I wanted to get my friends a priceless house warming gift. I saw an online discounted promo for a collage. It looked beautiful. However, I am computer illiterate and even worse when it comes to specific things to do in a computer application. So, I called the company and spoke with Jay who is now my hero. This man has patience betond anything imaginable. Even more, he is smart and delightful to work with. Together (mostly Jay) we finally came up with a perfect collage and Jay personally designed the final product. When he told me the cost, I was embarrassed it was so inexpensive. This experience was as good as it gets for a guy like me. The gift arrives this Friday and I KNOW that my buddy will love it.
I was so lucky to find help with my Dad's 80th Collage project. I googled and found; www.collage.com. I sent www.collage.com an email in the evening, and I had a call 1st thing in the am. Jay the rep that helped me, was so efficient and helpful! He took his time and answered every phone call and email in a timely matter.

I'm so HAPPY! I made a collage blanket for my four year old nephew and the quality came out amazing! It was also delivered a week earlier than expected-which is always great!
When uploading the photos, I had a problem with a few photos unable to upload. BUT I was able to get help from there live chatting service--the guy who helped me was Chris, he was awesome took care of my problem right away and a week later my nephew got his blanket. I highly recommend this website! It is very easy to create a very nice looking collage. The interface allows for moving photos to the exact desired position. I ordered an 11x14 collage with text but when I received the order, the text was missing. I used the "Chat with us" box on the website and explained that the text was missing. They responded immediately, fixed the issue, and are sending another. Great customer service makes a company and they handled it very well. Tip: Check the image once added to the cart to make sure the text isn't too large and missing from the collage. If it is, reduce the size.

The site was fairly easy to use, the price was right because of a living social coupon purchase. The delivery was very timely... however, the blanket I received was not mine. So someone else probably received mine. This is not cool, the photo's were of my granddaughter and who knows where they are now! Have not received a reply yet from *******@collage.com. The company is in MI and it shipped from CO? P.s. Looks like they have a canned reply to all of the complaints.

This is the most fantastic company - the customer service is beyond the ordinary! Scott is SUPER, FANTASTIC, AWESOME! I made an error on my first blanket and they shipped a second one to me with the correction! When it arrived I noticed that I had put the wrong date in! No problem Scott gave me another coupon to get another blanket with the correct! I cannot say enough! I would do business with them again and again!

I have just received the fourth blanket that I have ordered since January. I would say each blanket has been exceptional. My mother- in- law loved her holiday gift, my mother cried for one hour when she opened her birthday blanket, my son and girlfriend loved their housewarming blanket(a picture journey of their 7 yr relationship), and I'm about to present the owner of my company his birthday blanket. I would highly recommend this company and this unique gift. I would make one of these again-thanks for making a lot of people happy with a place to put beautiful memories.

I was sort of nervous about ordering something because of all the bad reviews. But I decided to get a poster anyways. I was glad that I did order it! It came 4 days earlier then it said and the poster turned out great! :) I would deffiently recommend using this website!

It took me all of about 30 minutes to create my blanket. The site was fairly user friendly. I did have an issue with some of the pictures showing up blurry and was able to use the chat feature to figure out how to fix it.
I placed my order on May 23rd and received it on June 2nd. Very quick turn around!
I love the blanket. Absolutely love it. It will be a Father's Day gift for a friend and I can't wait to give it to him.

The collage itself turned out nice, but the coupon code didn't work at first and after several days of no response to the email I just kept trying it. Lucky for me I did. It was weeks before they responded. Also, the size is not what is advertised. My 50 x 60 blanket is actually 46 x 53 ( approximately) and when I contacted customer support they said it varies slightly, and gave me a coupon for another product. This isn't slightly to me.
I ordered a 50" x 60" low pile fleece blanket, (and used a Groupon which inc. free shipping). I created an account with collage.com and once found that I could not access the site and my email was answered promptly. I also had a few problems uploading and arranging photos, however I did add enough photos and was able to place them, have them stay put, and finalize my effort to assemble a multiphoto collage. I printed out a copy of the completed photo collage. The finished blanket arrived within a reasonable time and the photo pattern was the same as my submitted collage. Further, the colors, resolution and brightness of the printed photos was/is impressively good - beyond my expectations also the quality of the fleece blanket is nice, like a compact, lightweight felt. My blanket was ordered and completed in Feb./March, 2014- possibly a good time (after or before holidays). Glad that I did not read these reviews before I considered purchasing the Groupon originally.

I ordered a photo blanket for my grandmothers 95th birthday over 3 weeks ago. I received a confirmation email and an email stating the item shipped nearly 2 weeks ago but the UPS tracking number is bad and NO ONE from Collage.com has responded to my numerous emails or phone calls trying to track my item. Buyer Beware!

I was starting to get a bit nervous after reading all of these negative reviews, but I got my collage blanket today ( only 1 day later than expected) and it was beautiful! I put 38 pics on this blanket and every image was clear and vivid! The blanket is soft and of nice quality and will be a keepsake in years to come. I hope that this company has worked out some of the problems they were experiencing, because their product is unique and totally awesome! If I had only read the many reviews to stay away from this awful rip off website before I purchased my Living Social deal for a photo blanket. I purchased the blanket for my daughter's 10th Birthday. After placing my order, I received an email confirmation stating that my product would be delivered by March 13th, which is today. I am positive that it will not be delivered today. Their website says that I haven't placed any orders, despite my email confirmation saying that I did/do. No one returned emails and their phone number just says that they are experiencing high call volume and to email them. STAY AWAY FROM COLLAGE.COM! I WILL be reporting them to BBB. I'm surprised that Living Social does business with companies like this.

I placed an order almost three weeks ago it was supposed to arrive by March 7 for my husband birthday, I even paid expedited shipping. It is now a week later and the item has not arrived. They gave me a UPS tracking number that has not moved from the original location. I've called them, left messages and emailed them, no reply. I purchased the voucher through Living Social. I will be contacting them to see if they can reach them. I will never use them again and will have people that they are a SCAM.

OMG - in all my years of shopping on the internet I have never had any problems like the ones described in all the emails above. I was doubled charged for an order I wasn't even able to complete (no pictures) because their site was not working properly. Called and emailed daily and did not get a response. Finally, we were able to get the pictures on. Then another charge for #125.97 which was supposed to be $35.00 for Deals of the Day. Never received blanket and was given a UPS shipping no. That was false. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Pitiful pitiful pitiful! Please do not order from this website. My blanket I received was late, and had no images. Customer service via email, and phone is rated as EXTREMELY poor. Yeah I wish I would have read all these too! My experience wasn't with a blanket though. I had just ordered a regular 16x20 canvas collage over no specific holiday and it had came to me 3/4 just completely blacked out! I was able to reach someone through email where she was able to completely refund my order so I could reorder it but it came back the exact same! I am in shock that someone could look at this canvas and be like yup- this is what the customer ordered! I have now reached out for over a month to try and get my money back but have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I am so bummed because the 1/4 of the canvas that did turn out made it look like it would have been wonderful!
