I received the glasses I ordered today. First time ordering from Cool Frames. Took a little long, 3 1/2 weeks for them to ship but I'm very happy with the product. Ordered 10% gradient brown tint lenses. They're exactly what I wanted.

I've been wearing cool frames eyeglass frames for two years. I ordered another cool frames eyeglass frames online. My order came in quickly with no problems.

Frames helped me avoid paying for new glasses. Your reviews should be easier to fill out. It's not complicated to understand why I might wanna get frames.

We loved the frames, and they were delivered in a timely fashion.

I chose cool frames because I was able to select a frame that I love and am comfortable wearing out everyday. The price wasn't horrible depending on how many things you add on, the shipping process however is definitely not what I expected. I payed extra so my glasses would arrive earlier…just get standard shipping.

The right lens was correct, but the left lens was not. I ordered these as a duplicate for an identical pair I thought I'd lost on vacation, but later found. I even put them on, one pair after the other. And there is definitely something wrong with the left eye.

I found the exact frame I was looking for at a great price. Shopping and checkout were easy. My order arrived promptly and as advertised. I highly recommend this seller! :)

Smooth process. However I only received one of my original demo lenses when returned. I'll let that slide though.

I had to get replacement frames for my lenses, the team were so kind and helpful. They found me a frame that fit my needs right away. They are kind and sweet and very attentive to your request. The store is filled with so many different styles of glasses, I felt like a kid in a candy store, all the new looks to fit any fashion style. Defiantly my new place to shop for glasses.

Got them in good time. They were supposed be havana purple but were more just plain purple.

It was great I never order prescription before from them...and they did an amazing job...
