Just try to find an american representative employed by this company. Is it "Coleman Furniture", "Home Gallery Store", or "Renegade Furniture Group". They all have physical addresses that do not exist. I ordered a queen size day bed August 13 with a 2-3 week delivery time. It has now been 27 Days and they tell me it should arrive at the "local delivery company" September 15th in which someone will call me within 48 hours of arriving at "Local Delivery Time". According to the "offshore" (as stated) customer service company, the package shipped 16 days ago. Long ways, I guess, from Atlanta and/or California of which they cannot decide which the product originating from. I have heard so many different stories/lies at this point. I feel like I have been internet scammed.
I order a dinette set and it is beautiful it took a little time but that is to be expected with what's going on in the world today but overall I am very satisfied with Coleman Furniture
The table was exactly as expected, beautiful wood color and fits wonderfully in our living room. I love that the drawers pull from either side.
When my wife selected this one, I thought the two tone color scheme wouldn't look right, how wrong I was. The seat covers were a lot darker in person than the picture, much nicer than I expected. The material for the seats and seat backs are soft and comfortable. You can recline all the way to a sleeping position. Also the loveseat is huge. Love it!
I really liked the furniture and had a difficult time finding it anywhere else. It worked out well. And seems to be a great value for the money.
I purchased two beautiful shell lamps for our nightstands during a bedroom remodel. They are gorgeous and came quickly and undamaged. I was hesitant to order any type of furniture online, and the quality of your products definitely changed my mind to a positive experience! Thanks!
Good quality, built well. Felt feet on bottom so I can move when without scratching floor. The white glove delivery service was very professional.

The side table is a beautiful piece of furniture! The quality is much better than I expected. It is a very functional piece because of the ability to charge items and it also has two regular plug ins. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it comes with a shelf for the bottom cabinet making it even more functional and organized! Great buy! You will not be disappointed!
Book cases are very durable and well made. Easy to assemble and should last for many years. Nice wood color.

Unable to complete printer stand because of missing piece in table leg. It was very frustrating because I did not realize it until the printer stand had been partially done,
I ordered a nightstand. According to tracking FEDEX it was not delivered. I ordered it Sept 16,2020 and shipped 9/19/2020 but it is 9/3/2020 and the company is not correcting this. The case has been passed from account specialist PAT, CRIS AND TODAY CHEN but they just keep playing games to drag it on. I would not recommend this company unless you like sitting on the phone on hold, being disconnected and ignored. I am so angry that they know it was not delivered but have not corrected this by either reshipping or refunding --- the tracking proves it was never received. IN my view this may be the most advasive company on earth. COLEMAN FURNITURE is not recommended.
Item: Grandpa's Cabin Nightstand
I felt that I was treated as if I was asking too much to return a table with a large and deep scratch. I felt the offer was condescending when offered a $25 gift card or $35 off an order over $700.00.
It was slow to get email responses. When I called the customer service line I was pleased with the personnel.
I will not recommend Coleman furniture to others.
Love the quality of the furniture and look! The delivery was amazing. I researched so many different brands and prices and have absolutely no regrets with this furniture.
The nightstand arrived with no damage or scratches. We got exactly what we wanted, within a decent time frame.
Terrible website checkout experience
I love this piece. I will use the pull out drawer to store my laptop out of site. The top is the perfect size for my printer. Lots of storage underneath. It was easy to put together.

This is the second time that I've purchased from Coleman. Both times, the delivery has been strangely slow. However, the prices are the best that we've found on the internet and the service is excellent. They unexpectedly set up the bunk bed we purchased for free. I would recommend Coleman to anyone that doesn't have a time crunch.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

The manufacturer, Homelegance, has a warehouse in California as well as as Atlanta - the latter of which shipped your item.
The ETA notification sent to you on 8/14/2020 at 7:18 PM indicated a 3 - 4 week ETA to your home. Based on the tracking information provided by the freight carrier, your order is expected to arrive at the delivery team early next week, after which you'll be contacted to schedule your delivery.
