The item arrived early and was delivered in a professional manner. They had the 6 piece sofa delivered and put together in less than 30 minutes. The couch is very comfortable and is well built.
The entertainment center was exactly as advertised. It is also very simple to put together. If you are like me and work a little slower and are somewhat meticulous, the assembly took about two hours instead of the 50 minutes the packaging suggested. Although, I did expect that.
Seems to be a very good product, and is great for our young kids.
Received broken furniture after waiting two months for delivery. I was then offered $75 for a certified furniture technician to come out and fix the damage. $75 hardly covers for them to come and look at it. Essentially there is four separate pieces for the bedframe I purchased and two out of the four were damaged. If it was something small I wouldn't mind but it actually affects the structure of the bed. Extremely disappointed is a understatement.
We ordered a bedroom suit for our college kid in July. The furniture finally shipped in January. It had damage so they are reordering a replacement. We don't have a ship date for this bedroom suit. It could take another 6 months and they refuse to give us our money back until the new order ships.
Pleasurable experience. Easy to work with. Order, although delayed in manufacturing due to corona, was always timely updated in the status and actually was delivered two weeks prior to the original expected delivery time. Delivery company did a great job as well. I would highly recommend Coleman.

Coleman furniture has been the worst buying experience of my life and that is saying a lot after Art Van ripped us off for $1000 worth of product never received due to their abrupt closure. I purchased an entire bedroom set in July 2020. This is now 7 months later with no bedroom set. I have continually received "updates" that my furniture is delayed and will be an additional 2-6 weekend depending on the email. I was never informed that my order was back ordered, just that there were manufacturer delays. I assumed these were mild delays at first due to covid, which is understandable. I have contacted Coleman furniture many times and all they can say is that it's the manufacturer delay and they have no control over this, yet they refuse to give me any contact information for the manufacturer. After months of these delays, our card was officially charged in January, which I confirmed with a Coleman employee meant that our product was ready for shipment (this information is also on their FAQ page). I was assured by this employee that our furniture was scheduled to ship 2/2/21. When I did not get a shipping notification, I then contacted the company again on 2/3/21 and was told they had reached out to the manufacturer and our order was "ready and currently loading for shipment and was expected to ship out early the next week". I then contacted the company 2/9/21 (early the next week) to get a specific date that our order would be shipping and was told that they had reached out to the manufacturer again and "per them, the bed, nightstand and chest will be available 2/11, while the dresser would be available 2/14 and that all items would be shipped together on 2/14". I was then updated on 2/12/21 that "We have reached out to the manufacturer and as per the latest update your order is expected to ship early March. Unfortunately, as of the moment the manufacturer is unable to ship due to parts unavailability." Which is infuriating because I had already been told that my order was ready and being loaded for shipment so that was a flat out lie because now they are saying that they are still waiting on parts. Which they should not be at all since they already charged me card, which is only supposed to happen when the order is ready for shipment! This is per their own website information! So I'm left with continuing misinformation and no accountability, just hoping that I can finally get my order that I have paid for.
I was looking for a RH cloud couch dupe for months and finally came across this couch. I was nervous as it's new to Coleman furniture and had no reviews at the time but I went for it, and AM SO HAPPY I DID! You seriously can't tell a difference, looks like the real deal but saved thousands $$$. The cushions are actually more full than the cloud couch and it doesn't look as sloppy. I'm so happy with this sectional!
Lovely couch. I have been looking for an affordable bench cushion sofa for a while now. It is simple and clean looking, fabric is really nice, not scratchy at all. Very comfortable. Not a huge sofa, but can fit three people easily.
We are thrilled with the service and quality of the furniture from Coleman. After going to many local stores we opted to buy online, site unseen. I always rely on reviews but this had none. Coleman customer service sent me a sample of the material and answered all my questions making me comfortable to make my purchase. I could not be happier with the final product. Covid delayed our delivery by a month but all local stores quoted even longer delays. I'd confidently buy from Coleman again. We love this piece.
Ordered a bedroom set July 2020. Its Feb 2021 and I still don't have it.
Multiple lies, delays, product issues, etc. No communication or care. Every month, I received an email stating that I should receive delivery the following month. Every phone call results in no movement or result.
Furniture finally shipped to the carrier who would deliver it. After waiting for their "it could take two weeks for the carrier to schedule a delivery" time window, I contacted the Coleman multiple times and finally just did some googling to find the carrier. I called the carrier direct, they only received part of the order. They were going to follow up with me within 48 hours. No callback or follow-up either.
I highly recommend doing business elsewhere at all cost.
I've been shopping around for a farmhouse style bed online, and most companies were charging for delivery and were several months out, then I came across Coleman. And let me say they delivered! I got complimentary white glove delivery within 4 weeks of purchase. Highly suggest using them for your next furniture purchase!
This is a very nice piece. Bought to go with a Crate and Barrel live edge Yukon dining table since they didn't have one. This came extremely well packed. Very impressed with that. Order #*******.

We bought this for our new home. When i ordered it, I was told it would take up to 3 weeks to deliver... it was delivered 4 days later! Just assembled it but we love it so far!
This was my first time buying furniture "sight unseen" and I was very nervous. But I new the sofa I wanted, and Coleman had it, able to deliver fast, and at an extremely reasonable price. They kept me informed of the status of delivery every step of the way, and the delivery folks were great also! Love our new sofa!
I rexieved my kitchen set in the time frame as promised. The men that delivered and set yp were extremely polite and respectful.
Our customer service rep was exceptional and helped us make the right choice as well as get the best price for us. The chairs we purchased are exactly what we needed. They look great and are well made. Great experience!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
