I have been dealing with the Coleman team for 10 MONTHS regarding this set. We originally purchased it in September 2021 and didn't receive it until April 2022 (7 months).
Upon arrival one of the dresser drawers was really hard to pull and there were missing parts to assemble my bed frame.
The huge pieces to my bed frame had to be moved into a separate room because it took over two weeks to find the parts that were missing, which ended up being supposedly lost in the warehouse somewhere. Coleman's lack of diligence caused our home to be a storage unit and it was so frustrating, especially because we had guests come into town.
Next, they sent out a furniture medic to repair the drawer that wasn't functioning properly. And guess what? He made it WORSE! After his visit the drawer won't even shut all the way and sticks out.
After these two issues I did a full inspection and found that our nightstand drawers are so severely unaligned. So I contacted the customer support team with all of my continued concerns.
Their solution to this was a very tiny credit that didn't even begin to cover the quotes I was getting to fix it. Who wants to spend 2k+ on a set and then have to pay more?
I have now been sent out TWO replacement dressers which have both came damaged and poorly constructed. I've rejected both upon inspection due to scratches, marks, and unaligned drawers.
I still continue to stay in touch with the the customer support team, but it's been exhausting to say the least.
This is the first and last order I will ever place with Coleman Furniture.
Very easy to shop, my delivery was very fast and was able to find a good deal (cheaper than the actual store).

We absolutely love our new sectional and ottoman. They look great and are good quality. The order process was extremely easy and smooth. I got emails all along the way letting me know what to expect. Delivery was great too.
Coleman's 1st delivery team failed to get my furniture inside my home. Initially I was disappointed then later very upset as Coleman's return policies are outrageous! But having taken prior measurements I knew my sectional sofa would fit & requested my furniture to be redelivered & had a Couch Doctor come just in case to dismantle the furniture if it didn't fit. #Couch Doctors aren't cheap & this one drove out-of-state to my home. The 2nd delivery team/crew managed to get the bigger of the two sectionals into my home with no trouble.
Before purchasing this couch, I visited my friend who owns the love seat and couch with the same material. After falling completely in love with the softness of the fabric and the depth of the couch I could not stop thinking about it. After thinking about it I went to a local show room to see if I could see the couch again, and asked if there was a sectional in the same material…and to my delight it was. That night I did some research game across the couch here and the price was great in comparison to other places so I purchased. The delivery was flawless, they we polite and on time land I especially appreciated the communication with the processing of the order. The original estimation was 10weeks then to my surprise I received an email saying 3 weeks and it was actually about 2! They were on top of it! Back to the actual couch… the material is soft like a blanket. The color is the perfect blend of creams and grays and browns it's sure to match anything! The amount of pillows is insane! And they are filled pillows that do not slouch. We own cats and we're a little worried about the durability of the material but it has been great cat hair doesn't get embedded it stays on the surface and is easy to lint roll or vacuum off. If you are looking for some of the best naps, movie nights, or hosting a game night and playing on your oversized ottoman this couch is for you.

Frequently when taking a chance and buying on line one can be disappointed Not This Time! TV Bookshelf unit was exactly as described and in perfect condition upon arrival. I held my breath about the size but it slotted easily into the space I had chosen. Delivery is easy (I tracked the truck on my phone) and the two very polite young men had it in my home with final assembly done in well under an hour. I am thrilled. So much so that I have a different furniture item on order.

This is, by far, THE WORST furniture company I've ever dealt with.
When product shows up damaged, they try to force you to keep it at your house. If you refuse, they don't contact you back for over a week about a resolution. They also tell you that this brand new, damaged furniture they decided to 'fix,' you HAVE to accept.
Prices aren't much cheaper than the retailer the purchase from &, I promise you, that 'savings' is NOT worth the time and energy you spend dealing with their staff who has ZERO desire or urgency to alleviate your situation.
Also, that 'back order' date they give you- multiply it by, at least, two.
I am redoing my entire house. Coleman Furniture updated me about the delivery and kept the dates as stated. Thank you for a painless experience!
Great communication! Excellent staff! My couch arrived quickly after placing my order. Mike called and set up my appointment right away. When he needed to call back he did so when he said he would. The delivery was on time and the staff was careful, polite and friendly. I will definitely use Coleman's again!
I must admit I was skeptical at first while shopping for a wall entertainment center but I kept looking online locally, visited 4 local well known furniture stores and no one had any unit even close to what I saw at Coleman's! I took the leap and read hundreds of reviews! Convinced, I called rhe customer service number and asked several questions about the unit and white glove delivery, protection plan, all checked out and the contact person was so helpful! No kidding! The confirmation call to set up my order came just within a few weeks. The crew arrived and completed the set up quickly and efficiently! A Friendly crew. I have been staging the spacious shelves, rearranging family photos! Couldn't be more happy with this unit! Thanks Coleman Furniture for keeping your standards golden!

Do not buy from here. I ordered furniture a month ago and they called to schedule a delivery several times but the next day, they said they have not received it. A few days later they say it is on back order! It was never in stock to begin with! I requested a refund but they never responded. I called customer service to follow up and they didn't even bother to apologize. Very cold and uncaring as if I was bothering them. Poor customer service agents who don't care about their customers. They are acting like scammers not shipping the item and not issuing me the refund either. They ignore my emails as well. My husband and I discarded our bed the night before since we got a call for the delivery the next day. We are sleeping on the floor now because of their big mistake. Extremely upsetting. Fake company! Do not do business with them. You have been warned.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
