I bought some puzzles for Christmas 2020 and I thought they were really good. However, I bought another puzzle for Christmas 2021 and it was even better. I love that the pieces have several different shapes, but still lock together really well.

I Want to write you all with a BIG THANK YOU!. The custom pillow and 8x10 canvas of our family Christmas picture is amazing! The colors are so bright and vivid!. What makes this so special is... our family has not been able to get together since 2016. The little cousins had never met so this picture means a great deal to us ALL. We ordered a custom puzzle of our pet bird as a Christmas gift for our daughters. As you can see in the first photo, he was pleased, with the puzzle! And so were we. We were especially happy to find the wide variety in the shapes of the pieces. We got to work assembling it, only to be disappointed to discover there were two missing pieces (and a surprise extra piece that didn't belong to our puzzle.) I sent a message to customer support explaining the problem. Within hours, I received a personal email apologizing for the problem. The very next day a newly printed puzzle was in the mail, and we received it within 6 days, which we quickly confirmed included the two missing pieces. I couldn't be more pleased with the friendly, personal contact and the speedy resolution of our complaint.
Let me first start by saying this is an amazing company! We have ordered several products and have been completely satisfied every time hands down! When i sent a message asking if I could send this blanket back and pay the difference for a softer blanket, they did not even hesitate to order me the softer blanket at no extra charge, as well as keeping the other blanket. Again, this company is amazing even before this mishap (that was my fault). I will always order and suggest this company to family and friends!
I bought a photo puzzle that was 500 pieces. My grandmother LOved it! Great quality. Will definitely purchase again!
I ordered 2 photo ornaments Dec 1st, it's Dec. 20 and was told they didn't get shipped. They will be here Dec 24. I told them to cancel and refund my money. I'll buy elsewhere.
The ornaments I designed, are awesome, great quality. Even more, I ordered for my staff. The order came and there was a problem. The service department, was very patient with me as I was upset, and had the problem corrected and shipped out so I still had the gifts in time.

If you purchase from this site be sure to pay a lot more for expedited shipping if you need the order by a certain date. They use Mail Innovations which is a UPS-USPS handoff service that takes freaking forever to arrive. Order shipped on December 5th is still stuck at a facility on December 16th only 2 hours from its final destination after sitting there a week. It would be faster for me to drive to get my package than wait for a delivery. No online or phone support to troubleshoot. Collage customer support is worthless in trying to resolve the issue. I'm going to have to pay 3 times the extra initial cost to get the order to gift recipients by Christmas IF I GET IT. Not. Happy. At. All. Had I known it was going to be this painful up front - I think that's called TRANSPARENCY Collage.com - I would have made a different decision. Live and learn. Or take my advice and pay extra up front or find another vendor for whatever you want to purchase.
Ordered several afghans and was generally pleased. However, last one was a mess. Blurry pics. Didn't look like pic online. Then I noticed pricing. $65 item - $25 in shipping, taxes & unexplained "fees." My last purchase w/this company. They offer big discounts then get you on shipping & "fees" - BEWARE!
I was on this page for over an hour signed in trying to get a blanket for my father.It kept stopping saying error and to reload page. Went to ask for help, The page itself Couldnt do so lol. I Wouldnt waste my time just go to Etsy for better service! Happy Holidays!
My first experienced was the BEST! The attentiveness to desired design was more than effective. I would recommend this vendor to anyone who desire quality keepsakes for any type of occasion. I will be back for more products in the near future. I purchased 3 items ( photos, mug, blanket)
I wanted to make a calendar, for many family member, using my research on genealogy so I explored printers on the web to find out costs. Everyone was having pre-holiday sales, but in addition to that Collage offered bulk prices. I wrote to their bulk office requesting minimum numbers (30) and cost and was answered by Mario L. We had an email conversation in which he promptly and patiently answered my questions and told me to write when I was ready to get a code. I went to work creating my calendar on their site. It was a touch hard to figure out at first (I have not done this before.), But it got much easier with practice. When ready I got the code, sent in my order on December 4th and they arrived today, December 11th. Wow! Only one week and most of it was spent in transit. The quality of the calendars, ink and paper, is fantastice. I am really proud to send these out.
We have ordered a few different items from collage and they were great quality. I did have a small printing issue but the customer service from AnneMarie and Nakiya was fantastic. Great team and easy to use website! Highly recommend.
I ordered 7 framed canvas prints and was unhappy with the quality so I called customer service and spoke with Nakiya who was professional, kind and very understanding. She took time to listen to me and my concerns and walked me through all the options collage.com offers - which were plenty and generous. And in the end offered me a refund so I could take my time to reorder what I want. I am so happy with her and happy with the company.
She is a true gem. I don't think I have EVER had this great an experience with any company's customer service

Collage sent out an email promoting their deep discounts on personalized Christmas ornaments. Sounds good. A nice family ornament to preserve the year. I got through the entire process to checkout when I found the SCAM…shipping. $35 to ship an ornament (not express, incidentally) that weighs a few ounces. Gee, thanks for nothing, Collage.

I have just recently discovered Collage.com and have ordered 3 projects in the last several weeks. Every one of them has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, and they have all been received before the estimated delivery date!
I designed a fairly complex 12 month calendar, 4 sets of coasters, and Christmas Cards using custom artwork. The software offered a broad selection of formats, colors and fonts to choose from, and was relatively intuitive such that I quickly got the knack of how to create and manage my projects.
I am not in the habit of writing reviews but the Collage.com products and service I received is so outstanding that I feel compelled to tell others about my positive experience with the company.
They lie about when you are going to receive your shipment and then when you call and ask them well message them and ask them when it will be y lie to you and tell you that they upgrade the shipment and then they don't so you get whatever you ordered late and it's almost impossible to get a hold of customer service
I ordered a woven blanket with family photos. I also ordered a fleece blanket. When the woven blanket arrived, it was very poorly done. The faces looked like everyone had a skin disease. Collage offered to replace it, telling me that it was being custom made this time. Unfortunately, it was no better than the first, custom or not. I have previously received wonderful gifts of mugs, a woven blanket, a fleece blanket, and all of them turned out beautifully. But the quality control of the current woven blanket is poor. This was a special personal gift, and it's really quite poorly made. Very disappointed... and "custom" didn't improve it at all. Please improve your quality control of you woven blankets. The fleece blanket turned out fine.
I Absolutely Love my Woven image Blanket! It's literally identical to the preview you see on their website. I'm absolutely blown away. I would of like it to have some sherpa or softer material on the backside but still super happy and satisfied with what i got. 100% recommended and i will for sure be a long time customer.
