I ordered two dinning room chairs and the whole process from ordering to shipping was great! A shipping label was created quickly after I ordered which allowed for a smooth shipment experience. When the chairs arrived they were packaged very well and are beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to making further purchaes from this company.
They are sturdy, great and the perfect size. They are nicely put together and fit well in my apartment. The only thing is the shipping but due to covid it was really out of their hands, which is totally understandable. Other than that I LOVE them!
The company refused to give FAIR and equitable customer service when their products arrived DAMAGED to my home. Instead of asking me how I wanted to handle the reconciliation, they proceeded to tell me what they were going to do, and that they were not going to deviate. This resulted in me NOT receiving the item that I paid for. Further more, when I asked for the cancellation of a protection plan due to having to cancel other furniture pieces from my order, they waiting for two weeks to tell me that it had already registered and they couldn't cancel my coverage, which is essentially theft! I would say spend more somewhere else and get better service!
Love the built in outlets for changing so cords aren't stretched across the study. The color and shape are perfect and it's very sturdy
I placed an order with them on 6/23/20. I had to cancel my order on 9/17/20. They would email me saying another 6 to 8 weeks. Just got to long of a wait. Makes no sense to have to wait that long for a bedroom set. Stay away from this place.
LOVE this piece! It took a little longer than I would have like but was well worth the wait. I did appreciate being kept in the loop with emails indicating the status of my shipment.

I ordered a pair of stools for my parents. I had issues with the size and I emailed. They have been so understanding and asking if I need anything else or have more questions with my purchase they are more than happy to help.
We loved the platform bed we viewed online, the delivered product met and exceeded our expectations with its look and finish. We were concerned when we ordered the bed and saw its weight exceeded two hundred pounds, we did not understand fully that delivery included construction and set up in our bedroom space upstairs. The delivery men were professional, personable and efficient in making sure we were pleased with their work. We would not hesitate to purchase from Coleman Furniture in the future.

DELIVERED AS PROMISED. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT WE FACE IS THAT THE

I purchased Paxberry vintage bed beginning of August, a week or so I received only the bed footer & not the head board, next day I contacted Coleman regarding missing headboard, another week or so received damaged headboard then after filing a claimbthey scheduled fedex to pick it up. Sept 2nd after being on hold for about 50 minutes finally customer service informed me that FedEx are not willing to deliver and for me to pick it up, they had no explanation on why FedEx first delivery was deliverd and picked up but not this one. After 2 weeks of reaching out & being placed on hold for over an hour they send me an email approving return and refund which I never requested. Fedex is investigating.
They take ALL your money BEFORE they don't deliver your furniture. 20 weeks in delay and counting, these guys do not do business with any sort of integrity whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. Any money you might save is NOT worth the hassle of dealing with these pricks.
Smooth transaction. Delivery took 4 weeks but well worth the wait. The white glove delivery and set up was nice. The set was a great price and looks amazing!
I have order furniture from cole on April 17 2020. I have yet to receive the 2 sectionals I ordered. Every time I call, it takes hours t get through to someone. When you do get through they basically tell you sorry COVID has delayed oder. I would not recommend ordering anything from them as their customer service is horrible.
The table is just as described. It's a sleek and transitional piece and works well on my beach house balcony.
I bought a bedroom set, and I have problems since I got It. First there was a manufacture damage and I noted the delivery slip and when I complained I found out the delivery company removed my notes. Another issue I found on the night stands, I found bubble air spot and Coleman didn't help even when the room is still under manufacture warranty, now I found spots that I can't remove. Coleman furniture is the worst experience. I used to but from stores which is less risky. I don't recommend them at all, they don't stand behind there promises and warranty. The room still new and I am having issue with.
I searched for months for a server for my dining room and was unable to find one until I cam across Coleman on the internet. They had many gorgeous servers from which to choose. As a matter of face it took me a few weeks to select one. I actually found three that were perfect for my home. I was amazed and the lady who took my order was awesome as well. She told me that the server would be made and shipped to my home and the price was unbeatable as well. My server was delivered to my home by professionals who were very kind as well. I had a better experience with Coleman than I have had in local showrooms. I just wanted to say thank you. Jacqueline

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
