I ordered a frame for my daughter. Frame was perfect! The only thing is that I wished the tracking of shipment worked for Canada. We had no idea when they were going to arrive. Took about 2 weeks.

The Cool Frames site was easy to navigate. My question about insurance was answered quickly.

My glasses took almost a month to arrive (over 3 weeks). No information or communication regarding delay even though I was well past the 4-10 business day processing time. When my glasses finally did ship, my tracking info was never updated. I had to call the call center for an update.

The glasses are great though and perfectly done, exactly what I ordered and the price was right.

Overall I would recommend Cool Frames for top quality frames and lenses but retailer/consumer communication left a bit to be desired.

I needed a replacement sunglass clip-on that my optician no longer carried. She was able to track it down on Cool Frames and gave the the model number I needed. They even had a discount code! Easy shopping and check out and got the sunglass clip as expected. Packed very carefully with bonus hard shell case!

Excellent price amazing customer service! All I can say I am extremely satisfied with Cool Frames I went to my regular place where I've always buy my glasses for years now and the exact same frames were 500$ I want to show a friend online what my glass frames what they look next thing you know I fall onto Cool Frames website.The exact frames, colour that I wanted were $300 less at Cool Frames. I placed my order. They advise me the day after that they were back ordered. A couple weeks later I got an email stating that they received my frames. I asked him to send him a picture so I could approve them. They did that immediately and I approved them to ship the frames to me. I brought them to my place to get the lenses put in and the girl that I always deal with told me that they ARE real Dolce Gabbana frames. All I could say is, I'm totally satisfied with Cool Frames! I will definitely shop there again and I definitely will refer them to my friends and family. Awesome customer service! To the staff at Cool Frames I Thank You all!

Ordering was easy, and price was excellent. The order fulfillment and delivery of the frame kept me wondering, as little update or tracking information are given. After all Ingot what I ordered on an excellent price and within a good lead time.

It was great to find the corresponding sunglasses clip for an old pair of glasses but it was expensive...about 3 times what the original shades went for when US exchange rate factored in. Delivery was relatively prompt.

I was having purchasing issues from a website, but after reaching out to them, the issue was resolved. I am excited to get my new glasses in the mail. I have purchased three pair in the past and I recommend them to anyone.
