Nick G. At Contactability is awesome. He's very prompt at assisting me with whatever service I need. The leads are better quality overall than other sources I have used. Still have some bogus leads that come through but I'm not sure if that is avoidable.
I've had better luck with these leads being legit and able to contact vs. some other carriers, more often than not, the leads are better quality, such as good driving records, no cancellations for non-payment
I've worked with many lead companies over the years and contactability has proven to offer higher quality leads and greater customer service. They seem to really want to help grow my business instead of just squeezing as much money out of me as possible. Great company to work with!

I recently had a tech problem where email alerts weren't coming through. I contacted Nick at Contactability and he immediately started troubleshooting, talking to his manager about reimbursements, coordinating tech support and making sure I was in the loop. He was available day and night and even followed up to make sure everything was running properly. When he said something would be fixed by a certain time, it absolutely was. I can't ask for a better Account Manager!
This company has provided quick leads and quality leads. I would recommend them to any agency out there.
I've used a few different Live Lead Vendors and Contactability is at the top of the list. They generally meet however many P&C leads you order and they're great about returns as I've found their return system to be more than fair. Nicholas at Contactability has been great to work with and has made the process to keep Contactability a part of our business so much easier.

Contactibility has been great so far. Their team is pleasant and easy to contact, and the leads have been better quality than other vendors I have used.
I have tried several other lead providers, but have had a greater success with the live leads from Contactibility.
The most important thing for me is being able to reach the prospect. The leads I get have good contact info and I'm able to follow up every time.

I was very hesitant to get involved with another lead source. We get our feet wet with just a few leads a day and I was so impressed with the accuracy that we shortly increased our number per day. I have tried many sources and for real Contactability will provide more accurate info than any other group. You will once in awhile come across leads that don't meet your criteria as with any group. However, Contactability is a small group of folks that you can trust and they will get to work to make it right, refund your money and get a replacement lead to you. They are an easy group to deal with and the agent dashboard is simple to use. I prefer them over any other. Personally I deal with Nick G. And he has always been professional and more than happy to answer questions and make changes to help me succeed. Thanks Contactability.
Complete bullcrap leads. Customers had no clue as to why I was calling. Customer service never tried to correct the problem. These people are rip offs!
Compared to other lead vendors, I like that these are live calls, and that we never have an issue when call is lost or person is un- interested in completing the quote, contactability does refund the calls promptly after request is submitted.
ContactAbility is geared towards providing excellent leads and service to the agents. I have been extremely happy with the level of care my agency has received from them.
NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT ANSWER. BUT THEY TOOK $1,000 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT IN LESS THAN A MONTH. FOR CALLS IVE NEVER RECIEVED. THIS IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I AGREED TO THIS. NOOO I DID NOT, I HAVE A RECORDED CALL WITH NEVER MENTIONING THAT THEY WOULS TAKE 100 DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT ALMOST EVERY DAY.
DO NOT TRUST THEM.
