Do not buy from here. I ordered furniture a month ago and they called to schedule a delivery several times but the next day, they said they have not received it. A few days later they say it is on back order! It was never in stock to begin with! I requested a refund but they never responded. I called customer service to follow up and they didn't even bother to apologize. Very cold and uncaring as if I was bothering them. Poor customer service agents who don't care about their customers. They are acting like scammers not shipping the item and not issuing me the refund either. They ignore my emails as well. My husband and I discarded our bed the night before since we got a call for the delivery the next day. We are sleeping on the floor now because of their big mistake. Extremely upsetting. Fake company! Do not do business with them. You have been warned.

Love my new outdoor coffee table! I was surprised at how quickly my new table arrived. It was easy for my daughter and I to assemble & setup in our backyard. Took us about 10 minutes! Having numerous pieces of outdoor furniture, I can tell that this one will last a long time! I'm very happy with this purchase!

I read reviews before ordering a curved white velvet settee for my entryway. However, it arrived after quite a long time with black marks and black spots all over it UNDER THE PLASTIC WRAPPING. They refused to replace it.
It's still sitting in its box with only a small hole in the wrap in my foyer. Beware before you spend $700 with this company. They wanted me to take $35 to clean it myself, $85 to accept it as is. I refused and now they say I legally have to let them have someone come try to clean it, who wants this mold to transfer to their other furniture?!? Not me especially after spending $700.
We will see how this is resolved after their "cleaner person" comes today.
Wayfair has waaaaay better with their customer service.
IF THEY MAKE THIS BETTER I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW…
We'll after sweating this out for weeks, their hired furniture repairman stated that this was indeed black mold and that he couldn't possibly "touch" it with his equipment, Coleman's is refunding our money. Now we just have to "dispose" of the item ourselves…my husband is almost 76…hmm…
So buyer beware if your item is coming from another country, Coleman's will do everything they can to keep your purchase price…
I'm grateful this is resolved.

Everything I Expected

Saw this little side table online and was skeptical to order from a company I'd never heard of. However, glad I did. Ordered table on May 1 and it arrived on May 8 (Mother's Day). Opened the box to discover it was packaged very well, it was easy to put together, no scratches no dings. Super happy I took the leap of faith. Can't wait to order other items from Coleman Furniture.

Their estimated delivery times are about a month and a half off. My couch has now been pushed back 3 separate times each time being a 2 week push back.

I ordered the Ashley 3 piece Rawcliff sectional in parchment from coleman, when I placed the order it said 8 weeks for delivery. Which is a rather long wait but we were willing to wait the 8 weeks because this is our dream sofa. Once we placed the order, we kept getting updated with longer and longer ETA's. Now we're going on 13 weeks and still nothing. Whyyyy so long!? This is crazy! Companies use Covid 19 as an excuse for major delays, and I understand we went through a rough couple of years with the pandemic, but If you can't fulfill the orders in the time you have on your website, why give people a false sense of hope. Be realistic and upfront with your customers BEFORE they place their orders!

Sectional is cozy!

Service was tremendous. I knew when and where the product was every step of the way. Delivery was great, they fully assembled it and brought in directly to the location. It was difficult to watch someone else put something together. I like to do that myself but I let it go, lol.

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE! They sent me a damaged (completely broken in half) item and refused to give me my money back for it. Then they proceeded to harass me for the damaged item back after not giving me my refund. They send a replacement I never even wanted. I just wanted my money back. They sent a damaged item with torn packaging and request that it must be picked up in its ORIGINAL packaging which I emailed and shown them is completely unable to be reused. I told them if they want the item they must provide new packaging but instead they send people to pick up the item even though it has no packaging. After months they are still emailing me. Can't believe they are refusing to provide packaging for the damaged THEY sent. This isn't a reasonable. The item wasn't even good quality either.

I was a little leery ordering furniture online that I had not previously seen in person. The Brayton Manor Jr Executive Credenza with Hutch exceeded my expectations. The quality is great, and my 27" monitor and printer fit perfectly. It was delivered in four weeks, when my local furniture store wouldn't be able to deliver a similar product for 2-4 months. The delivery service was very prompt and polite, again exceeding my expectations. I will definitely purchase from Coleman again.

Love my sofa
