I ordered a photo book and prints on December 18th and paid for expedited shipping. My order said it would arrive December 23rd - January 4th and I just had my fingers crossed it would arrive by Christmas. The order shipped within one day and I received an update that my order would arrive on December 22nd. I'm so happy I'll be able to give a precious gift to my parents on Christmas Day.
Have ordered so far two calendars, one throw blanket, jigsaw puzzle and photo book. Everything came out wonderful. Had one item go missing at the PO and Collage representative processed a replacement with a 2 day delivery - impressive customer service. I have had to reach out for technical questions via email and receive answers within minutes. Sorry to read the negative reviews as I have had nothing but great service. All of my images are sharp and I am super pleased with the paper they were printed on. All of the recipients of my Christmas gifts will absolutely enjoy them. Already thinking of next year's projects to get started on. This company offers great "deals" to take advantage of. They are USA based so there is no language barrier that I find frustrating with other companies. Attaching 2 calendar pages.
I'd requested a blanket, with the rushed shipping, and realized only after it had arrived, that I'd used the wrong address. Could not recover the original product. When they asked if I was satisfied, I'd explained my dilemma. With no further prompting, they recreated my product and asked for the correct address. Sent it out that day. And with no further involvement or cost to me. Will definitely recommend, and use their services again.
I updated this review because my issue (shipping delay) was resolved quickly and I was given a free product for the mishap. I would definitely be ordering from Collage.com again.

I am not used to commenting on businesses and making recommendations, but will say if you need a print job, cards, invitations, etc. contact Collage.com. I cannot say enough good things about Collage. I highly recommend Collage from 4 quick assessments:
1) Professional, qualified, and take pride and care in their work. Well trained and qualified staff, experienced workers, a great website, designing print job was easy.
2) Great customer service and accessible (manager JoJo took time to discuss information)
3) VERY competitive prices
4) They were recommended by a friend that tried them for card printing and said they are a very good and will use them again, so will we!

This place is great! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! Gift turned out better than I had hoped. Came in an extremely timely fashion especially considering the circumstances of COVID and it being the holiday season and a week before Christmas. On top of that we are having a nor'easter in NJ right now! And the price was TOTALLY reasonable! Will definitely be back! Canvas was bigger than I thought... for the price I pictured smaller and cheaper looking. Not the case! Will be purchasing more gifts for birthdays and mother and fathers days for sure!
My item had a hole along the seam. I stitched it not knowing if I could get another before Christmas. I sent a picture of where I stitched it and was informed that they are processing another blanket, I didn't have to return the other item back. Now that's outstanding customer service. The products are beautifully done and look exactly like the photo you send them Thank you once again!
Recently, I met U folks after having a tremendous trip that provided pics for a new product launch. Timing was perfect, luv your system. When purchases multiples it provided a volume discount. U gave me a Freebie blanket of my LA-DA Tour2020. Bravo!
I just received my photo blanket from COLLAGE. Totally awesome. Even though the pictures that I sent were very small in most cases, the larger photo's on the blanket came out very clear. The blanket is so soft and comfy. I ordered it for a friend for Christmas with pictures of her children & grandchildren (that live out of state) on it and I believe she is going to love it. I love personalized things and I just found a new company to purchase these types of items from. Thank you for the quality product at a very affordable price! Sorry, could not add a photo.

I just received my 20 x 60 panoramic canvas print and it is absolutely beautiful. It looks great centered over my 9 1/2 foot couch. I highly recommend this company. The website was easy to use and it shipped fast!
I ordered a customized phone case from this site. However, when it arrived it had 2 major flaws. First, the images printed on the hard case were dull, very blurry, and looked like they had been printed once then printed again on top of the first print. Second, the hard case had a noticeable notch in it and did not align with the silicone/rubber liner. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because their customer service was helpful. Via their website I was able to submit a form about the issues with the case and I was also able to use their chat feature which linked me to someone who was quite helpful. They looked up and processed my form promptly.
I ordered a mug we can put a number of pictures on and I had pre-printed expressions like Joy Family etc. It came really fast was packaged really well and looks incredible. I can't wait till Christmas to give it to the person.
We recieved this in the mail today, this thing would not keep your big toe warm, what a joke, will never order from this company again.
This is such a great company! Wonderful products made of love memories and softness! Also there was one minor issue with one of my many orders and immediately when reaching customer service I spoke with a lovely gal named Amanda that was very helpful and efficient in fixing the air and taking good care of me as a customer much appreciate it!

I ordered a couple of phone cases and the print quality is absolutely awful. The professional pictures were blotchy and grainy and not anything I would have expected. I only tried this site because Shutterfly doesn't have the iPhone 12 case yet. In the future, I will go back to Shutterfly. The website's reviews are bogus since there is no way for an actual customer to leave a review directly on their website. They must hand pick the good reviews from third parties. Customer service was quick to respond and tried printing a second set of phone cases but it was still an awful quality, if not worse than the first set.

I bought a cozy fleece blanket for my sister 60x80 and it made her cry when she saw the pictures of all her brothers, sisters, son and parents in this beautiful blanket. Thank you all though I think the shipping is very expensive, the blanket is not heavy at all.
