I was very pleased these frames from Cool Frames arrived in excellent condition and there was no evidence if they had been sent out and returned by any other customers.
This was my first experience with Cool Frames and they were very easy to work with. They accepted my vision insurance and made the process of ordering with insurance very easy. They were extremely responsive to my questions and my rep was fantastic.
Product price & delivery was great. But I didn't end up needing new frames after all and returned. Knocked 1 star because online return didn't work.
I live out of state, but I reached out to Tamra at Coolframes via email for an inquiry about Cartier frames. She was extremely responsive to my inquiries. I ended up ordering a pair of Cartier glasses with varilux lenses on July 3rd. I received them yesterday. They are perfect! I am so glad I ordered from Tamra at Coolframes. I plan to be a repeat customer!

It was a Koo lil experience, they got my prescription with the quickness and emailed me about it. I thought that was Koo too. They put my prescription in my new cartiers and got it to me quick. Ima come back when my dogs chew this pair up and pick up another pair. Good lookin.

I found a gorgeous pair of glasses at the Ralph Florence store. They were out of stock. I went online to search for them found cool frames website. Emma was able to purchase them for $60 less than what Ralph Lauren was charging and I got them super fast.
Website was easy to shop on. Wish they gave an option to just purchase the glasses with the factory glass in them. Also wish they would include how tall the lens part of the glasses are. I am looking for glasses that have a narrower lens area than most frames. Was glad to find a small set of frames that acutally fit but the lens area is still too big for my liking. I feel like they take up my whole face.

I was so happy with the choice of frames and high-quality. Turnaround time was also very good. I just wish they have the option for high index frames for my prescription, but I'm thrilled with the results.
