I purchased the Farrah Gold Upholstered Bedroom set. It is absolutely stunning and very well put together.
I decided to purchase my sofa and loveseat set from Coleman's furniture after seeing the same set on Wayfair for 500 dollars more. The service was better than I've experienced at stores like Ashley Furniture and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of furniture.
We just want to say in this review that we really love our furniture. Thanks so much for helping us with this.

I had the absolute worst experience with this company. After waiting three weeks for my two sofas I go to check on the order status to find it canceled. When I called them they said we called you and you did not answer and we had to cancel because I did not confirm shipping method... whaaat? I already paid and confirmed everything including the shipping and I got my order confirmation email and I though I was done. Very upsetting... they did not even care. All they said order it again

Site is very easy to navigate and worked well for me to make a quick purchase. Only issue is lack of communication. After I was charged for the furniture in mid-early November, I was notified I would get a delivery call in approximately 1 week, however, after 3 weeks with no emails or phone calls, I called to find out that an item had been damaged in transit and my original 3 month wait (Oct 28) was now going to be a 5 month wait (mid-to-late December). I was disappointed in the lack of info, but quickly surprised by getting an email 2 days later that my missing piece was being shipped out and 2 days after that, I was called for a next week delivery. It turned out ok, but I was disappointed in the long delay with lack of communication.
I purchased furniture that they said was in stock and paid over $2,000 back in August of 2020. It's December 23,2020 and they said they can't deliver my items because it's damaged. I told them I want 100% refund and they won't give it to me. They won't let me speak to a supervisor! I'm convinced they are writing their own positive reviews based on the complaints filed with the BBB. I'm calling my attorney
I fell in love with the counter stools I saw through a google search, something I've never done before but I found the company's service to be great and their shipping time to be excellent- everything in Wayfair was out of stack and not at nice.

This company is nothing but a talk. I'm trying to keep my cool as I write this review but it's ridiculous.
I ordered a piece of furniture on OCT 22 of 2020. Delivery estimated 4-6 weeks. As a normal person, you expect to get your thing at the earliest in 4 weeks and 6 weeks at the very latest.
It has been over 8 weeks since it shipped.
Today I get a call that my furniture was damaged and they are contacting the manufacturer to send me a new one (AKA another 8 weeks at the earliest) and when I requested a refund they want to take 15% from me because I'm cancelling my order. Despite the fact that they are very late and can't keep their words.
If I ordered something from Amazon and it wasn't delivered on time it's usually free. I'm not asking for that by any mean but I'm comparing a reliable company VS a not very company.
Long story short. Take the money that you worked hard for to a place where they will appreciate you as a customer and honor their words. Oh and also be nice to you on the phone.
We were very pleased with the quality of the unit. It was packaged extremely well so the content were protected and in perfect condition when unpacked. I would definitely buy from Coleman again.

To covid, up to 8 weeks. OK, we understand that slow sleed. BUT It's been a few days shy of 6 months. Every few weeks we get a new email saying it's delayed. When we call customer service we wait for an hour and then speak to a surly person who reads us the email and argues over how many weeks it's actually been. No help or attempt to even be kind. They say we can cancel with a restock fee... or buy something else that will take the same amount of time to arrive. What a joke. I know that not everyone is waiting 6 months so why are we? What magical part is holding this up? We live in an area where furniture and furniture design are a huge business and we are telling everyone to avoid this company.

This ottoman provides understated elegance to my living room. Perfect height for my swivel LzB chair. Love the brass legs and tweedy fabric texture.
Product arrived in good condition w/o damage. The package was partially open. The table was not damaged.
DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY! By far the worst furniture experience ever! Renegade also owns the online store Coleman Furniture. I have two orders with this company. When I ordered I was reassured I'd receive the order within' 4 weeks. 6 months later and I just received the furniture. I received zero updates and then one day the furniture just showed up sitting outside in the RAIN in my driveway. They claim that once the furniture ships from the manufacturer I would be contacted by the shipping provider to arrange a time for delivery. That never happened. The sideboard/couch table came and it has a corner bashed in. The company did absolutely nothing to rectify it. The entertainment center I ordered also has a corner bashed in. The dining set came with 4 chairs but is missing components to put one of the chairs together. I have reached out to the company with zero response. I've been waiting 6 months for furniture and then it comes with issues around every piece not to mention it sat in the rain, and there are water marks on the furniture as well I just discovered and have to report to the company. If the ever respond I'm sure it will be another 6 months to get the situation rectified. The financing company has been charging me for 6 months as well before I revived the furniture making automatic withdrawals from my checking account before I even took delivery. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Coleman furniture is a very nice furniture company - professional furniture company. Very good communication.
I ordered a chair and it has taken 10 WEEKS to deliver it. 10 weeks. Keep that in mind before you order from these people
These stools have a gorgeous design with a beautiful curved wood back and faux leather seat. We chose them becuase the four legs don't splay out wide like other models but keep a trimmer profile. They came super quick and were a breeze to put together. My only note was the seats are more cream than white, which gave us some pause, but in the end we stayed with them and are happy.
I got exactly what I paid for, exactly how it looks in the webpage. Beautiful furniture at the best price possible. They save me about 1000 dollars compared to the regular price at the local furniture stores... I am very happy.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
