I have been calling them since April 2020 to fix my broke chair, it's still under their warranty. I have gotten nothing but a run around from no problem to you have to find someone to come to your house to fix it. I cannot get anyone to come fix it as those that repair are anywhere from 2 hours to 4 hours away and they are only offering $125.00 to fix it. I cannot understand why they won't replace their broken furniture ( I have another chair exactly like it ordered at the same time & it has no issues). I would put zero star if it would let me.

T ugh e piece arrived fine, easy to assemble (4 screws - but no directions), and good quality. All you do is assemble the legs which come as 2 separate pieces.

After waiting more than 3 months after placing my order, they all of a sudden email me to inform me that a hutch that was a part of my dining room set is discontinued! Very disappointed!
