The first frames I wanted were discontinued by the manufacturer so the sales team reached out and I was able to select a similar pair of frames from the same manufacturer. Selecting lenses was an easy process and the additional information provided for the lens upgrades was helpful. I was able to use my HSA account and my discount code also worked. So far so good. Once I received my glasses, I did an authenticity check and everything is as it should be. My prescription was correct. And since I use prescription lenses, they even provided the original lenses with the Cartier logo to further validate authenticity. Frames came in perfect condition and very timely so no issues with shipping conditions. When it's time, I will for sure be coming back here to get my designer eyeglasses

My favorite Gokey frames broke so I searched Cool Frames and they had them so I ordered them and they shipped fast and I was able to swap my lenses and can continue wearing my favorite glasses!

The Owner Lee was very helpful in explaining some questions I needed answered, and so I ended up purchasing a second pair of Cartier frames because of his customer service.

The quality of the glasses were amazing. I got what I paid for and I was extremely happy.

My only issue was I was told my shipping address and billing address had to be the same for purchase. I wanted them mailed to my moms house verses my apartment complex which tends to have a lot of traffic. I selected the overnight shipment option with no issues. I would shop with cool frames again

It was easier than I expected. The selection of frames was more than I could've imagined. All I had to do was upload my prescription and customize my lenses. Not being able to utilize my insurance was disappointing but when I learned I would receive a reimbursement, that quickly made my experience better. I love the frames I got. In hindsight, I wish I realized the higher the tint percentage, the darker. I thought it was like getting car window tints; where the lower the percentage the darker. Then, I would've left it at 30%. But wearing them for the last week, I'm glad I went with 20%. They're tinted just enough. I will definitely continue filling my claims for eyewear like this

Didn't have the color frame ordered. It took well over a week to receive frame. Seems like they are middle men - like they don't actually have the stock. Thought it would be faster than other options - it wasn't.
