Order blanket on 110/20/13... It was shipped on 11/22/13 to wrong address even though I put the right address to where I live. As of 12/10 there is no tracking for blanket. No returned emails, phone calls not returned... no refund I will never ever deal with them again

I am having the same problem with collage.com. I ordered a photo blanket for Xmas and they canceled my order. For NO reason. I have left many voicemails/emails/ and wrote on their Facebook page as well. This is THE worst wxperience I have ever had. No one answers the phone. It is ridiculous

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! I took advantage of their sale on photo blankets and ordered in plenty of time to get it by Christmas. I received a conformation e-mail stating that I would receive my blanket on or before the 20th. Well, by the 23rd I knew something was wrong. I sent e-mails and Facebook messages to no avail. Automated e-mail responses and they blocked me from their Facebook page! I wasn't the only one, either. Christmas eve. Guess what? I get someone else's blanket in the mail! I can't even get any response to that! Never again!

Oh, where to begin. If you were one of the unfortunate souls who attempted to order a very special and personal photo gift from collage.com this Christmas, chances are you are feeling a bit scrooged. Many people didn't receive their collage blankets/gifts in time and those of us who did got someone else's very nice gift to their family. Case in point, my beautiful son adorned a blanket for his great-grandmother. Now my beautiful son's pictures are in the hands of a total stranger and we have a blanket with a video game dog on it. There are countless instances of this, and collage.com cannot be contacted. If you e-mail, they send you back a canned response. If you call, you go to voicemail and no one ever returns the call. They have sent vouchers for money off to some customers, but not those of us with the wrong item. Absolutely a horrendous business.
