I just wanted to say a HUGE Thank you to the staff of Collage. Com. I knew I had missed the cut-off to have my order sent in time for Christmas. However, by some miracle, the blanket was received by the recipients today, 12/17/14! They LOVED it! I am so impressed with your customer fulfillment. I will recommend your products to EVERYONE!

Very disappointed, being told I had a longer period of time to order and now being told I missed the deadline for placing my order and that nothing would be received until January even with expediting, this upsets me for the sole purpose of places not being all on the same page! If collage.com is going to do business with other pages, groupon, living social etc they need them to post these dates now I will be no longer ordering and will find another company to go with, the joys of military lifestyle nothing ever ends up the way we want and collage.com has let me know that there is absolutely nothing that can be done to have the blankets in by the holidays so my money will go else where I guess...

I just gave my daughter a photo blanket as an early Christmas present. She LOVED it! I also was extremely impressed at the clarity, and quality of the blanket! The colors are beautiful and the size I ordered was perfect! In fact, I ordered one for my mom also, and she was thrilled with it!
The website says it's machine washable, I assume on the cold cycle. I'm not clear on the drying part though. Should it be hung to dry? Can it be put in the dryer? I'd love some help if anyone has any input.

We ordered a photo blanket from collage.com. It EXCEEDED our expectations. The colors of our photos were vivid and placed artfully on the blanket. We look at it MANY times during the day to enjoy our grandchildren, vacations and pets.

They saved Christmas! I was so skeptical, got 2 deals from Livingsocial (they are horrible), I'd had a credit for over a year, decided to see how to spend it and there it is the collage.com photo blanket deal. So here I was back at livingsocial where I swore I'd never return, so I threw down part of my $89 credit on 2 photo blankets - whatever. I figured they'd make good gifts. That was Sept. Then I get around to using the vouchers late Nov... The day after they expired! So I call Collage.com, not only do they have a phone number but hey actually answer and they honor my vouchers AND they extended the expiration for several more weeks AND I did not have to grovel or beg for mercy. Figured whatever this blanket turned out to be I'd be fine with it.

I get to collage.com looking to do one blanket. I start loading pictures. I realize that not only can you use several pictures but you can use 40+ pics. It took me about 15-20 minutes to get the hang of it. I picked the freestyle because I like to do things my own way. This site was so easy to use I made the small blanket from the voucher but at checkout they offered to upgrade to a giant blanket for a bit of an up charge, which I did then I had to go back and rearrange the pictures to the larger size but that was pretty easy too.

I picked the cheapest shipping option and it came within 5 days. ( I so want to use another!).

I open the bag and my jaw dropped. I take the blanket and hold it up to a giant mirror... AMAZING, awesome, fun, unique and a perfectly wonderful gift for anyone, really. Really cool and the pictures are clear and huge.

I immediately text everyone I know, well those NOT getting one, about my awesome creation, then I buy 8, yup, eight more, then I get on the boogie to get pics from anyone I can to get the blankets done for Christmas.

I only do 1 every few nights til they are all done but in the meantime the shipments keep coming. Each and every blanket better than the one before cause I am getting really good. Even still that first one is amazing, after all it is the first.

Thru it all I've had to call collage.com. 4 times spoke to different people each time. They have all been so helpful and nice AND they are in the USA. No call centers!

I cannot wait to see everyone get them. Dying to try their other stuff, pillows are next.

OMG the quality of the calendar I ordered was excellent. The pictures were crisp and the quality of the paper was unbelievable. Also the ease of putting the calendar together was great. Highly recommend this site and will continue to tell people about it. Thank you so very much.

The website was very easy to use and quite fun! When I received my poster, it was beautiful. Only thing was, I was not happy with one of the pictures that I had inputted (no fault whatsoever of Collage.com). I called Collage.com customer service and explained that I loved my poster but did not like that one picture. I was given a 50% off re-order code without hesitation. My experience with this online business was excellent and would highly recommend it!

I have never written a review before, but this company is ridiculous. The website provided incorrect dates, so I had to call and spend more time, paid for 2 day air was told by the customer support team I would have it by the first of the week and it came 1 1/2 weeks later. Was told I would receive the money I spent for 2 day air back, and I didn't. Nothing they said happened and the product was substandard. There are so many better options. Don't use this company unless you want many headaches.

This site is amazing. I purchase a living social deal. Very easy to use their website you just go in pick out a project and upload the pictures. ( the uploading process is very easy which is great) the photos start uploading and you can watch your blanket being designed and its very easy to change the pictures around. I then wanted to add a border couldn't figure it out so hit the chat button got someone immediately and they told me what to do. I am very impressed with this website and the finished project. Turn around time is great too!

I purchased a 'deal' for two blankets... it was easy to upload the pics, to center and fix them... I did make an error on one of the pictures and included it twice, and didn't realize until I had fully submitted the order and it was in processing. I only waited two weeks for the final products, I am so, so pleased, the family members I am giving them to will LOVE them.
I only wish there were washing instructions with the blankets. Extremely pleased.

Think twice before wasting even the greatly reduced livingsocial coupon price on their photo books! I used one of those coupons for an 8 1/2 x 11 photo book of our engagement photos, taken by our professional photographer who released to us digital files at print resolution. They turned out beautifully in prints and products from other sites *cough*shutterfly*cough*. But you remember seeing photos printed in the newspaper in the 90s, grainy with the tiny circles? Collage.com uses the same cheap four-color photo processing to print your high-res keepsake photos. Not to mention the cover of mine had light scratches and scuffs across the front, and a couple pages had stray ink blips!
Also, as others have mentioned, the interface is extremely limited, which didn't matter a whole lot to me, but the layouts and especially graphic and text options could be a whole lot better.
Really wish I had read the negative reviews here before wasting any time or money.

First off I bought a voucher through living social. I thought wow what a great deal 35 dollars for a 100 dollar blanket! I was so very wrong. It was a total waste of money. I designed my blanket and the website showed that for only 8 dollars more I could purchase the velveteen blanket! I decided to follow through with the purchase thinking ok 8 dollars more for the velveteen and then three dollars for shipping as it says on the voucher so it should come out to around 12 dollars. NO when I went to check out it said 24. I contacted them via the chat and let them know that when I checked out it wasn't giving me the appropriate price and they said oh ya thats wrong. Its not 8 dollars its 20. I also emailed them and they did NOTHING. Isn't that FALSE advertisement?! HORRIBLE costumer service. I decided to continue with my purchase disappointed and didn't get the velveteen. WORST blanket ever. I wouldn't even call it a blanket it is not smooth like fleece what so ever it is so thin and a 100% polyester I wouldn't even allow my dog to use it. I am embarrassed to give this as a gift and don't see how this can retail at 100 dollars. I don't even think it was worth the 35.

I purchased a Collage.com Personalized Photo Blanket with clear "fine print" that the product will be delivered two weeks from the time of redemption on merchant site." No limitations on weekends, holidays etc. mentioned. I went ahead and redeemed on 12/6 and got a receipt from Collage.com saying I wouldn't receive the blanket until 12/30.24 days! Are you kidding! They gave me the option of paying about $35 more if I wanted delivery sooner! Called Living Social and they seem to throw up their hands.

I ordered two fleece throw's for Christmas presents. One for my daughter and the other for my sister. I got them a week after I ordered them, very fast shipping. I was nervous to see how they turned out and I couldn't of been any happier with the product (I actually cried). I know my daughter will cry when she get's her's. Her older sister (my daughter) passed away 5 years ago so I put a lot of pictures of when they where little kids on it. I know my sister will love her's also.

I have shown people the throws and they said how beautiful they turned out. Some said they would order from Collage. Thank you Collage.com, I will be returning to have the throw pillows made for friends.

I ordered a photo blanket to be made through Livingsocial deal. I have had several blankets made over the years thru several different companies. I must say Collage.com did an EXCELLENT job on the pictures (very clear) and the blanket is just as nice as those other places I previously purchased and was much less costly. Easy to add pictures; website easy to navigate. Shipping price was very reasonable. Order came in plenty of time for the holidays. Highly recommend.

I usually don't write reviews on websites, but this was so disappointing that I had to.

I bought a living social voucher for a photo book and regretted it as soon as I started designing my book. The interface for making projects is terrible. It will put your pictures in a nice collage lay out, but doesn't allow you to center them in the frames. I resorted to cropping photos and it took me hours and hours. I would have abandoned the project after 15 minutes if I hadn't already paid.

When I received my book, the pronto quality was TERRIBLE! I uploaded high resolution photos from my wedding photographer (who gave me printing rights), but even pictures printed as small as about 3" x 5" size were really, really grainy! I wouldn't consider their printing process to be photo quality at all.

Bottom line - I was really disappointed and would not recommend that anyone buy a photo book through this site. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I did get my book quickly (shipped within a couple days) and customer service responded very quickly to an email question I sent immediately after placing the order (but before I received my package).

I am not one to write reviews, but I was so impressed with the customer service at collage.com that I felt compelled to do so.
I purchased a voucher for a photo blanket, created the collage (so easy to do!) and went to "check out". On the check out, I noticed that the price showed the original price, not the $45.00, as the voucher stated. I emailed customer service and within minutes, received a response. (As it turned out, I was reading the check out page incorrectly!) They were not only prompt, but professional.
I can't wait to see the blanket and I have already recommended this site to my sister!
I haven't received the blanket yet, so I can't rate the shipping/returns/quality, but will, once I do!

I never write reviews. But I'm making an exception this time. I am SOOO HAPPY with the blanket I just received from Collage.com! I designed it less than a week ago as a Christmas gift for my mother and it arrived today, well ahead of its originally estimated date. It's absolutely beautiful! And I can guarantee, my mom is gonna be thrilled! I bet she cries when she opens it! I will ABSOLUTELY be doing more shopping at collage.com!

They royally screwed up my order last year and could not deliver it in time for Christmas. So they sent me a $75 "gift voucher" that says I can use it anytime, for multiple orders and it doesn't expire. No where does it say that I cannot use it for one of their sales or voucher campaigns so I'm annoyed. Just a warning that they bite off more than they can handle and if you're not in a hurry for their product, the product is fine, their service is not.
