somewhat match the product, the product (jackets) were so thin, I wouldn't wear them (donated those). A couple of pieces were exactly what I was looking for. Other pieces were completely wrong. I orders 2 long sleave zipper shirts (suppose to be 95% cotton). They were not. I ordered a white one and a blue one. The white one was a striped white and tan. The blue one was a stripe blue and navy blue. Donated those. I ordered a large short sleave zipper shirt. Correct color - they sent a size small. Donated that. I received a yellowstone pull over sweatshirt. Did not like the material or the fur around the color that looked like someone had glued it on. I donated that. I did like the hat I ordered, the t-shirt and a pullover sweatshirt with 2 zippers.

Very poor quality even for that "low" price. Sizes are incorrect and illogical. No washing label. The computer's response to my complaint and did not help me at all. Returns have been made almost impossible. I advise everyone not to order from these scammers.

I was looking around the website and saw these cute shirts for my husband for 9.99 each. So I began to order three of them, but once I got to the page where I saw that shipping costs were $26, almost the exact price of the three shirts, I abandoned the order and never completed the order. Well lo and behold today three shirts show up. I went back and checked my bank and I was charged for them. Now you may wonder why I did not see that I was charged for them thru my bank account sooner and that is because of Christmas. I didn't snoop in the bank account because I didn't know what my husband was buying for me for Christmas, so this went undetected. I never received any email communication from Cotosen regarding this order or that it had been shipped (again probably bc I never placed the order in the first place!) Furthermore, what I had in my basket, which again-I never ordered, were size 2 XL. They sent size 4 XL and let me tell you I am 5 foot three, and in fairly decent shape, the shirts did not even fit me (I figured if they were nice and fit my husband I would just have kept them and chalked it up to experience and just never used the site again).! I went on their website. And attempted to send a customer service inquiry to them regarding a return & refund. I filled out the form and when I hit send nothing happened. So I filled it out again. Hit send again and again nothing happened. Thankfully, there was an email address that I sent an email to this evening and hopefully I will get some sort of response from them, I will update this review upon receiving, hopefully some sort of resolution. If they do not get back to me, I will be contacting my bank to process a fraudulent charge because I never authorized or completed this purchase.

What you think you are ordering from the pictures is not what you receive... the cheap material is not what was described, typical Chinese made.

Don't even think about buying from this company. It takes almost a month to receive then you have to pay the return if something is wrong and then they refuse your return when you send it back. What a scam. I had to return my item because it did not fit and they refused to accept delivery. Now I'm stuck paying 90$ for jacket that didn't fit, spent $30 to return it and then they refused to accept the return.

I purchased (4) shirts for my husband. One was the wrong size & color. To return the item, I had to pay shipping because they do not do exchanges, but I was told they would apply half of what I paid for the shirt to my new order. If I chose to keep it, they would refund me half of what I paid, even though it was their error. Terrible service, don't do business with this company!

The items shown in the ads look very cool and seem to be made to satisfy. Not! Sizes are off. But the worst is the quality. Barbie clothes are made better than these. And any problem you have with them is assumed to be your fault. Even if they send you the wrong size. They'll offer you a discount or allow a return...but you have to pay a huge shipping fee. Skip them. Block them. Tell everyone you know to avoid them! BTW...I have pics and correspondence to back my statement. Not a hater.

One item I ordered (shoes) was delivered in a different color than ordered, the other item (pants) was twice the size of my size despite being measured according to the website information. Even for the incorrectly delivered shoes, in order to get a refund, I was expected to send them back to China at my own expense - that would have cost more than the shoes themselves. The other offer was a refund of 25% of the total value, which I accepted in the end Cotosen wrote 12 days ago, the money is on the way and will be with me in 72 hours. I've been waiting for it ever since.

Horrible quality. Good luck with returns or refunds. Just China junk. Don't waste your time or money.

You might as well just throw your money away if you place an order with this company. My husband ordered two pieces of clothing, both were extremely oversized and totally inaccurate of the size chart. Upon trying to return the items, within one week of receipt and on our dime the company has refused our return and blocked us from all communication... while NOT issuing a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
