Pretty smooth process! I love everything about Cool Frames -- their selection of glasses, the customer service representative who helped me, how quickly they were delivered and especially how well I can see now! The last couple pairs of eyeglasses I bought from LensCrafters in the store didn't fit well and my vision wasn't better, which surprised me since I got my prescription there. Cool Frames also sent an extra pair of lenses in case something happens to these and cleaning solution and anti-fog cloths to use on my new lenses. And Cool Frames' prices so much better and their selection is wonderful. I will ALWAYS buy my frames now from Cool Frames!

I ordered frames without a prescription. When ordering from Cool Frames 'Canada' I was under the impression that I was ordering from a Canadian company & did not realize I would have to wait almost 2 weeks for my order to arrive and upon arrival would have to pay an additional $27 for import fees & taxes. Given they did not contain a prescription they could have been listed as a 'toy' instead of a medical device & I would not have been required to incur additional fees. Had I known there would have been the extra expense, I may have chosen to purchase from a different online source.

Easy. But I would add the size of the frames in the cart window, so that you have all the information there.

They glasses sit crooked on my face right after the arrival. I contacted the customer service though.

The company I use is My Eye Doctor and they are telling me your frames are no longer available. I took it upon myself to research your products and found them.
