The kitchen island is functional and modern. I absolutely love the sleek look. The wine rack gives it a playful appeal and the multiple storage provides a location for my favorite cookbooks. Coleman furnitures staff was professional on the phone and their delivery team was knowledgeable and assembled the kitchen island quickly without damage. My husband and I were very impressed.

Coleman's Furniture will be my 1 stop Glam shop. From the time of my purchase online till the time it took for my beautiful ottoman to be delivered. Communication on point, Price on point, Payment options on point, My Ottoman hands down "On top of Glam Game!" I truly don't know if it was Mr. Coleman himself emailing me but, this sealed the deal as my Top online furniture store of all time. Staff worked in a timely order to make sure I was satisfied before and after. I am forever grateful of my options to pay as well seeing this COVID-19 got us on a budget and shopping cures the inside state we're in lol! Again 100% Coleman's Furniture.

I had never heard of Coleman Furniture before ordering my bar stools. I am so happy I found them. They had exactly what I was looking for. It was in stock. And it was delivered so fast. If you're looking for quality furniture without hassle, order from Coleman and you won't be disappointed.
They suck. Plain and simple. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service is terrible.
If a piece of furniture is damaged upon arrival, they refuse to replace it with a new one. You'll have to settle for them to come get the piece, ship it back and attempt to repair it. If and only when they can not repair it, will they send you a brand new piece. Who wants to spend thousands of dollars on a piece of damaged then "repaired" furniture? NO ONE! In my case we ordered a bedroom suit. The footboard was cracked upon its arrival. We have to continue to live in complete disarray until they finally get around to sending us a repaired or new piece.
Why don't I just cancel the order?
Oh, because they're going to charge a 50% restocking fee to cancel.(over $2,000) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered my bed set at the end of June and expected at least a month wait due to COVID-19. Once the order shipped to the local warehouse in early August, It took a little less than 2 weeks for the items to be delivered to me. The furniture was set up in my bedroom as I requested and looked just as beautiful as the pictures online suggest. I will definitely shop with this website in the future.

Initially they said it would be 8 weeks, then it was 8 more, then 6 weeks more and at the last email pushing it out another 10 weeks I had enough. They blamed it on Covid, but I think they are fulfilling orders out of sequence based on the price paid which is unfair and bad business. You also shouldn't keep making promises of a date if you have no idea when your going to get the product.
After 22 years of the same family room furniture I am replacing it. I just received the lovely cocktail table and side table. I can't furniture like this in any stores around here. Can't wait to see the next batch.
We received the furniture pieces in a timely manner. Easy to assemble. Bought two and put them on each side of our fireplace.

Didn't know I had to put the furniture together. That was a surprise. And I had to drill 2 holes on one of the chairs because the alignment was way off for 2 of the screws.

I ordered a Queen size bed for my daughter and she loves it. It's a Queen size bed fit for a Queen, or a princess in my daughters case. I love the quality n I got it at a great price. This is the second order I have placed with Coleman Furniture and the quality n prices are second to none. I highly recommend this store.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
