Very good, a long wait because of Covid but definitely worth it. The bedroom suite that i ordered was delivered and set up with care and efficiency.
I ordered a bedroom set back in may and it is now almost November and they have been telling me it will arrive every 4 weeks since June. Every time I try to speak to a manager someone on the phone rudely says there aren't any managers available and they will call me back and I have never once got a call back. They have also said they cannot refund me and if they did there are cancelation fees. After trying to deal with this for 6 months I finally ordered a different bedroom set that was guaranteed to Me by a sales person and another person that it's available and I'm stock so I went on with that order and out of nowhere they canceled both orders. So now after trying to find out what happened they still won't let me speak to a manager and tell me I should try to call back in a month and that there's nothing they'll do. Overall a horrible experience and after waiting 6 months I currently have no order and my money has not been refunded. They refuse show any kind of professionalism and customer support and will not help with my order or my refund.
Great job all around of keeping me informed of the process. Took a while to get my loveseat to my place, but that is not the fault of Coleman. The item purchased was a highly requested item that was backordered and a limited workforce at the company that creates the furniture was limited at the time. Once Coleman received it, it was transported quickly. Local delivery team did a fantastic job of getting item in the house and setting it up for us. This completed our furniture collection and we thank Coleman for getting this to us at a great price.

We purchased a Boca Corner Bookcase Unit. Service during the purchasing phase was great. The unit arrived and our 'white glove' delivery/installation was a disaster. They had no idea what they were doing and asked to see a picture. Once the got started things seemed ok, however after they left we found that less than half the bolts, non of the screws were used in the installation. They also did not instal the decorative components. They rushed around once it was set up cleaning up and had me sign a form that it had been delivered (and everything was present/we we satisfied). My mistake not reading every word carefully. Once they left and we started to really look we realized the problems. I called Coleman the next day and was told sorry our problem since we signed the form. They then said that they would try to help, but not because they had to... and the free 5 years of insurance that doesn't cover this! I then exchanged numerous emails with pictures and little happened. I finally called the manufacturer directly and about a week later all the parts arrived in the mail. It took me about 2 hours to take everything apart and put it back together correctly. The piece looks great. However, I will never use Coleman again. A very bad experience!
Took a long time to receive the couch but it is absolutely perfect. It fits our home perfectly and it is super comfortable.

The delivery was seamless, and the furniture was packed so well that there weren't any problems at all. The delivery company used was outstanding. The girls scheduling the delivery could not have been any more pleasant and accommodating. The delivery men were pleasant, professional and courteous of my home. I doubt that I will ever shop anywhere else for furniture because their customer service on all levels is second to none.

I have recieved my order I wish it was bigger it looks like a solid piece. The casters are ok not very sturdy but it looks like they go in solid wood. That was the problem with my old one the casters fell off. But in all not a bad piece.
EASY SO FAR
Although hesitant to make a furniture purchase sight unseen, Coleman Furniture made that anxiety disappear. From deciding upon the item I wanted, ordering online and being made aware upfront of delivery time frame, everything went smoothly. Delivery went as planned and table arrived assembled and placed where I requested. The gentlemen were courteous. The two sided lift Cocktail table is the perfect addition to a Sectional Sofa. The table has it's own unique style. It is solid, sturdy, and easy to move with casters. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Coleman Furniture. Customer service was also helpful as my table went on sale a week after my purchase, and I was credited the difference!
Great communication regarding delivery. Delivery team called prior to arrival. Furniture very well protected with padding and gentle handling. Another great experience all around!
Don't let the "free delivery nationwide" fool you. I'd rather have paid for my delivery and received my order in a timely fation. Delivery date has FINALLY been set—-11 weeks from my order date! Unacceptable. And all Coleman offered us was to cancel our order—-WITH a 15% restocking fee! So left us no choice but to wait the 11 weeks. Will never order from them again. I do not recommend.

Reasonable price! However, the bed didn't fully expand. Haven't received a ETA on the rest of the furniture.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
