Been waiting over 6 months every month the delivery date changes additionally for 5 months the payments for affirm said processing now im being billed made 2 payments and NO furniture. Sent 2 emails with no response. I will update review after I have some clarification.
Ive dealt with some Real winners in the past but this place is full of... It. Never ever ever buy from this scam garbage company. And I use that term loosely. Such crap service. Complete and total lies. They cant track your items bc they arent going anywhere. Absolutely do not pay the BS fees they try to tack on. This is fraud in the simplest terms.
What a crappy business... placed an order on 8/x they delay it to 3/x... I don't need it what joke of a company. DONT ORDER FROM THEM
I'm sure everyone who gave this place a good review did it in the beginning this couch broke down within 6 months of having just by sitting on it im a 152 pounds and the first thing that happend was a board was wobbly called reported it as a claim because I did purchase the insurance they offer they said I had to wait a full year until coverage kicked in called at the year mark reported a borad was completely broke and also a coffee stain and rip on the inside they said I made the same claim a year before. Do not buy from here. It comes as a beautiful looking couch but doesn't last its me my husband and newborn baby that shouldn't have happened
I carefully vetted Coleman Furniture for price of my new Barcalounger chair and service prior to my purchase. I initially was concerned about some of the negative comments on the web, but decided to complete my purchase. My experience was outstanding. In addition to saving $300, my chair was timely delivered and set up within 5 minutes of arrival. I will return to shop for future furniture needs.
These barstools are exactly like the picture. They seem pretty well made, they are quite lightweight, I like that the low back of the chairs doesn't show above the countertop. They arrived within a week & they were packaged extremely well. I liked how easy the packaging was to remove & Coleman Furniture had them reasonably priced compared to other places.
I was looking for a table that kept getting back ordered. I spoke with customer service and they gave me estimated shipping date. Product was sent on time. Good overall experience

We bought a sectional and bedroom outfit from Coleman Furniture delivered on 6/21/2019 and bedroom outfit had knicks in it. Delivery guys took pictures and filled out report. Coleman said they never got report. The sectional where the chaise part of it connects too the loveseat part of it connects the wood pushed through frame and tore material covering frame. Coleman said that is not a manufacturer defect so wouldn't cover it. We paid over $6,000 for the bedroom outfit and sectional and bought a warranty they don't honor. The furniture is 17 months old and I will never buy from them again, they have cheap furniture and don't honor their warranties.
They have quality products for so much cheaper than other companies! Highly recommend buying furniture from them. Even the delivery comes sooner than other furniture companies
The coffee and end table set we ordered was exactly as described, and it was delivered VERY quickly. (We waited six months for our couches to be delivered from another furniture company.). Easy to assemble, and it looks great in our living room. Would definitely order from Coleman again.

They do not handle defective issues or returns well! Their Customer Service is Terrible! They will give you the run around hoping you give up! Bought a bedroom Chess beginning of September now it's end of November with 26 emails later, 2 service calls to my house, phone calls later we are upset the drawers still aren't right! They don't care. Got ur money and that's that! Will never again--
Absolutely can not get any information on what is wrong with my order. Things like does not meet our standard or the technician still has not been able to look at. Deadline they give come and go. One even thought it had already been delivered. I just want it to be delivered.
Wish we had seen the reviews before purchasing. Was advertised as fully assembled; not true, we had to assemble and instructions not good and one screw wouldn't even go all the way into the hole it was supposed to. Wish we had never ordered. Chair is very uncomfortable to sit in and backs not made to be comfortable and seats too small. Wish we could get a refund. Very expensive lesson for a very poorly made item that was not made in NC; came from Malaysia. Buyers need to be advised of this unsatisfactory product.
We purchased bedroom furniture from this site at a great price. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, the estimated shipping date was well beyond what my wife and I had in mind so we had to cancel our order. This business was more than accommodating and refunded our money without any issues. Because of this, we will be shopping with this company again.
Our experience was so unfortunate! We ordered in May and was immediately delayed from COVID but when things picked backed up still delayed, then delayed for broken pieces, given run around, and then months later, promised multiple dates from multiple customer reps, arrives with grease handprints and tears! Delivery guys were even shocked. After being on customer service requesting a manager and the delivery guys waiting in my driveway for over an hour( because we couldn't accept order because we would be responsible if they left) I was rudely handled and told that it wasn't their problem and "We shouldn't point fingers!" She actually said "Are you going to stop talking so I can? Customer service is supposed to be that, where you actually make it right for the customer or at least accept responsibility. I requested them to return my order and not charge me restocking and shipping and they said I would still be responsible and have to pay percentage despite being pushed off for this long, run around about broken pieces ( being charged 2 months ago with no product) and arriving with handprints. After, refusing to accept the order or asking them to at min return half of the cost of dirty chairs so I could get them cleaned ( because who knows how long it would take to get them back or if they would come back fixed) I was finally transferred to a manager after 4 calls being dropped and told every manager was busy for over 30 min, a manager finally agreed and sent an email verifying the amount requested. It should not have had to go this way or take this long for them to fix the issue. Delivery can be blamed on COVID, but customer service cannot. I was very excited about this couch and trusted the company and what the reps said. Be aware when purchasing, if you have any issues it could get unnecessarily difficult to resolve.
Don't get scrammed coleman furniture has a C rating with the BBB and over 244 complaints in last 12 months of 2020 with issues with the quality and delivery process for Coleman Furniture. Ordered a china cabinet that I had been searching for for months. I had some size constraints and was happy to find this one. Delivery info was accurate and the set up was great. Very pleased
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered a bedroom set and month after month (now Nov.) I received a copy and paste response about where my furniture was. When they sent the last copy and paste saying delivery now is pushed to January (I ordered in July) I cancelled my order. Instead of sending pieces they had, they held my entire order for months. I shopped at my local Ashley Furniture store today and the exact set I wanted will now be delivered in 3 weeks.
When I ordered my new recliner from them they were upfront with how long it might take to receive. They emailed me after every step along the way. I received the chair 4 weeks after ordering it from them. Thanks.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
