Terribly warped literally couldn't wear them. When I asked for refund I couldn't believe they told me to take them to my eye dr because they can "fix them" what world are they living in? And then when I declined because I paid for a new pair not a pair I need to have to take to go get fixed they said I would have to pay to ship them back as well as pay a "restocking fee" yes you heard that right they are going to restock these damaged sunglasses and sell them to some poor customer knowing that they are going to get a messed up pair of glasses. Also when I left my first review here they have a one star rating now it's somehow a 4.5? Sounds like they're leaving fake reviews. Do not order from them. This is something they do to so
Many people I did the research on them after I got those frames wish I did it before because there are tons of people out there on Reddit, and YouTube (places where people can't leave fake reviews or lies) warning people about this place.

Easy to find the frames I wanted and submit the Rx and pupillary distance using their calculator. Pricing was very competitive. Reasonable time required to fulfill my order. Very happy with my new computer progressive lens glasses.

Easy to order, simple frame. Didn't do a prescription, just in case they mess up.

It was good. The tools used to measure my pupil distance was not consistent each time I measured so that was a bit confusing. I did find a ruler to measure with.

Great service when I ordered a pair of new frames. I had to call them to update my shipping address. They changed it and mailed my frames out very quickly. Will definitely order from Cool Frames again.

I submitted my prescription online from my doctors office, the Frames look great and the prescription was done perfectly. They even threw in some extra prescription lenses in case I need them.
