We are more than happy with our new entertainment center. It's quality is much better than picture shows on website. The only downside of shopping experience, it showed in stock... But took 4 months to receive it.
The eta was 2 weeks after purchase date. I recieved my products after over a month, and quite a lot of back and forth where my ship date was changed quite a few times.
Finally get my products and one is damaged to which I got a measly $20 compensation and the other problem was a missing build guide for the bed. In normal conditions, a person would have sent the product back to get a refund and they would have had to sell it for 1/2 off or go through the whole process of getting a new one, or whatever the case may be. I was already irritated with how many times I was told it was coming only to have to be given a different recieve date.
That said I don't normally get irritated with customer service workers, but I dislike being told some thing will be here when that wasn't the case. If there is an issue just give me a warning before ordering or communicate through the process and I would be much more grateful.
A "We're sorry the original ETA is unable to be met as we are suffering delays." kind of message would have been greatly appreciated. I get that there's a lot going on right now, but when being told that you estimate it to be here in 2 weeks and you fail to meet your own estimate it's just courteous.
Coleman Furniture provided me great experience. I had the chair I purchased at great prices than any other furniture place online and locally. I appreciate the customer service regarding my and delivery. They answered every I had. They provided upfront approach regarding insurance services. My experience was lovely. They have a customer for life.
We just had our Carolina Windsor Chairs delivered and they are way beyond beauty, weight, and quality. They gave me a timeframe between 12:30 to 3:30, and they called at 11:30 am to say they would be here in an hour. Sure enough, at 12:30 the truck pulls up in front of our home. Chairs were securely wrapped around and were taken off the truck one at a time, brought into the house so I could inspect them. No damage, no marks, like they just came off the factory belt. The two delivery men were so respectful and careful, aiming to do anything for the customer. They made sure I was one hundred per cent happy. I am so happy we went with this company, and with the white glove delivery, as this delivery was from the warehouse to ours. No changing hands to FedEx or another trucking company. Well worth the extra money in case there was a problem, they are right there to take them back. I highly suggest doing business with this company. Love these chairs, and if our Newfoundlands do rough them up because of their size and strength, I know I can always purchase another chair. The piece of furniture is fabulous. The delivery system was terrible. I purchased my piece of furniture at the beginning of November and received it on January 20th. Each time I called for a status update it was always the same statement that it was with their 3rd party delivery company. The time it took and lack of support for real direction or even a simple ETA was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Coleman and if you have doubts check out the BBB.org. I am not the first to complain about delivery times.
I ordered two bookcases 5.5 months ago and they finally arrived. After a month of waiting with no word I wrote them asking for an ETA, they promised it would arrive within a month. Things were slow due to COVID and all that. So I wait 6 weeks with no word, and the status page still says 10+ weeks... so I write again... this time they say 2 weeks... So on the good side they do respond within a day. On the bad they lie and make things up. I waited much longer than most people would... I waited about 5 months, emailing them every couple weeks only to get the same canned answer. I finally gave up and told them to cancel it as it was apparent I would never get it. They told me it would be a 15% restocking fee (which would be around 200 bucks), I replied that I knew that because it was mentioned in all the other negative reviews I was seeing, but to cancel it anyway. I waited a week then wrote them back asking for the status of my cancel. They said they needed confirmation from me on the cancel again... but it was a week out (again) but this time they gave me a number for the local delivery service. I called the number and the guy was real nice and said they just got it yesterday and hadnt had a chance to inspect it yet. After inspection they would schedule delivery... two days later it is finally in my house and they look great.
So long story short, good product, it will arrive... eventually... but dont believe a word they say about any ETA and expect to be waiting months and months with no communication unless you start it.
This was supposed to be the start of re-doing my entire office... so after this purchase I like the product, so I looked up the name of it to find it elsewhere... I notice on colemans website these bookcases are now an extra $200 each... due to a "winter sale". Gotta love places that increase the price and call it a sale. I did find the same shelves at a different company for now $300 cheaper each... so I will be going elsewhere...

Ordered early September. Finally arrived on January 19th. The communication during that time was a joke. Every email said 6-8 weeks for 3 months. Finally got an email that said it would be delivered 12/28. Removed old furniture and crickets. Called on the 28th and they said it was delivered to a warehouse near me and would just be another week or two. Crickets. Called again and they said they are inspecting the furniture that it would just be another week. Crickets. Told them I want my money back to cancel the order. Then they immediately respond and say I need to call the delivery company to arrange delivery. Which I did. I picked Coleman for their "White Glove" service which I know costs way more but was worth it to have the furniture set up and boxes taken away. The delivery guys would not set it up! I called and they said "we can't accept the liability for setting up a loft bed". They would not set up ANY of the furniture nor did the loft bed say the white glove was not included. BAIT AND SWITCH.

We are an online retail company and the manufacturer sends us updated shipping dates which we pass along to our customers. Coleman Furniture offers delivery and in-home set up on most products, however, Loft Beds are excluded from that delivery method. It's for that reason that your item was advertised as "Free Home Delivery" which states that "if assembly is required, you will be responsible to assemble the furniture". We apologize if the delivery method wasn't clear and we'll look into ways to state the delivery method in a clearer fashion.

I purchased Bastrop Dark Brown Sofa. It took awhile to be made and arrive due to Covid, but it was worth the wait. I am very pleased with my purchase. I was always updated on its arrival and customer service was always responsive.
I ordered a loveseat and sofa from Coleman Furniture on January 6th, 2021. I asked the salesperson, and also called the manufacturer about the color of the furniture. They both said that it was white. Again I asked if it was a bright white. I was told that it was a beautiful white and not to worry if I don't like it when its delivered I have 30 days to send it back. I received a fabric sample in the mail and it was not white, it was yellowish. It was nothing like the photo on the website. It had been eight days since I placed my order. They would not cancel my order without charging me a 15% restocking fee, which was $652! Horrible customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE! I still had 4 weeks to go before a scheduled delivery and this was not a custom order. After I told them that I wanted to cancel the order they said that if I accepted delivery on it that in addition to the restocking fee, I would also be responsible for shipping if I sent it back! So... if you don't like the furniture for any reason after its been delivered you are stuck with it unless you want to pay for shipping and restocking fees regardless of your reason. Horrible customer service! Sorry that I ever shopped with this company. Take your business to Emma Mason. I've bought several pieces from them and have been extremely happy with my purchases. The prices are better too!
This sofa is of extremely poor quality. The sofa was delivered on 7/8/20. Within a month of very light use the cushions started to wear and became quite uncomfortable. When two people had the sofa in the reclined position, the sofa became very unstable with very little movement. The sofa would feel like it was going to tip. Upon inspection of the sofa from the underside, I could see that this was made in a very slipshod way and called Coleman to complain on August 5th. I was referred to Coaster and was transferred to several representatives that could not help me. After much run around, Coaster referred me back to Coleman in September. I was only able to start a warranty claim with Coleman. Challenging the quality was not an option. Coleman Furniture falsely advertised that the company Coaster Furniture, is an American manufacturer. The sofa was manufactured in China. Also, the foam is advertised as being memory foam. Through my attempts to settle the above-stated issues with Coleman and Coaster Furniture it was stated that the memory foam is only in the seat. After inspection of the sofa and using it for a short time, I could see that description on the website is very sketchy. During my original discussion with Coleman Furniture when I was considering my purchase, I was assured that this sofa was of very high quality. Coleman passed the issue off as being the manufacturer's fault. Ultimately Coaster, the manufacturer, stated that my complaint is just a case of "buyer's remorse" and did not address any of my quality concerns. I have an email chain that begins on September 23rd to show the claim, the denial, and my rebuttal. My claim included pictures and videos. At this point in time, January 2021, the sofa cushions have broken down and sag and instability is getting worse. This is with very little use because neither me nor my son like to sit on it and definitely do not want to recline in it. The sofa cost over 1500. Anyone would expect the sofa to last past 3 months. The photo of the seat is after 1 month of use.

We've submitted your claim to Coaster Furniture - the manufacturer, however, they confirmed that the seat has memory foam which normally breaks in sooner as you apply more pressure to those areas compared to the headrest.

We initially ordered the set from Costco, but it was damaged upon arrival, so we ordered it directly from the manufacturer. We're so happy we did. The quality of the set surpasses anything we ever expected. It is exactly what we wanted.
After being frustrated from waiting 4 weeks for a desk that ended up being canceled due to being backordered through another seller, I found Coleman Furniture that had a competitive price as well as listed the estimated shipping dates, as this item is backordered EVERYWHERE (it is a gorgeous white and silver modern L-shaped office desk with shelves above). We received emails when order was received and confirmed, our card was not billed until the item was shipped, and it arrived some days earlier than the original order email estimated. Definitely recommend!
I ordered a living room furniture set in june. After waiting for months in November I finally got an email saying the item was about to ship. I even got a call from coleman telling me the item was about to ship and I would get a call in a week to set up delivery. A week later after waiting for almost 6 months I get an email that says my order has been canceled the manufacturer is no longer making the couch set. Yes my money was refunded but I waited 6 months and ended up with no furniture. Dont want it to happen to you.

Everything went together fast and easy! Well built piece of furniture. Only problem was upon opening the fireplace insert the fake log was broken so I have to contact them to get a replacement
All sites told me that this nightstand was discontinued- Coleman was able to find and deliver before Christmas!
Took a bit of time to get but so worth it! I love these tables and the price was very reasonable. Would shop at Coleman again! Thank you!

I ordered a couch on november 2. I was told i would have it december 29thon december 29th i was told it wasnt shipping out until january 2ndi called to check the status and now wont ship out until feb 21st.my son and grandson are coming soon. I had all my other furniture hauled away. There is no where to sit in my living room. Customer srvice was not helpful or empathetic in any wayif you want your furniture promptly do not order from coleman furniture
The Baldridge desk and matching printer stand are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to put together... I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style. The shipping was incredibly fast! Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
