I made a mistake when I ordered. The Customer Service rep's reaction? We'll fix the order and make it right!

I ordered this blanket with my little guy who just passed in Nov. I was anxiously awaiting it's arrival and when I got notified it had arrived, I was beyond excited! I got home, however, and saw no delivery. I emailed Collage and they responded promptly and were very helpful. Thankfully I contacted my post office as well and it was found. The blanket is absolutely everything I could have wanted and more. It's absolutely perfect. I will always recommend this company for any works like this.

My case is my favorite case i've actually ever had! They were very fat and easy with communication and would 10/10 recommend. Also very affordable.

I wanted special 50 year old birthday gifts for my four best friends, and Collage's canvas with floating frames were the perfect, high-end product. I provided a jpg picture and it turned out perfectly on the canvas and I could not be happier with the finished product and timeliness of delivery. Thank you Collage!

I've been very pleased with the several products I've purchased. But I'm also very impressed that the couple of issues I had were very quickly and with great satisfaction taken care of.

I ordered four pillows and was told I would receive the January 9th, however, I received them today. I LOVE them. They are gifts for my children and grandchildren. They arrived early and they all love them. Will definitely order again

I ordered three blankets form Collage.com, one on 11/23/20 for $46.97 which arrived promptly and I was very satisfied with. The other two I ordered on 12/13/20 (Similar blankets). These blankets were now $104.98 each, I'm sure the increased pricing had to do with expedited printing but I was charged $25.00 shipping on each of the blankets even though they were going to the same address. They were guaranteed for Christmas so I decided to buy them anyway. These were blankets for my granddaughters to remember their Aunt, my daughter who passed away 4 years ago and this would be a very special gift for them. Sadly, they didn't arrive for Christmas and UPS tracking states they will not be here until 12/28/20. Collage.com attempted to compensate me for the inconvenience (A refund of $29.97?) but I don't think they made enough of an attempt to rectify the situation. I will not order from them again.

I ordered a package on Nov 28,2020 and it is now Christmas and it still isn't here. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it has been 28 days since ordered. I have never had a package due to corona be this late. I can understand 2 week, but not 28 days!

I ordered this as a gift and paid extra to have it delivered on time. It is now over a week past the day to be delivered and is still not here. I have been in contact with the company and all they have said is they can reorder it, which doesn't do me any good because it will still not be here in time for what i needed it for.

I ordered a blanket weeks ahead of time, and even paid for expedited one-day shipping and the item is still pending and haven't been made nor shipped. This item was for Christmas so i planned to order it weeks in advance to give everyone enough time if needed, and even that wasn't enough. Not only was the logistics in my situation terrible but the customer awareness was also horrible. Will not be doing business with this company again.

I rarely write a review but just had to in this case. I ordered a photo calendar as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December and it got hung up about an hour from me in a USPS distribution center and I found out I probably would not receive until sometime in January. I got in touch with Collage and they reprinted and shipped out another one UPS 2nd day air at their expense. What company does that? These days the reply would have been "sorry, but it's not our fault the post office is slow". I received on 12/23 just as they promised. Thank you! A very conscientious Customer Service department! I will also say that I have been doing business with them for a few years now and they have always been outstanding, whether it's regarding a shipment or just answering your questions when making something. Kudos to all of you!

My order came in today (perfectly on time by the way) - it's a Sherpa blanket with a picture of my girlfriend's dog that was taken away from her quite traumatically many years ago. She still cries every time she talks about him.

She had old physical photos of him and I secretly snapped a few shots of them with my phone and sent the best one in for printing. When it arrived today I opened it to check the quality and nearly cried myself. The fabric and picture quality are both amazing. I've also seen reviews for other similar services reporting that the printing process leaves a strange smell on the product - this is not the case at all with what I received. This is not the fanciest gift I'm giving her for Christmas but it is by far my favorite and I wholeheartedly believe it will be hers too.

If you're reading this trying to decide between this company and another I recommend you look into their company structure and history as well. They have a very progressive and employee-forward structure which has made its way into multiple news publications. They're leading the field in more ways than one and I am happy to support them and even happier after receiving the final product.

Great company, amazing product, 5 stars on all fronts. I will be a returning customer whenever appropriate.

Edit: I'll add that I sent an email to customer service after normal business hours just to express my appreciation and Will responded within minutes. They are on top of it over there.

The customer service team of Melissa and Alaina were truly so understanding and help. With the USPS delays. My gift that was ordered on Black Friday shipped on 12/4 but was in transit through 12/21. They went ahead and sent me another one at no cost to me. During this holiday time and Covid when online shopping it so important, they went that extra step for their customer and it is very appreciated! I will continue to use their services for years to come. Highly recommend them and their services. THANK YOU!

About a year ago, I lost my 19 year old daughter. As months passed I continued to put off ordering a collage as a tribute to her to hang above her urn, only because I was scared of the outcome. Finally, I just arranged the pics and hit the "submit order" button. When it arrived, I was so hesitant to open up the box, but I did... to find the collage was perfect. So nicely done and exceeded my expectations. Everyone who has seen it says it's just beautiful. Thank you SO much for a job well done!
