I'm a pretty understanding person and can see why there would be delays with COVID and whatnot, but my word, this company is horrible. Horrible. If you want to wait 4-6 months (possibly longer) for your furniture to arrive and if you enjoy awful communication throughout the process, order from Coleman!
I ordered a section couch in June. It's October and no signs of a couch. After raising hell multiple times, the manager herself said I would have expedited shipping and will receive mid-Oct. I recently received another update several days ago that it would take an additional 6-7 weeks. Oh, and a portion of the section hasn't even been built yet. Sweet. Ordering furniture in June only for it to arrive near Thanksgiving is unacceptable.
Coleman Furniture's customer service is absolute garbage. I've been told a manager will get in contact and return my call. They never did. That has happened three times now. Sales reps and managers deflect, deflect, deflect. It's never their fault, it's the manufacturer. The blame is placed on anyone but them. Don't expect any sort of discount for the delay either and offering expedited shipping is also a sham. They are clueless and will tell you anything just to save face.
If you are looking to spend a sizeable amount of income on furniture, I beg you not to spend it with Coleman. I canceled the order and will find something else. This company is terrible.
I found the exact product I wanted at the best price around. The order was processed and shipped very quickly, which has not been the case with other companies these days. I highly recommend this company!
I am very happy with the bedroom set. It came pretty close to the expected delivery date. The delivery guys did a great job. Were very efficient and polite.
I was looking for a desk to put in my office for some time. When I came across this one I had to have it. Needless to say. It was available and I swooped in and bought it. Shipping came through without delay and delivered a perfect quality desk. Thank you.
I stumbled up the Coleman website in a last effort to find a new dining room table. We had just moved and the one item we came without was a table to sit down to eat at. This was the first website that didn't have the exact same furniture as 10 other websites, it had distinct nice pieces. And the prices seemed reasonable for the description and the picture... but we all know that is not always the case once it arrives. First of all the process was simple their communications beat me to the punch each time I thought I had a question. Their explainations of billing and delivery left no questions unanswered. The delivery was timely, well done and with no damage. They had me inspect it thouroughly before leaving and I am enjoying a diningroom set that I recieve more compliments on. Not just its looks but its comfort. Its sturday, well made exactly what we needed. And the cabinet that was a deal and a half with it turned out to be the nicest addition as well. I will definitely browsing your selections here soon for a few additional pieces
I ordered a couch, loveseat, and reclining chair, and was so excited until it was delivered. After I got off my work call 15 mins after delivery and set up from the delivery company left I noticed the chair and loveseat are damaged. I got on the phone immediately and called them explaining the damage and sent them pictures. I received an email back stating there is nothing they will do, I had this furniture for only 15 mins., could not inspect it till after my business call, and Coleman Furniture believes it is okay to deliver someone who has paid good money damaged furniture. This to me is unacceptable, I did not pay you for damaged goods, I paid you in good faith thst I would receive new undamaged furniture. Please be careful ordering from them.

I am very pleased with my product. However dealing with customer service is a big issue sales representative are confused and rude. Jack C. And Veronica P are correct in there reviews. I have called about 10 times maybe not only for updates on my order but only to be as they argued me down about a hundred dollar discount for errors they made to my first intial order which was called along with the first contract for $99 because that order was of a lesser value. I've tried to be polite the first 7 times. The warranty sent to me a warranty stating I paid $0 for $2356. 00 I paid $2526. 81 plus another $138 for the warranty. My only request was my contract to be updated and corrected. In the received t I need to use it. I have been calling for a week now. Also the contract clearly states these details are pertinent to and issues that may arise in the future. To think I was going to spend another 2k with this for a dinning set I think not company the customer service has turned me off!
Don't order unless you expect to wait close to half a year to get your furniture. I ordered from Coleman furniture online they kept pushing my order back. Now four months later it's expected to be shipped. Completely ridiculous to wait 4 months. You can just keep that furniture I've cancel my order.
I purchased the Maureen comforter set after seeing it on display in a local furniture store. The colors are exactly what I was looking for, so when I saw it I knew it was the one. The room isn't finished yet, but when it is, I'll update my review with a photo.

I ordered two dinning room chairs and the whole process from ordering to shipping was great! A shipping label was created quickly after I ordered which allowed for a smooth shipment experience. When the chairs arrived they were packaged very well and are beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to making further purchaes from this company.
They are sturdy, great and the perfect size. They are nicely put together and fit well in my apartment. The only thing is the shipping but due to covid it was really out of their hands, which is totally understandable. Other than that I LOVE them!
The company refused to give FAIR and equitable customer service when their products arrived DAMAGED to my home. Instead of asking me how I wanted to handle the reconciliation, they proceeded to tell me what they were going to do, and that they were not going to deviate. This resulted in me NOT receiving the item that I paid for. Further more, when I asked for the cancellation of a protection plan due to having to cancel other furniture pieces from my order, they waiting for two weeks to tell me that it had already registered and they couldn't cancel my coverage, which is essentially theft! I would say spend more somewhere else and get better service!
Love the built in outlets for changing so cords aren't stretched across the study. The color and shape are perfect and it's very sturdy

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
