Nicholas has been great to work with and always work with our office to get what we need done on a timely basis.

They will definitely connect you to leads but it is up to you on how to close them. Some are good, some are bad but it really takes a nimble Agent with a lot of markets to have a high hit ratio. If you have the capacity to quote with minimal info and on the same day than this may be the tool for you. I have had some hits so far so it does work.

I have been dealing with Jesse Castro at ContActability and he is the BEST! I have received my limit on life leads ever day since signing up for the program. So far so good.

We've been using ContactAbility for our lead source for a month now. Out of first 12 12 phone calls have a good chances of closing 4 policies so it's definitely worth it. I feel we'll be partners with them for a very long time. Thanks guys!

These are live transfer leads, so don't expect a gigantic volume of
Leads. That being said, however, my conversion ratio with
Contactibility is 33%. Customer service is highly responsive.

STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company. They charge you for all their garbage leads. I cancelled my account on the 11th of October and today the 24th of October, still waiting for the refunds. Just STAY AWAY!

We have been with them 2 days and have written new business each day. So far, so good. Two thumbs up right now. I will keep you posted.

I just started using these folks and they have been very easy to work with out of the gate. My rep Jesse is very involved with the process and concerned with the flow and quality of the leads. I've used many lead services over the years and this seems to be the best I've come across.

I'm new to the this company, so far OK. In another week or so I'll have more to report. They are quick to solve issues with regarding to lead quality etc.

Contactability allows live lead transfers from prospects to get quotes. With any lead source nothing is 100 guaranteed sale but for my office it allows me to get in contact with prospects I wouldn't of otherwise. The thing that makes them good is my customer service person Amber, she's able to work with me and fix anything that comes up.

I have been using ContactAbility for about 4 months now. The leads are very strong and I'm seeing a higher close rate than any other site that I have used. I would highly recommend ContactAbility for any other agency looking for leads. The support the site offers is top notch and couldn't be any better.

There are times when I need an explanation or a something handled on the back end and Nick is fast to respond and is available. Leads can be spotty at times but overall a better experience for P&C leads and the return policy has been easy to process when needed.

By far the BEST customer service I've received of any internet vendor, and I've tried a bunch. Best quality of leads I my opinion vs. the competition.

As lead companies go Contactibility does a fair job, I've never had any trouble getting ahold of anyone or having requests responded to quickly. Leads aren't great but neither are the other companies we use or have used... it's just the nature of the beast I'm sure, but they do give credits for most that we request it on.

Head and shoulders above other lead source vendors. Prompt customer service. Leads are almost always legitimate, and if not, always receive a refund without any questions. Would highly recommend.
