It took more than 3 weeks to receive my order. I've found other on line eye glass providers whose turn around time is much quicker. Having said that the glasses fit well and are perfect for reading and distance.

I love how unique the frames are. I've been searching for a pair just like this for YEARS. I'm so happy to have finally found what I ve been looking for.

My glasses were delivered nearly a week later than they should have been. When I looked at their tracking page, it told me nothing about where my eyeglasses were, or what was happening to them. I contacted support multiple times, and was given little to no information.

Easy to find the correct size and stainless steel frames needed due to allergies with other metals.

All good, glasses and lens are awesome. Just took forever and no status updates

I sent an email to cancel an order and then it shipped. Once I received the order I called to ask about the return process. I wasn't told I had to pay a restock fee. The returned order was received in a timely manner and I did not receive my full refund.

I received both pair of frames ordered. The numbers of my frames matched and were correct and were authentic frames. I have to admit I was relieved. I did get a phone call that one pair would be shipped later when in stock, usually by 10 days. I appreciated that and questioned the validity of my order. The frames came. I did not put the prescription in the glasses, I personally feel that is hard to get to match.

I have not been able to find Costa Manta sun glasses since they stopped making them. I ordered through cool frames and called around and actually found a pair! I have had my old pair for 8 years and they were falling apart. These are the only sun glasses that fit my small face and no others will do. I have my new pair and am so happy!

I ordered these on June 29th... it took weeks to be processed and I chose 2 day shipping. It took 4 days to ship. Wasted $15 extra

I was on a deadline because I was leaving the country. Got my frames to me with time to spare! Thanks Coolframes!

Glasses are exactly as they are described. Only minor issue was they did not arrived in the time that was stated. Glasses arrived 4 days later. Love my glasses.

Very simple and a wide variety of designer glasses. Will be ordering from this company again in the future!
