I purchased the Ballister Espresso Power Lift Recliner (order *******) from Coleman Furniture for my mother. The chair is extremely comfortable and versatile, as all sections of the chair can be adjusted separately with the remote control. The chair is also very stylish and should provide years of satisfaction and function for her. The ordering and delivery processes were seamless. Excellent service all around.

Getting furniture for a home is not easy these days. After multiple tries with other companies, was able to find what I needed, order it and receive it within a week. It took months from other companies. *******
Do NOT order from this company. Please. If I can stop just one person from going through what I went through with this ridiculous company, it will be well worth it. I ordered my entertainment center in June of 2020 and it it now March of 2021 and I still do not have it. It was supposed to be delivered last week and has been rescheduled four times now.
When the delivery driver called the third time to reschedule, I asked for his managers information and he told me "I don't have a manager, I'm my own driver" okay.
Well they showed up the next day to deliver our furniture and told my husband they only had 15 minutes to put it together. My husband asked them to remove their shoes in our home because we have white carpets and they didn't have the shoe covers that the company promised us they would have. This was so inconvenient to them that they asked my husband to help them move boxes so "they wouldn't have to keep removing their shoes" ARE YOU KIDDING? THIS IS THEIR JOB!
Well, they began removing the pieces from the boxes and proceeded to tell us that it was going to take 3-4 hours and they didn't know how to do it because there was so many pieces and that they didn't have the time to do it. So they began repackaging it and proceeded to leave trash in my house and blowing all around my yard and my husband had to request that they pick up or they were just going to leave it.
They said they were going to return the furniture to the manufacturer and it would be delivered the following week. Well it's the following week and the company is still trying to figure out what happened with the delivery, the drivers and my furniture. I was also told I would have to pay a cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel at this point. This must be how they make all their money. I have no idea how much longer it's going to take to get my order and I am disgusted and appalled with this company. They have thus far blamed everything on the "delivery company" and it seems as the delivery company is blaming everything on the furniture company. No one wants to take responsibility for the negligence that occurred surrounding my order and everyone keeps placing blame on others.
If you took the time to read this review, please do not order from this company. Spend a little bit more with a REPUTABLE company!
Beautiful sofa made with quality materials. I waited for it longer than I wanted to because of Covid but it is worth the wait. I am very happy with this purchase! The delivery guys were great too.
Although it took a very long time to receive the table because of shipping issues, it was worth the wait. The table was even more beautiful in person and in great condition.
I ordered a dining table set since ending December 2020. It has been almost 3 months already yet I have not received my order. First time I called this company, a rep said my order has arrived at the local delivery hub and said that I will be called to schedule a delivery. I have waited for another 2 week. No one contacted me. Second time I call Coleman furniture again, another rep told me the same thing that is my order is at the local deliver hub and is under an inspection. He then said I should be receiving a phone call early this week (which was 2 weeks ago) to schedule for a delivery. Then I just kept waiting and waiting, but no one called at all. Then a week later, I called them back and talked the second rep whom I used to talked at second time, he said that he never said my order has arrived at the local delivery company. Then he put me wait on the phone and said will check with the company. When he came back he said that he will send me an email to confirm with me the delivery date for my order. In that email, he confirmed that my order has arrived which he refused saying that when talking to me on the phone. Then I waited for another 2 week, still no one called me. I decided to call Coleman furniture company back. This time, I talked with a femal rep. She confirmed that I will be called to schedule for a delivery within 24 - 48 hours. However, another 3 days have passed by, I have received nothing. I understand that there might be a delay due to covid-19 pandemic, but it cannot be that too long. I am very disapointed with this service and company. My money for this order has been withdrawn from my bank account. This Customer service is extremely ridiculous. Until today, I have no idea where my order is.
The Counter Stools are beautiful. Received the items assembled, which was fantastic. Received the items pretty quickly. No payment was processed before the items shipped. Will purchase from here again.
We are so happy with this entertainment unit. It is solid and substantial. It's lovely! And we are so happy we ordered via Coleman, which may have been a little higher than other sites but was worth it given the white glove service given delivery and set up. Customer service has been impeccable!

People, don't shop here! They are completely unprofessional. I ordered a $1000 table that was damaged and Coleman's "reserves the right" to have a furniture repair person fix it, except now the furniture repairman has cancelled their appointments... TWICE. So I haven't been able to use my table for months now, and Coleman's response is oh well, not my problem
This company is very misleading on their website. They falsely state on their website that they offer white glove delivery only to leave every thing you purchased outside in snow and rain. If you decide to return it then they will charge you. Other sites are cheaper for the same things and the only reason I ordered from them was for the white glove delivery
If you you are unable to delivery the product, why accept orders? Send out statements for delayed products? No delivery in site.
I am very happy with my recent purchase from Coleman I purchased a large entertainment unit at the end of December the communication was very efficient and kept me updated at all points of the transaction shipping and delivery was great the gentleman brought the unit into my house already put together and just did the final touches they're very happy with this company and overall would purchase from again

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
