I am down right SHOCKED that this company is still in business. I was not one of the unfortunate customers that ordered an item expecting it before Christmas. I ordered a blanket for my Mothers Retirement gift last month. The site was easy to navigate through, but one I submitted the blanket I realized that I had 2 pictured duplicated that were right next to each other. I immediately called the company, left a message and sent an email to customer service requesting a response so I could change the order. RADIO SILENCE. I called and left 6 messages and sent 6 emails before I had a response. After that, I FINALLY had a response asking for my order #, which was in the TITLE OF THE EMAIL and when I responded to her, again, RADIO SILENCE. I have since sent 4 additional emails, even asking to have a manager contact me ASAP and have still yet to get a response. I am absolutely floored that this company has not been shut down! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE ENTIRE PLANET!
I want to like them, I really do, but... My sister had purchased a blanket and although it took a month to arrive, it was very nice. I have tried for weeks now to complete one blanket. Their website is riddled with problems, and no help is available. No one answers emails, no one responds to phone calls. I have a feeling this company consists of a few young college kids in a basement, and they could have a really successful business if they just get the help that they need! Maybe go on Shark Tank? ;) I hope they can recover from these problems quickly since there is so much interest in the products they are offering.

I bought a blanket from this site and had very high hopes. The site was user friendly and it the preview of my blanket (which was suppose to be a gift) looked really awesome. When I got the blanket it looked terrible. Like colorful blobs. I was so disappointed I contacted the company. After several calls and emails, 2 weeks later someone got back to me. She was very nice, apologized and said the keep the bad blanket and a new one would be printed and on its way. The second blanket came the next week. Yes, it looked a TINY bit better, but still pretty terrible. I don't understand why they would even send a product out looking the way it did. If more pictures were needed, then I should have been contacted. If the company needed to rearrange the pictures so they wouldn't look like fuzzy colored blocks that would be fine, but to send the blanket out twice looked as terrible as both of the blankets did is unacceptable. I do believe this company is a great idea, but it seriously needs to be managed better. Also the products should never be sent out to customers looking like no effort whatsoever went into it.

Please, please, please do not order from this site! They are a SCAM! SCAM! They list they were featured on the Today show and many other famous organizations, but it is a SCAM! I ordered a collage blanket on December 6,2013. I was promised I would receive the blanket by December 24,2013. They cited problems with a printing company (SCAM)! I just received the blanket on January 24,2014! Almost two months later! AND THE KICKER... THE BLANKET IS PRINTED CROOKED! IT IS A DISASTER! They will NOT respond to emails and are now offering a promotion to get more business! PLEASE, please, PLEASE, take my advice and do NOT order from this scam company. I am in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau and would suggest others do the same! STAY AWAY!

It looks like my experience is no different from everyone else's. I bought 2 Living Social deals for their collage blanket - "in time for Christmas." One was made and delivered, but the second one has never been delivered! Today is January 30th! There were numerous emails from collage.com prior to Christmas, but after that "Radio Silence". I've tried emailing, and phoning, but no response.

Bought 3 Living Social vouchers - I used one for my sister (50th birthday present). I spent hours lining the pictures up on the screen and editing. She received the blanket in plenty of time, but the pictures were not lined up as I saw them online. I've sent pictures to their online complaint form and via email with no response other than canned email responses that they never follow up on and no live person to talk to on the phone or to leave a message. After reading these, I'm scared to use the other two vouchers.

I never dealt with such an unprofessional online company before, I ordered a collage fleece blanket for a Christmas gift for a loved one, and I am yet to receive it. The company sent me a false ups tracking number. I tried calling numerous times, I cannot get a live person on the phone. I emailed several times, messaged them on facebook, I even tweeted them, no one from Collage.com got back to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

My experience is the same as numerous others here. Order a blanket, was told it had been shipped, on THREE different occasions and it NEVER was. No response to emails or phone calls, instead they offer a $75 gift card. What? The blanket is $110 and a gift card for a company that does not deliver what they promise is USELESS.

I have not received such terrible customer service in ages... Being flag out ignored is beyond infuriating. 2 of my 3 blanket orders came with very noticeable printing errors (pictures double exposed over each other, and black ink smudged and bleeding into the lighter surrounding sections) the third blanket is decent quality. Aka good enough. Would hope for WAY better quality but considering it didnt bleed or have double exposure i can handle the semi blurry and over exposed shots (all of the pics were high resolution and professional quality prints, so thats not the reason)
I regret having already purchased an extra blanket where i am forced to deal with these people again at some point in the future.
Of course I use the term "deal with" loosely seeing as since December 7th i have yet to get ANY contact from the company other than automatic form letter replies.

I ordered a canvas back in early December. Unlike many other reviewers, I received my item. However, the image is not only not "wrapped" around around the full size of the frame, it is not centered top to bottom or left to right. Apparently their quality assurance personnel are too busy cashing all of our checks.

Placed an order on 12/02/13 and was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. To date, I cannot get an answer on their phone line. I was sent a blanket that was not mine, contacted the company, and was advised it would be sent shortly. One email response said it would be sent out immediately however nothing has been received. Very disappointing!

Ordered a collage poster (after the holidays, so there should have been no crush of orders). Never arrived. Called their number and a message said to send email. Emailed several times and no response. Tracking number which was supposed to be for UPS was wrong, and the post office had not record of it. Total waste. I think they're going out of business or something.
5/2016 - My original review was well over a year ago. I believe they have corrected whatever their problems were. I tried ordering from them again recently and had no difficulty at all.

Unfortunately I have the same experience as everyone. I've had an order open since Early December and took advantage of their $75 coupon off for a post Holiday delivery. It's been over a week since they emailed me with a invalid UPS tracking number. 3 emails and 1 Facebook message later and no response. Probably like most others, I ordered the blanket through an offer from Living Social. Since seeing that others have the same issue, I thought that Living Social would stand up for the people who are being stiffed and their reply is: We understand you would like a refund for Collage.com. However, because you redeemed your voucher, we're not able to process a credit card or Deal Bucks refund. Please contact *******@collage.com and they will get back to you within 48 hours. And yes, it's the same email address that I've sent the previous emails to. Since we were told that they had to use another printer only makes me think that the new vendor is more expensive and they can't afford to take the hit. Fine, give me my money back, don't play the ignore me game.

Horrible customer service and I think they are a scam! Ordered a blanket on Dec 5 and still have not received it! I have sent numerous emails and have not gotten one response! I called and it went directly to an automated message saying the best way to reach them is through email and your not able to even leave a VM! What a scam! I want my money back and will never ever go through them again!

Same as all other responses. Never got blanket, got charged the money, and no response from them after repeated inquiries by phone and email. Stay away from this company. I am trying to contact the attorney general for that state.we'll see what happens

I ordered a blanket for my wife for christmas and it never came. I have called Collage.com multiple times and left voicemails. I have e-mailed several times and each time it says they will respond within 48 hours but they never do. They have stolen peoples money and not delivered their products.

Same story. Ordered a photo blanket for xmas and received the wrong blanket with someone else's family pics. I have called and left 2 voicemails and have sent 3 emails and have yet to receive a response! Yet, they have my $! If you cannot respond due to high complaint volume, I would at least expect a generic email with an expected response time. WTH! Stay away, do not order from this company!

Same story as the others. Thought this would be a neat idea for my MIL for Christmas. So I personalized it, took the time for that and everything. Then I was told there was an unexpected problem that had occurred and my blanket would not arrive before Christmas. Then I was told it would arrive January 6th to January 10th. Well, on their website it doesn't say it has even shipped. I am assuming, like many others, my MIL won't be getting her Christmas present. I have tried to contact this company several times without luck.

I too did not receive my blanket by Christmas but the company sent an explanatory email while accepting full responsibility for the problem. It included a $75 coupon with no expiration date as an apology. This coupon was more than the cost of my original blanket. When the blanket arrived, it was beautiful with vibrant colors. Sadly, there was a defect so I contacted the company by email. I received a response within 24 hours stating a new blanket was being sent. No questions asked, no need to send the original blanket back (I did send pics to substantiate the defect). My second blanket arrived yesterday (within one week) and it's perfect.
This is a small, young company. I gave them a second chance and I'm glad I did.

They mailed my package and sent me a tracking number for UPS.
UPS says it is invalid and not event the right format and code... where the hell did this bogus tracking number come from?
I had just called the reciepient (who didn't get it on Christmas like intended) and said it was on the way. They made me a liar!
