Had a collage pillow made for mothers day. Shipping was right on time and as they promised and the pillow is absolutely adorable. Pictures are clear and quality is amazing! Definitely recommend!

I wanted to get something special from my Sister. I ordered a blanket and it turned out so awesome. So I got three pillow cases and a mouse pad. Beautiful-Durable-Sharp Images.

I order a personalized tote bag. I made a mistake on the order and didn't realize it until it came. When I called Collage and explained it was my mistake and I would pay for a new one, they said I would be sent another tote bag no charge. They even helped me design the bag better. The bag was very well made. The customer service is great. I would order from Collage again.

Great customer service and fast. She is very courteous and did not give me a hard time resolving the issue like other online services. All I had to write is one message and she took care of the issue and gave me an upgrade. Thank you Jennie. I will be definitely buying again from Collage.

Just shoot them an email and they will most definitely send you a new one or refund probably a new one and a coupon they are more than happy to help you I would email them instead of shooting them down on their website they are human too everybody makes mistakes I'm not trying to be rude but they will make it right with the quickness and give you something for your trouble I promise

I don't write reviews but this company definitely deserves an amazing review. I have done so many projects with them, for myself and as gifts. The site is easy to use- the prices are very reasonable- and the delivery is on time. The quality of their products is beyond amazing. I continue to use them for so so many ideas I come up with. Bought my mom a blanket for her birthday and she absolutely loved it so much she cried. She said it was the best gift she ever received. The customer service was amazing. The product was such good quality. All the pictures were clear and the blanket was so soft. I will definitely be making more gifts like this. Such a great idea, and it came in the mail so quickly.

I'm truly thrilled by their quality and pricing, I have received and sent about 2 of their products including 2 mugs and a photo book. Products are reasonably priced and their quality is always unbelievably good. I'm someone who doesn't write too many reviews but I felt obliged to leave a good review for them. I ordered a blanket with family pictures for my daughter and her family as a Valentine's Day gift. Everything about the process was flawless, from initial ordering to delivery, and it was a joyous big hit when I presented the blanket to my daughter. I will definitely use Collage whenever I am looking for a unique gift, whatever the occasion.

I ordered four of the same 8.5x11.5 hardback photo book. If I had paid full price I would be very upset. At 60% off, I'm just a little upset and mostly disappointed. There are little white sticky things all over the covers of two of them and on some of the pages of all of them. There are grey scuffs on the back cover of all of them. The binding of all of them feels flimsy, looks cheap, and looks significantly different on two of them. Like they were bound on a different setting of the same machine. I accidentally scratched one of the pages and some of the color of the picture scraped off! Some of the pages of two of the books have rough edges, like they were cut with a dull blade. The edges of these pages were stuck together. The pictures look mostly fine, except they're noticably poorer quality in one of the books. The editing process was pretty simple and intuitive and my only complaint about that is that I wish we could more accurately see how the pictures will look once printed. There are a few that were not high enough resolution to be blown up as much as they were. Obviously, the poor resolution is my fault, I just wish there was a way to see that before printing so I could make those pictures smaller. Shipping and customer service were great. I won't ask for new books unless they offer, but I will not be ordering photo books from this company again. Sidenote, Blurb is my favorite.

I ordered several things and when ever I had a question I called, and somehow I always got to speak to SHANNON and I tell you she always helped me with a smile and look over my projects and made it perfect... I'm so impressed I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER WEBSITE OTHER THAN THIS ONE...

I ordered a photo blanket for my mom's birthday. The overall quality is so bad I can't even give it to her. There are very noticeable white spots all over the photo printed on the blanket. There must have been dust on the photo I used, but it didn't show up when I was designing and reviewing my order. Considering how obvious the spots are in real life, I feel like I could have been easily notified about this before the blanket was printed and shipped. Also the print itself is WAAAAAY off center! The design program forced me to do a white border around the picture, which was fine, but it is sooo crooked and uneven. There's about 6" at the top border, 3" on the right side, and a couple inches at the bottom. The left side isn't even a straight line, it sort of bevels in the middle so that it's almost coming off the blanket edge, and then gets slightly wider towards the top and bottom. The quality of the material is also poor. It is soft, but very thin and not plush at all. It might as well be a cozy beach towel. I was so excited, but now I am just upset and frustrated with what I actually received. If you order a blanket for a gift from collage.com, have a back-up plan!

As you can see i purchased this pillow on the 8th and got it on the 17th which i think is not too bad because they have to print the photos, make what you ordered, pack it and then ship them to wherever you are at so it will take some time especially with everything being delayed or misplaced because of COVID. I had doubts because of certain reviews but this pillow was very much worth it HOWEVER since the back is dark, it does not look like the photo so i suggest for you to not pick such a dark photo like how i did, the front is a little pixelated too but i just think it's because of the type i got. It is very smooth which is great to sleep with. I like this pillow a lot because I get to be with my boyfriend without him actually being here and im expecting to order again with my sister! I had no problems with putting my order through or tracking this package

I just received a custom pillowcase that I ordered and it looks AMAZING! The quality of both the product and the print are OUTSTANDING! I experienced an issue with the shipping (the product was mistakenly shipped via ground instead of overnight) which wasn't ideal, but these things happen. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they did not hesitate one second to refund me for the expedited shipping that I had paid for. Everyone I have been in contact with at Collage has been helpful and friendly and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

EXCELLENT customer service! I am so amazed at the solution they provided when I accidentally ordered the wrong size (which wasn't even their fault!) I will definitely be purchasing more products in the future due to their wonderful customer service as well as their quality products!

Well I'll start by saying I made the order it actually shipped quickly, I was extremely excited but I never got it, the carrier said lost but I emailed and got a response really fast the apologized over and over and they refunded my order completely I actually ordered again recently hopefully the carrier got it together some don't realize it's not the merchant it's the carrier ups fedex ect but I'm excited

I ran into a huge glitch with my order and immediately called. They were more than understanding and helpful. Really went out of their way to be OUTSTANDING!
