Great choice of furniture
The product looks awesome and is very good quality. The delivery service was fantastic. The men brought the product full assembled right into the home and finished putting in all of the shelving. They where professional, friendly and efficient. I could not be happier with my experience.
My new Summer House oyster white panel bedroom set is simply marvelous and I am impressed by the delivery & setup service. They wear masks, covered shoes and gloves to ensure healthy entrance of your household! They also remove the wrappings from the furniture from your home. Fantastic!
Great prices, and my dining room set came in much sooner than originally anticipated. The men who brought it in and put it together were professional and friendly. The company was also great about keeping the line of communication open during the whole process to answer questions, and also to ensure i was made aware of every scheduled step in the process. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Stumbled across Coleman in an internet search. They had exactly what we wanted in a glass top coffee table at a great price. Item was shipped directly from mfr and arrived in less than 3 weeks (about a month before their estimated delivery date). I was worried about shipping a piece of glass that large but packaging was very good so no damage. Table went together very nicely too. Couldn't ask for more.
Beautiful purchases
I ordered a desk and file for my office back in May. I received updates every month with no change in delivery date. Each month it says it will ship in 7 to 8 weeks. Sometimes it will say it will ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Sometimes it'll say it will ship in 5 to 6 weeks. It's October and I still have not received my desk and file cabinet. No one can give me an actual confirm shipping date because it's up to the manufacturer. Who orders office furniture and is okay with waiting over 6 months to receive it? This is a bunch of b*******. I can't get any straight answers from anybody. Even with the covid b******* going on there is no way it should still take 6 months for a damn desk and file cabinet to arrive. Will never order from here again. Will likely be canceling my order because I need my desk damn it and I can't get any solid answer on when I will receive it.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. They keep switching me to people, every time they leave me on hold for 20 minutes, then they refer me to an email only customer service person that after 24 hours still hasn't responded to my response. I need to exchange a piece of furniture that doesn't match and they want to charge me almost the cost of the furniture to ship it back even though I want to exchange it and not return it for a credit. I wish I read reviews and did my research before purchasing from Coleman. This company is awful.
Great website, easy buying process. Good communication of my oder until it shipped to a warehouse near me. But when I enquired about my order they were quick to respond and deliver it.
Impressed with Coleman Furniture. Pricing and customer service were excellent. Furniture was scheduled to arrive 8-12 weeks after ordering and they followed up every few weeks with updates. Delivery went smoothly and we're very happy with the purchase.
Seems like a quality retailer that doesn't overwhelm with choices and goofy deals. Many websites have 50,000 chairs or whatever and offer save $25 if you do whatver. Shipping was via fedex and was timely.
Save yourself and don't buy... cs stinks too. Still have not got my furniture as its sitting in a warehouse in another state waiting for delivery in my area! Could be weeks or months... just don't!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
