For my team step daughter, I paid for things from 2 vendors. Wayfair and the criminal Coleman. It was supposed to be shipped to her. Covid came and they had to move. The new address did not allow the product to be used. Wayfair WAS GREAT they took it back. Coleman - I thought delivered it and wouldn't take it back. After months of fighting with them and Bank of America I found out it was never received. Their POD was signed by someone never heard of. BOA said my dispute was with them and refused to return my money. Coleman was unbelievably horrible and didn't care thet we didn't receive the product. So I lost nearly $2000 stay away from these crooks.
Coleman Furniture delivered exactly what they advertised, a sturdy, well crafted piece of furniture. The white glove delivery was an added bonus at no extra cost - they came in, assembled it and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use Coleman again!

I ordered a recliner sofa set last year December. I was told that it will be delivered in 4-7 weeks. Now this date is moved to June- 25 weeks. And this date keep changing further.
I just got an order yesterday. The delivery men showed up smelling so foul. Which I understand it gets hot and they may be working. Mind you this is 8:30 am however... So I open up all of my windows. Hours later it smells like human poop. Then I start smelling around my carpet where he was laying, my mattress, my bed REEK of this mans foul odor. A day later I have spent $200 of cleaning supplies, steam cleaning, odoban, febreeze, baking soda, carpet cleaning, and more and as I am writing this I am fighting the urge to vomit because of the STRONG smell that still is embedded in my mattress, carpet, and bedframe. I missed and entire day of work trying to fix this mess. Waited on hold for what is about an hour now, and I am told to wait 72 hours and pour baking soda on my bed to fix it...?!?!?!? I am being told that it is my job to fix a DISGUSTING error that was not my fault? I DEMAND A REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY> and not only that my walls are scratched, and the legs on my bed were assembled crooked! Someone needs to call me and get this disgusting foul smelling piece of furniture out of my home!
Delivery date estimated for 8-10 weeks. The furniture set was in stock and it kept on getting delayed with shipment. When speaking to representative it was even further with an estimate total of 4 months. Order cancelled due to not having a committed delivery date. The pandemic mat be a factor which is understandable but it is hard to believe that it would have multiple shipment delays and nearly half a year for furniture to arrive.
I purchased a leather sofa and a love seat however; on the day of delivered I arrived lated. They dropped off the furnitures, and the delivery men signed beloved if my name. Also, the sofa was demaged I willing to fixed it. Please do not anything from them. They do not care about the customer.

It is a beautiful piece. I love it but the corners are damaged/ banged. Pricey... so I expect a perfect condition so... three stars! Other than that, furniture is made from India and delivery was fast.

I bought a coffee table from them that was on sale for $179. Within 1 week of assembling the top peeled off, the legs peeled and it's generally a horrible cheap and tacky table. They refused to refund my money and I threw the table in the trash 2 months after purchase. Don't waste your money!
I received a bedroom set with a screw hole in the middle of one of the dresser drawers. I paid $4300 for this bedroom set and their resolution was to offer me a $75 credit to have it fixed. I have to pay to have it fixed and to find someone to fix it, they will reimburse me when I have proof it was done. Absolutely ridiculous!

We love the ease of the purchase process from start to finish. We received notifications as it moved from warehouse to store and a phone call to schedule the actual delivery. It arrived two weeks earlier than the estimate we were given at the time of purchase! The drivers set up the furniture and ensured all recliners and lights were in perfect working order before they left. We love our new couch and love seat set!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.
