Why pay 100 dollars per click when you can pay a fraction of that to get an actual live customer on the phone that's interested in a quote Contactability gets my agency the amount of quotes we need to exceed our monthly goals. The customer service is awesome as well. Nicholas is always available if I ever have any questions or concerns, my emails are always answered within minutes.
Leads are poor quality at best and are shared with other lead providers. Refunds are handled as credits that produce more bad leads. Went to cancel and they would not refund money that was paid in on same day.
Run away, don't waste your time and money.
Total scam. They flooded my inbox with leads using up deposit the first few days. None of the people were interested in buying insurance. I could only get sales credit, no refund. Sales credit produced more worthless leads. They wouldn't give me credits automatically unless is signed up for autoibilling. Otherwise I had to call in and they didn't pick up the phone, it just rang and rang, This was even for my so-called personal account manager. Never heard from the again once they got my money except for them to be rude... I normally get 1-2 leafs a day from my lead service for our small population. Contactable was sending 5-10 and they were junk.
Promise was excellent leads by folks looking for quotes: NOT. Unusable numbers, addresses, poor quality. They make their money by auto charging a big down payment that is NOT refundable. The offer to "make it right" are warm transfer leads that are $50 a piece. Light a match to your money - at least you will be warm.
Run, don't walk away, from this group. Numerous calls to mysterious people, phone calls transferred to voicemails with no person's name, only the electronic voice repeating a phone number. No leads in two months. Why would you subject yourself?
As the title says, their leads are really effective and the refund policy is easy. My only complaint that is they're a bit pricey but at the end, I still make a profit on the business I write through them.
This company is a scam. They said that they had leads overflowing in my territory and after debiting $200 out of my account, I was sent 1 valid lead in 4 months. I havent received a lead in nearly 3 months, and when I called to cancel service, they said that they cannot return my lead balance, this money has to be spent in phonecalls. When I replied "You guys arent sending me any calls, they said that I need to expand my territory. That's not what I was told when I signed up. I have to expand to leads that are an hour and a half away? This company promises daily leads, and they are not capable of providing them, which is false advertising. I advise no agent to trust this company!
This company is sucks, they are ripping you off. DO NOT sign up with this company. They are taking your money very very fast like a slot machine
