We just purchased our furniture w Coleman. Our first date of delivery never showed or called. For the rescheduled delivery a week later, I was not home and my husband didn't know the furniture was to be assembled. The men asked where to put the items and never asked him where to assemble the items. They dropped it off in the foyer and left. I saw the truck at the end of our street and called and they refused to come back and assemble the furniture. They ended up hanging up on me and never telling me when they would be back. My husband called a day later and still no straight answer on when they will come. The delivery company office is closed on weekends (even tried calling at 4:45pm Friday with no luck), so can't talk to them to get the guys back out to our house. They were rude and unhelpful obviously trying to avoid having to come back to assemble. I wouldn't order here if you want furniture assembly!
We had a rough time purchasing this exact piece of furniture from a local store. I found this instead online, faster delivery date, cheaper price. Only caveat was we had to put it together ourselves. This part was not too hard of a task. Well worth it.

Bought a bed from Coleman and within 2 weeks it fell apart. Tried to get my money back and they refused. Waited for 5 months before they finally sent me new parts that I can fix my bed.
Our order (#*******) was for a table for our foyer, The piece was shipped in flawless condition, and was very easy to install. The only issue, which wasn't Coleman's fault, was the month-long lead time to receive the piece, which to be fair, they informed us ahead of time.
I am so pleased with the purchase from start to finish. This was the first time I had bought furniture online sight unseen other than pictures. I love the wall unit. It just transformed by living room. Quality is exceptional. I can't emphasize enough how efficient the delivery service was. They contacted me by phone, email and text message on multiple occasions to keep me updated. It truly was white glove assembly, and they took great care during assembly.
I had so many questions before purchasing the sectional & all my questions were answered in a very friendly & helpful approach It was delivered in a timely manner & the sectional is beyond my expectations. Great quality, price and super soft material!
I am extremely pleased with my Coleman furniture purchase. I was nervous at first about ordering such a large item online without actually sitting on it first. But I took a chance, and I am glad I did. The sectional is beautiful, and we saved almost a $1,000 compared to the same product on other sites. I ordered 2 pieces of bedroom furniture IN APRIL! It has been one lie after another. Finally 1 piece came to my house. Delivery guys removed the box while in my driveway. The box looked fine, the chest of drawers looked like someone took a sledge hammer to one corner. How does that happen? I refused delivery and was told a replacement was ordered. The second piece was finally received the the local delivery company, upon their inspection it was noted it was damaged. A replacement has been ordered. So, here we are in August, and still no furniture and no delivery date. If I had it to do over again... I WOULDN'T. What really makes me made is that I used their financing so I've been paying interested since day one. Now I'm told that if I were to cancel the whole thing there would be a restocking charge! Think twice before ordering from this company. Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones... or, maybe you'll be scammed like I was. No proof photos, because there is no furniture to take a photo of.
I ordered a fire pit table from Coleman Furniture. It was a white glove delivery so delivery folks did the installation of the fire pit. Obviously upon delivery you can only inspect so much such as the general outside of the furniture. By the time the delivery truck was leaving, I then tried to now hook up propane tank. The propant tank holder won't even come out. The rail inside is dented. The overall inside was quiet warped. I tried to stop the delivery company but they would not take the fire pit back. I also called Coleman Furniture and all they claim is that they have no responsibility anymore to any defect or damage after the paper work has been signed! They would not take responsibility on any manufacturer or installation defect claiming that the item should have been completely inspected. How is it even possible to hook up a fire pit table and get all the gas hooked up before you sign a delivery paper work?! This company is a scam. They work around legal loopholes and on fine print terms and conditions without properly informing you that every single functionality of an item should be inspected and working. Delivery companies are always rushing. At the same time, I did not even have a propane tank available. ALL RISK is put on customers. If there is a functionality you did not test then you are on your own. They do not stand by their product! If you are okay with this risk then go ahead. Altough Coleman has provided a contact number for a furniture repair service and a allowance credit for repair, they will leave you to take on all responsibility to call, do all arrangements and send receipts to Coleman. So yes, time consuming and you are pretty much on your own. If you had expectations that you are buying a functional product, you are wrong as you have to go through all the trouble and pain just to get it functioning. This is not the company you want to be spending big bucks. They will hide behind legal loopholes to trick people to buy subpar items especially ones that you have no feasibility to really check at time of delivery!
We waited over 6 months to get our furniture. To our disappointment the furniture arrived damaged. This was an expensive purchase. We notified them immediately. They have done nothing to replace those damaged pieces. I've worked with them for 2 months to get a resolution. Nothing.
Finally I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I submitted the pictures and the email communications and they with in 1 day closed the case in my favor.
Just pathetic customer service.
Whatever you do please do not order from this company. I waited over 4 months for a delivery, it finally came and the couch was so ugly, and so uncomfortable. I asked to return it. I'm now paying them over $700 to return it! The company is criminal. I'm assuming most of their profit comes from customer returns. Please do not cheap out and use this company, go to West Elm or restoration hardware.
We waited months to receive, the delivery company left a broken bed, been waiting weeks, I still have the broken bed in my home, and customer service wants to talk over and around still without answering serious questions( told me I was being sarcastic) management doesn't come in till 11am But they are still taking payments from my account. Worst company I have EVER dealt with in my life. DO NOT USE!

We bought a sofa and loveseat for almost $1500 Vs $1100 somewhere else. ( oh and both the sofa and the loveseat were wobbly)
Highway robbery and they charges us $500 restocking fees and to ship it back…. Wow

Their website was ambiguous about whether we needed power packs, we don't. Now they are refusing to take them back. Now they stuck us with cordless power packs in unopened boxes that are useless.
Coleman sold recliners with FAULTY MOTORS that BROKE in a YEAR! They would NOT REPAIR and I found out that Coleman KNEW there were MANY FAULTY RECLINERS SOLD! The extended warranty I purchased covered a new chair, but Coleman still charged me $400 SHIPPING!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
