I have not yet received the product (photobooks), but the customer service (Kristen in particular) was outstanding. I was having some trouble during the checkout process using vouchers, and Kristen was knowledgeable and very patiently helped me figure what I needed to do.
I also used the live chat as I was working on the book, and the representatives were very helpful and clear with instructions. And patient!
I hope my books are as great as the service at Collage.com.

I ordered a blanket and when I received it one of the pics were cut off. I called your company and spoke with Leah Lewis. What a very pleasant experience I had and I can't thank you enough for handling my issue. I am very happy with the way Leah addressed my problem and the way your company replaced my blanket even though I could not use the photo I really wanted I was still happy because of the way I was treated. This is my first time using this site. I ordered a 20×20 canvas of some of my daughters many selfies for her 18th birthday, and it came out beautiful; I freaking LOVE it! I can't wait to see her face when she opens it. I will be coming back to order the shower curtain. Thanks again.

We received our 50x60 photo blanket in the mail today and are beyond thrilled with it! The blanket is so soft and all of our travel photos look wonderful. It is such a nice way to look at all of our travel memories from around the world and is definitely something we will cherish for a long time! We love it so much are were impressed by the quick shipping that we are going to order a second blanket so my mother and I don't have to fight over it! We're so glad we came across your site through a great Groupon deal.

Last Sunday I placed an order for a photo blanket at www.collage.com. This company is the master of customer service. Right after placing the order I wanted to make changes. Using their "chat with us" feature they helped me cancel the existing order, make my changes and re-order. I was using a 'groupon-ish" deal so was pleasantly surprised that there were no hic-ups in what I wanted to do.
Today, the following Saturday, the blanket was delivered. I must admit, I was worried that it would be one of those fuzzy fleece blankets that would make it hard to see some of the smaller photos I used. Or that it would be really stiff material more like sand paper than a blanket. I'm happy to say my worrying was for nothing. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! It is clear, easy to see even the smallest picture and the quality of the material is second to none. My mom is going to love it. I'm taking it to her on Thursday and am going to bring a box of tissues because I'm sure her eyes will leak when she sees this work of art of our family history.

We placed an order for a photo blanket from collage.com. When it arrived, one of the corners was off-square, and we contacted them for assistance. After some miscommunications (mostly on our part), we were able to get the blanket reordered, and it just arrived yesterday. It's beautiful, and has lots of memories of our family and travels.

We're very impressed both with the quality of the final order and the patience and help in fixing the original problem. A great deal from Living Social!

I love, love, love the blanket I received from collage.com. This was a very personal and important gift for our family. We lost our grandmother at the age of 102 and my daughter wanted to make a blanket for her grandparents in memory of her great grandmother. Collage.com did an amazing job I will return to them with all our really important projects in the future as well! The only downfall is the website is a little slow, that still wont stop me from using them its great quality at a great price.

I really like collage.com. Their program makes it very easy to add and rearrange photos. The program automatically makes the photos fit the spaces and then you can move them around. It was fun and I spent way less time than with other sites in the past. I like their easy editor to improve and crop photos. The on-line help was excellent and I needed it getting started. I did six calendars and they arrived in time for Christmas. I found the January calendar started on the wrong day. But get this, they reprinted six new calendars and mailed them all over the country. Totally cool.

When I look for a gift, I look for something that will not only give the receiver a big smile, but will touch their hearts with more than just a sweater or another pretty tie. The blankets are not very high quality, but the Customer Service was outstanding in my case. I left a review here that I wasn't real happy with the blanket I ordered. I never contacted customer service... they contacted me! Now that's an absolute first! They sent me an upgraded blanket free of charge.

Collage.com made Christmas AMAZING! At the last minute, only a few days before Christmas, I decided to order fleece photo blankets for my parents and my hubby's parents. At the time I ordered, the site said they would arrive after Christmas. They both arrived before Christmas, were of EXCEPTIONAL quality, FAR exceeded my expectations, and we're the best gifts either recipient has ever had! We could not have been more thrilled with these, they were INCREDIBLE! Now I want one for myself! The site was super easy to navigate and create all kinds of cool items with your pics for a unique gift for any occasion!

What to buy for parents of any age... collage photo blankets! Extremely impressed with photo quality and quality of actual blanket. The blanket is thin but extremely dense. Other brands are thin and flimsy. I ordered 3 total, had problems online due to heaven traffic volume, called customer service. Employee was nice, quick, and helpful. A little off put that I could hear a baby crying in background, but after asking her if she was removed into work from home she said yes. I think they should clear that upfront to avoid that uneasy feeling of "is my bank account going to be cleared out tomorrow morning?" I reassure you... my bank account was and still is just fine! I have recommended this gift to so many people! Please don't hesitate... beautiful blanket, beautiful pictures, beautiful look on my parents faces when they each opened the blankets! I also made one for my cousin, she lost her dog this year. I can't wait to see her reaction. I know she is going to love it. Thank you collage.com for wonderful quality!

A Christmas Miracle! I just discovered I made a terrible mistake by viewing the expiration date of a voucher incorrectly. I was hoping to place orders for some photo blankets today to be able to give out for birthdays next month. I figured it would be worth it to just try calling to see if they would extend the voucher. I was greeted promptly by a customer service rep named Leah, who is my Christmas angel! I explained what happened and asked if there were any chance they could help me. She extended it for much longer! I am so excited and elated and pleasantly surprised that someone had so much empathy and wanted me to be able to send the gifts I wanted. She was quick, nice, and so kind. I also just signed up to get started on making a photo blanket for my mom. It's so easy to pull pictures from different platforms! She's going to love it. Great site, and fab customer service. Thank you Leah! I'm so excited! Merry Christmas!

Terrible. Placed an order and it was received incorrectly. I mail it back still with enough time for Christmas. I ordered a blanket to give to my mother who is visiting out of state. I was so looking forward to her opening it. They printed it wrong and then send me and then offer to send me another. I begged that they rush it but its now been over a week and the site says still printing. Not only a disappointment in rushed shipment but also in customer service. Not at all understanding. If you do order, dont pay extra for shipping because youll get it in the same amount of time if you dont pay extra.

Extremely satisfied with collage.com. They were the only company willing to let me use an unlimited number of photos--all other companies limited me to 30. The final product was beautiful and ready within a day of the order. I was emailed as soon as it shipped and I was given a tracking number. When I called about the status of my order (delay w/tracking #) they returned my call right away. I received my product within days of ordering. I will not hesitate to use them again!

I made a mistake on the last page of my calendar for my wife. It is now 7 days till Christmas day. I e mailed your support team and shell got back to me right away, helped me fix the problem, walked me through how to change things. OMG the best customer service! I ordered a blanket for a gift and I am so pleased with that and I am waiting for 2 canvas prints to get here. I will order from your company from now on. Thanks so much!
