Collage has made many products for me in the past, such as phone cases, canvas prints, posters, and other pictures that I have personally customized! All of them have come in great quality as well as good condition! I have also interacted with their staff in customer service and they are very wonderful people. Kathryn was the one who helped me and she's amazing! Very quick to respond and helpful!

I was in a rush, since my sister in law decided last minute to throw my brother a surprise 50th birthday party, to come up with SOMETHING memorable for his gift. I am BEYOND THANKFUL that I chose this company to handle my needs. I placed my order 2 days before yesterday, and I was on the nervous side because of stated shipment arrival was on the day of this party. THE PACKAGE ARRIVED TODAY! And upon opening it, I fell into tears at how well this company had made EXACTLY what I had in my mind that I wanted and ordered. I will absolutely be using these wonderful people again for ALL of my photo gifts!

Came across the company and I bought my wife a few items for our anniversary and my wife she loved it the three items that I bought for her I recommend this company to my friends and family five star all the way.

Their picture pillows are to die for. They are so pretty. My pictures came out so clear and I was able to see all the details in my picture.

I've read some negative reviews and I can say I have always experienced great results with Collage.
Give them a decent photo, decent resolution, say 300 PPI and they will print great canvases and photo blankets. They process and ship quickly usually via UPS. Wait for their special deals and discounts and you can't beat the price. Their customer support is excellent. I inadvertantly uploaded a poor quality image and of course was unhappy when i received the photo blanket. Although it was my fault they reprinted it using a good image i sent and they shipped it back to me immediately all at no charge. Stuff happens, they inadvertantly sent 2 canvases I ordered to me but had packaged someone elses prints. I called and explained what happened to support and they reprinted and shipped out my order immediately. Twice, once my fault, once theirs, things didn't go 100% but they took care of it. All in all i would recommend Collage 100%

I had order my son a blanket and when it got here I noticed it had a stain. I reached out to them and instead of going threw the pain of returning it to get a new one they just sent me a new one. There blankets are so so perfect!

From ordering to delivery everything went smoothly. The 2 sided linen photo pillow is excellent quality and is a beautiful memorial tribute to my grandpuppy and my own puppy who were joined at the heartstrings. THANK YOU

College.com does not allow you to upload files in the dimensions required in order to print larger scale products at 300 DPI, which is a critical error for what is basically a photo printing company. It is baffling that they offer services and make it impossible for their customers to upload high quality files to use those services. When I spoke with their customer services they told me that they did not realize this was an issue, which is even more baffling because they are allegedly a professional photo printing company.

They masquerade "coupons" for products that are initially priced 4-5 times higher than competitor prices to begin with, and then charge you $15+ shipping PER product that you order, which is insane! The shipping is often 25% of the order cost for products that weight a few ounces and would actually cost ~$4-7 in shipping via USPS. What ends up happing is if you order say 8 blankets, then you have to pay $120 in shipping? Competitor websites offer the same shipping for the same number of products for roughly $20 if not free!

I rarely ever feel inclined to review a website, but this overall is so scammy and price gougy I felt that I had to. Look up shutterfly! I ordered the same number of products, on a larger scale, in a higher quality format, for cheeper. If not Shutterfly, then shop around elsewhere

I ordered 2 photo books, the first one was great. The second book I was told at check out would be delivered by June 4th, one day before it was needed. However I noticed on the 1st that they were not finished with the book. I paid for the expedited shipping. Emailed on the 2nd asking for overnight shipping and did not hear back. Emailed on the 3rd asking for overnight shipping and offering to pay extra. Did not hear back. Was notified on the 4th that it had been shipped and then received an email 15 minutes later saying that there records show that I *should be receiving it on the 4th*. Customer service did nothing more than look at the same website that I had access to. I repeatedly offered to pay extra to make sure I got the book on time. It is now June 7th and I have still not received the book. The book was a graduation gift for family members from all over the country to sign at the party that was held on the 5th. All the family members have now returned, no one was able to sign the book. It does me ZERO good to get the book after everyone has left!
Don't offer a delivery date and express shipping and then follow neither of them!
Order if you don't need the product by a specific date and if you do, give yourself at least a week lead time!

Collage was quick to respond to my emails when my package was not delivered. Although it was not their fault, they rushed me a replacement order with no charge. Now I will have my phonebooks in time to give to my students before the school year ends. I could not be more thankful for their generosity and care!

I have bought four photo blankets on three separate occasions. I just don't know how they do it. Each time Collage leave me speechless. The quality of the pictures and the softness of the blanket keeps me coming back.

*******@com is horrible when I received my fleece blanket and emailed them with pictures and I have been emailed me all week nothing I will never order from them again they want you to pay some much for mess all my pictures was faded I am very upset with them please don't order from this company they could care less about there customers! I will never order from them again!

I just ordered a blanket for my mom for Mother's Day and I'm so happy with how it turned out it came out so beautiful... I was so nervous that it wasn't going to come out clear or not on time but you all just got my business from now on. This was my first time ordering from you and you have definitely have a happy customer definitely worth 5 stars thank you so much!

I just wanted to make a sweet little design for my family member to tell them how important they were. However, I found so many issues with sizing and inputing the images on the product. Things would either snap when they shouldn't or refuse to snap at will. I ended up spending over 2 hours getting it the way I wanted, only to be slapped in the face with a $10 shipping fee (THAT WAS THE CHEAPEST) I have never in my life paid so much for shipping. There were options for twenty some dollars as well (not like 21 or 22, I'm talking 27) If I had not invested so much time I would have clicked off right there. The issue isnt the price of shipping for me but it is that I feel like they do that on purpose. I have no issue with paying $30 for something I truly care about, but do not advertise something as $10 and tripple the price with no warning.
