I had never bought a living room set online I'd always go to our local furniture stores. I don't know if I was so used to my other set but I honestly didn't like the new set.
Much easier than I expected.
I have nothing to say against Coleman furnsiture cause I am satisfied with the sofa that I ordered. It is as what I have seen on line and the functions are what really what me and my family needs.
Can't give it a five star though because the delivery was bad in the sense that their schedule is not flexible to fit our convenient time. My husband needs to cit work short and I missed lunch from work just to make sure that somebody is at home at time they deliver. They said they will call me 30 minites before they arrive but they called whentheybqhere already outside the house. It took me 8 minutes to arrive home but before that they were alreadybcalling me again as to what time I will arrive home. That day was just so draining.

I ordered furniture. They claimed they would deliver in three weeks. They did not. I followed up. They said they would deliver in six to eight weeks. They did not. I followed up. They said it was stuck somewhere in California and they had no estimate as to how long it would take for it to arrive. I asked to cancel my order and they refused to cancel without charging a restocking fee. I think they are running a scam to take people's restocking fees. BEWARE!
We are very happy with this desk. The color is beautiful and it is just as pictured online. The width and depth are perfect
Just what I wanted! This is a nice-sized center; not bulky and overbearing as some are, and we have 10-ft ceilings. Color is a nice, cool, medium gray. It shipped very quickly and was installed between 2-3 weeks as promised. Price was $400 less than on another website I shopped. Coleman updated me and explained what to expect. This was a good experience.
I ordered 6 chairs from a very knowledgeable and helpful saleswoman. All conducted over the phone. Expected delivery 2 to 3 weeks. The next day (Oct 1) I got an email from Coleman saying the chairs were shipped and tracking info would come separately. Two weeks later: no tracking info. I called the store and was in the queue for an hour! Finally got an answer and was told they were not shipped but would be shipped "by the end of the week," I asked to speak to a manager who said she would check herself on Friday and would call me to confirm they were shipped and provide me the tracking information. I received no call. I called today, again waited in cue for 30 minutes. I was told they were shipped last week. She could not check with the factory because it was a weekend. No manager was on duty for me to speak with today.
Not sure I would recommend Coleman Furniture. Terrible service and difficult to contact.
I was a slightly concerned about buying a sofa sight-unseen, from a company I never purchased from before. However, I could not be more pleased with my purchase! The sofa is exactly as described, the shipping was timely, and the delivery and setup experience was great! The guys were real careful with the furniture, making sure not to get it dirty, and they cleaned up everything! I will absolutely buy from Coleman Furniture again!
One nightstand had a broken rear panel. The panel is made of heavy cardboard and broken off on one corner. Shipping boxes were in good condition, so it was damaged before it was packed. Coleman wanted pictures of this, but I had already discarded the shipping boxes and had a handyman fix the panel.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
