Let me first off start by saying I was very hesitant about ordering such a personalized gift without being able to see it til it was finished. With that said I ordered my mom a huge picture blanket for Christmas last week and got an email within hours saying it was being printed then a day later it stated it was shipped. Well I received it today and it was literally breath taking when I took it out of the packaging. I wasn't prepared for it to be so beautiful and made of such high quality fabric and the pictures came out super clear without being blurry at all. I will definitely be ordering from this company again and very soon. Thank you all for your amazing work and for making a sceptical person a believer in online ordering. Thank you so much Collage.com
I was hesitant to order a blanket, but am so glad that I did! The quality of the fleece is excellent, and thicker than what I expected---definitely thicker than the novelty throws in stores. The quality of the printed pictures is outstanding... much clearer/sharper than I expected. I am so happy with my blanket and will definitely order other items soon, including a 2015 calendar! I ordered 3 college blankets for my 3 daughters. I received them todayand wanted to tell you they are so soft and look AMAZING! I didn't think the photo's would look sharp and very colorful!

Ok So I got a Living Social coupon for a photo blanket. I want to give as a gift for Christmas. The site was very easy to use. Shipping was quick. I just received my package today. It's more of a throw (which I assumed) so blanket is a bad term on their part. My problem is, I had a pic for the middle that I wanted showcased, and I have a big blank spot there. I also had all of the photos out of the blanket edge, because I didnt really want color, about 1/3 of the throw has a blue edge. I also thought that the underside would be the color I chose, but no, its white. I have sent an email and will follow up when I receive a response. I hope they come through in time for the holiday, I'm banking on making my future MIL cry, and I'm not sure how to top it than with this.

I was not impressed by the quality (lack of) of this 'blanket'. The material was almost as thin as a sheet and very poor quality and the colors were off. They have a lot of nerve saying this thing is worth over a hundred dollars.

I ordered two new phone cases I accidentally order the wrong one. When I called the 800 number the call dropped and I was bummed but less than a minute later I got a call from another number telling me the other line had bad connection. When I asked her if there was anyway I could change my order she said she would give me two new phone cases with no charge and was extreme nice. This only made me want to buy more things from this website because their customer service was so great.

I opened my computer this morning to find a post of the Blanket which we sent to our friend. I cried for 10 minutews! It is BEAUTIFUL and she absolutely is thrilled with it! I ordered a beach towel from this company. It is the thinnest material ever... it could not dry a plate, let alone a swimmer's body. So very disappointed. It was a Christmas gift, but I am too embarrassed to even give it!

Kudos to Jay for his superb service on my collage blanket. He was very patient and attentive as well as extremely personable. This is a gift for my father's 85th Birthday and a memorabilia of his life with my recently deceased mother. Jay went out of his way to make this special gift perfect!

I usually read the reviews b-4 I order something, but for some reason I didn't this time and I'm glad I didn't. I think if I would have read them I wouldn't have ordered my poster. Let me just say this I LOVE IT. It turned out better than I could have hoped for. I did only flowers, using photos I have taken over the last 5 years. It is so bright and the quality is great. The paper is top quality and it was received in 6 days. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have ordered several products from Collage.com and have tested every aspect of their customer service skills. I'm not very computer savvy and I'm very forgetful when I'm given directions, so it takes a lot of patience for someone to help me.
A few projects ago, I called in and talked to a young woman named Shell. We spent over an hour on the phone and she helped me create my collage exactly how I imagined it! Not only that, but I said I didn't want to have to explain the situation to anyone else if I had to call back in. So she gave me her personal work email address and phone extension so I could reach her. I've had her help with every project since, and she always answers even when their live help line isn't open!
The blankets I've gotten are such great quality and so clear, I've already gotten 3!
If you're skeptical, don't worry. It seems maybe they used to have problems getting their live help going and their stuff in order, but it's clear that they've got it all down now! You won't be disappointed.

Bought two Groupon's for photo books which I have purchased photo books many times in the past and the quality was very poor. I'm a little disappointed in the clarity of pictures and the type of paper as well. Would not purchase the books again.

The whole experience from collage.com has been great. I thought it was really easy to download photos and the awesome part is that the work is saved each time you visit the website. I had a voucher from living social for a photo blanket and since I was getting a great deal I decided to upgrade my blanket to a 60"X80" and I'm glad I did! I recieved the blanket this week and it looks great! My mom is going to love it! I would recommend collage.com to anyone! They have great products!

I placed my order for an 8X10 canvas print on 9/1, using a Living Social voucher that I had purchased. Collage.com charged me $16 on top of this for UPS shipping. The order supposedly was filled on 9/4, but I was just informed that it will not arrive until 9/13. So I paid $16 for shipping of a small item that will take nine days to arrive? I'm convinced this company hiked up the pricing to offset the discount I received. I also found their website exceedingly difficult to use and had to reach out to a customer service representative who was not very helpful. I wish that I had read the negative reviews before making this purchase -- they will not receive any future business from me.

As it states on our products page for our canvases, production time takes about 5 business days (non-weekend days). This is because each canvas is personalized and are printed individually per customer. We cannot ship a canvas before it has been personalized and printed. Standard shipping takes about 3-5 business days via UPS. We usually ask that you allow about 2 weeks for production and shipping time if you are ordering it with standard shipping. Ordered a blanket for my grandmother's 83rd birthday and they sent me a blank blanket, no pictures at all. Where is the quality control? Now they have to send a new one and it won't get here in time for her birthday. Very disappointed.

I have ordered a number of collages from this site and all have been amazing. There is always someone available online to chat and get help from. The projects I've ordered have all been completed in a timely manner and everyone I have dealt with has been so helpful. Today I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jay who helped me finalize a photo book project I am making for my mom who is very sick. Jay recognized right away that I needed the book promptly and that I needed some help. He worked with me over the phone to finalize the project. He enhanced all the photos to make sure they were of the best possible quality and helped me upgrade and change any that he deemed wouldn't come out clearly (I had scanned some old photos so quality was subject). Jay has called me back twice (without me requesting this) to assure me that he is still working on my project to ensure perfection before sending it to print. I can tell you very honestly, that I have never received better customer service. The company is new to photo books but they listen to all feedback and work immediately to make improvements. I recently discovered Collage.com and in about two weeks time have just finished my third project. I had a problem with the second thing that I ordered but after seeing their "guaranteed satisfaction" I called customer service. The person I spoke with was named Jay and I was so very impressed with his customer service skills. He was so helpful, corrected the problems, made suggestions and the end result was a very pleased customer. Because of some of the suggestions Jay had made, I began reviewing my third project which I had just submitted today. I found something that I could switch which would make my purchase even better so I called for assistance again. I was so pleased when Jay answered the call. Again, he facilitated the switch for me. I promptly called my daughter and told her about my experience with Collage.com and she is now awaiting her first order. This particular experience has really encouraged me to do more business with Collage com and I'm already planning ahead for gift season.
