Received dozens of emails regarding the delivery time and each email stated "Good news, your order will be ready in 4 to 5 weeks for shipment". 5 months later and still received that same email stating 4 to 5 weeks. We called, we emailed. Absolutely no help or even some sort of discount for the inconvenience. Never would have bought through them if we had known upfront that there would be a 5 to? Month wait. Canceled order on the 5th month. Terrible communication between the retailers and manufacturers.
Ordered a table from Coleman Furniture, and was pleased with the level of communication letting me know when to expect the item to ship from the manufacturer. It arrived on time, and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!
The order took more than a week to arrived and I had to put the chairs together (I wasn't aware)
But it came in with instruction and nothing broken or scratched.

Bought bedroom furniture and with my rewards decided to buy the bench that matches, after 6 months on order and every month I get a update on a arrival date open a email to a "your order has ben cancelled" keep in mind ive called this company 3 times and each time it's due to covit and still on its way. When I called after canceled email was told they are no longer making this item. I get in web site and find this bench is still made and 200.00 more than when I purchased. DON'T TRUST THIS COMLANY. THEY DO NOT UPHOLD WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO
I ordered a sectional on July 31,2020 under the notion that the item will arrive within 6-9 weeks after ordering. I kept getting emails saying shipment is delayed because of the coronavirus. Okay I'm patient and totally understand the times we are in no worriers. Well, another delay in shipment email came. Now it goes from me placing the order on July 31,2020 to today November 13,2020 receiving an update: your order will ship 1/12/2021. Awful company and they used the world's pandemic to mislead me and I'm sure countless others.
Exactly as it is pictured. Very quick shipping. I shopped from them 2 times and each time no complaints.
They are comfortable, built well and very stylish. Ordered and was shipped within 3 days and received within 5 days the product. Was happy with the quality and the design of the product. They look perfect at my counter bar with my new remodeled kitchen.
I ordered a bed frame from Coleman. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks to deliver. Almost six weeks later the bed still hasn't arrived. I understand things are slower because of Covid but I've been sleeping on the floor for two months. I have to move on and get a bed elsewhere. When I called to cancel the order I was charged a "restocking" fee. This is unfair. The item was never delivered! I've been working with other furniture companies who've had major delays (not this bad though), and I've had to cancel with them but they've not charged me a fee for their own failures! This is tantamount to thievery. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE COMPANY. STEER CLEAR!
Love this entertainment center. It was delivered as advertised, assembled, and looks great. High quality, very sturdy. The led lights are a great touch. Fits our 83' tv perfectly- we just had to leave out the top crossbar.

We ordered our furniture on August 9th, 2020. It has yet to be delivered! All they can tell me is it is delayed yet again. Every few weeks we get an email stating it will be ANOTHER 10 weeks. Now our delivery date in January 2021. So disappointed! I was a returning customer, their service has gone downhill. NO ONE will give me a straight answer. When you call it is a call center that has NO answers.

The furniture, a queen- sized bed, painted dark brown was delivered On October 26th 2020, earlier than scheduled (7:30 to 8:30am), around 7:15am. It was cloudy and dark, and we were very excited to receive our bed after a long wait following order placement. Immediately following assembly, I was asked to sign a paper. I did not inspect and signed the paper as I wanted the three people in the delivery crew to leave. None of them had face masks on. It was my mistake for not inspecting the bed. On October 29th, by accident, we noticed surface damage, a gouge that had been painted over on the side panel furthest away from view at an obscure location. It is difficult to see, and easy to miss unless someone run their hand over that entire area. The fact is, it was damaged before it was delivered. Coleman managers told me it was my responsibility to fix. They are unable to accept responsibility.
I have wondered if it was the strategy of the delivery crew, knowing about the damage, to came early when customers are least attentive to details and not wearing face masks to intimidate customers during this pandemic; allowing them to leave at the earliest!
I ordered a patio table and chairs. The table came defective in so many ways and 2 of the chairs were broken. They say a new table is coming but its been several months. They also sent a repair guy out for the chair and the repair does not look good at all. They refuse to send a new chair and basically arr telling me to live with it. I would never recommend using this company!

I placed an order about 6 months ago and was told every month since I placed the order that my piece was being finished. 6 months later I get told the item is not in stock anymore. When I placed this order it was in stock according to website. They are not honest with customers
Bad customer service and they only care about their company not the customer. They try to steal your money with bring up so many fees even if you return unopened item. Don't wast your money

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
