The delivery from the manufacturer arrived with some portions of the mirror broken. It appeared that this was done by the delivering company. I notified Coleman's customer service department and sent them the requested pictures. My order was replaced quickly, and all is well. I could not have asked for better and more professional service.
Our great experience with a large home office order led us to become repeat customers by ordering a dining room set. The first order was beautiful, on time, white glove treatment is definitively worth it! We are in the middle of our second order and looking forward to same great service.
We ordered our whole bedroom furniture on line. We never did this before and was a little leary. They said it would be the write glove treatment. When we got our furniture it was the white glove treatment and more. The guys brought the furniture upstairs put it together. They were so careful with each piece. They were really nice. They even helped us move a piece out of our room I couldn't lift. That was definitely the white glove treatment. The furniture was so spectacular it was more beautiful in person. I am so happy we chose Colemen Furniture. I will order from them always and I'll tell all my friends and family.
My experience was OK the only thing is that it took forever to get furniture. It took over a month to receive furniture
I ordered my furniture on 5/19/2020 it is now 8/19/2020 I have received a email stating I should get my furniture within a few weeks on 7/01/2020 that was 6 weeks ago I've called several times about this furniture and have received the run arounds everyone I spoke to says it's waiting to be delivered I call the place that has the furniture to be delivered and they don't answer the phone nor call back. I am now paying for furniture nobody knows when I'll get. I have been more then patient with the coronavirus going on but 3 months is a bit ridiculous.
Comfortable, deep, high quality sofa. Highly recommended for lounging and relaxing but also for entertaining.
I am very happy with my new accent chair. It looks great, the quality is good. I did have some minor assembly, but it was easy to follow the instructions and is very sturdy.
Easy online experience. Shipping takes a LONG time.
Do not buy from Coleman Furniture! You will be mislead and lied to from beginning to end. You'll be charged for furniture that hasn't shipped yet. You'll be lucking to receive your order at all. BEWARE! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Please check The Better Business Bureau before purchasing furniture from Coleman. They delivered a media center to us that was not finished correctly. The wood under the finish was exposed. There was also a gash on the front that someone from Coleman had colored in with a marker to try to cover it up. We had the delivery company take it back immediately and I didn't sign for it. However, Coleman is refusing to give us a full refund. They are charging us for their mistake. They broke the contract by allowing a badly constructed piece to leave their factory, and they are saying that we need to pay for the restocking and delivery of this item.
I love shopping at Coleman furniture! They have a great selection and good quality furniture. I would recommend to a friend.
This bed simply beautiful! The photo in the advertisement does it no justice. It is gorgeous and truly makes a statement in my bedroom!

There was a flaw in the back of the Upper shelf that we didn't catch before they left. Pretty sure delivery personnel must have seen it- pretty hard to miss. So not feeling like we got a quality product

I love my new entertainment center. It looks fantastic and the order process and delivery were just as great. I ordered online and it was being shipped from many states away, so I was a little nervous if the cabinet would be as nice as I was hoping. I had no need to worry. It is beautiful, great quality and fits my wall perfectly. The delivery guys were friendly and respectful. They were very good about being careful and tidy. One of the cabinets door magnets doesn't work as well, but I haven't reached out to the company about that yet. I would totally order from this company again.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
