We ordered a bar set with three stools on line for a vacation home. The style is what we wanted and while concerned ordering on line we were happy to see we received a quality product made of solid wood that was fully assembled. The delivery was very good -- notification that day before with a four hour window and a call one hour before and they arrived just as they had stated. The delivery team was very good and set up the furniture where we wanted in the house taking great care to not damage anything. All in all a great experience
We purchased a Willowton Whitewash Entertainment Center from Coleman. This was the least expensive one we could find, and it is wonderful. My fiancé put it together in just about two hours total, and it is holding up really well so far. It's super spacious, too. Definitely would recommend! The only issue was shipping took about a month, but it was worth the wait.
Ordered a couch on December 24th... now May 3rd and still haven't received it. All communication says they won't charge you until your item ships, however they charged me last week and said it would ship this week. Received an email update today that it would now be over another month before it ships. Contacted them to get a refund of the money, as per their own communication, and they said that wasn't possible without cancelling the order and going to the back of the line. No solutions offered at all. Only excuses. I understand delays but taking money for items that haven't shipped goes against everything they have communicated over the past 6 months and should be illegal. And if the mistake happens, the money should be refunded automatically and then taken once the items really do ship.
After looking for over 4 months for 2 nightstands I found these beautiful well made nightstands. The style is modern, the size is small, which is what I needed, and the drawers are the perfect size and well finished. The drawers open and close without difficulty.
BE AWARE! The photo on the Coleman Furniture shows an end table with antique bronze finished metal legs and shelves. I ordered this table because it matches the coffee table I have of the same design, top, and metal finish. The table they sent me has a dirty steel finish rather than antique bronze (see attached photo of coffee table and shelf from the end table they sent me). I have corresponded with them about the issue several times and they are not willing to correct the problem. They didn't publish my review about this issue on their website, so I'm trying to alert people to the problem on other sites.
I was looking for a particular item and found it at Coleman Furniture. I am a decorator and was extremely pleased by the quality of the selection, the pricing, and the ease of ordering. When the order was placed, I was even more pleased at how quickly it was delivered-and I absolutely love the look. Still working in the space-but the vision is coming alive. I have referred 4-5 people to the site already. Coleman's is my new "place-to-go." So nice to meet you.
They have so many complaints on BBB. I'm not sure where their good reviews could have came from. Bad customer service and they keep pushing my delivery date back. This is not fair at all. We have already been waiting months.
Very comfortable, stylish and great quality. I bought 3 loveseats and everyone loves them. Excellent for daily use as well as home-theater seating for movie nights.
Tried to return 4 barstools that did not match my other gold accents and looked cheap10 days after receiving them ( bc doing total home remodel and did not want to unbox before ready for them to avoid dust/damage). When asked about return said nope, no way, nothing they will do. Now I'm stuck with $700 worth of cheap white barstools.

Avoid ordered mattress 12 weeks ago never came! Cancelled order said they can't get the mattess. Zero compensation zero solution inept sales and customer service! They don't have any of the furniture just a drop ship scam company
I have to start by saying I was VERY nervous to place such a big purchase online. After finding great reviews for Coleman Furniture, I decided to take a chance. Their price was less than our local furniture store AND they offered FREE DELIVERY AND SET UP! They kept in communication via email informing me of each step of the process/order. I was absolutely shocked when it only took 18 days from ordering the couch to it being in my home! The couch arrived in perfect condition delivered by professionals who took care to bring in, set up, and make sure that we were 100% happy before leaving. There is not one single thing I could suggest to make a better experience. Coleman has new lifetime customers with us!
I ordered 4 Ashley Furniture signature chairs and they are really nice. So nice that I have to repaint the whole room. Good communication and they came sooner then planned. They gave me a date, and sent an email stating it would be delayed, but came at original time, even though it was a month later.
Overall really happy with how the bar looks. It was delivered faster than expected and the delivery team got it down to the basement with ease.

I love this entertainment center! It is perfect, installation was great.The guys were efficient and vey pleasant. This is my 2nd purchase from Coleman Furniture and both were very great experiences. The furniture is top of the line and very easy.
I ordered a couch from this website in March... the delivery says 2-10 weeks. Online it's talking me my furniture will not be delivered until October. That would be 7 months total. I am currently living in my apartment with children and no couch to sit on. Really inconvenient and not worth the price. They should have a warning saying order 6 months in advance. This is so sad and ridiculous.
I purchased furniture on Jan 4 2021 but over the past months they have changed my delivery date 5 times. I started off with an April 14 date of delivery to March 30 to April 30 to May 14 and now today I just got a June 24 Delivery. I am tired of hearing that this pandemic has slowed things down. I order other furniture for my home from furniture store that said it would take sometime to deliver because of the pandemic but my furniture from them came in on time. Normally online purchases are pretty good but I guess when it comes to furniture it is not worth it. I am going to cancel my order and hopefully I won't have problems getting my money back.
The desk I ordered is very high quality, as described on the website, and conveniently delivered and installed. Very happy with the product, service, and overall experience.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
